Frank (Sam) was our salesman. Because of his presentation on the quality of the windows, we purchased the windows. Our windows were extremely old and we were needing something to help with blocking the heat from the sun, along with keeping out the cold.The demonstration was very impressive with helping to block the heat and we can tell the difference with the new windows Frank gave us his card as a contact person if we needed anything concerning the new windows. I did contact him on something that needed addressed and he followed up to make sure that the issue was addressed.

Quality of the windows is excellent!! Triple pane blocks heat even direct sunlight. Beautiful installation brightens home interior. WN teams very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and gladly work with them again.

The 1st time installers arrived, the windows were not the correct size. So I had to wait another 6 -7 weeks for them to be remade. They were garden windows and 2 brackets to hold the shelves were not here. After 3 additional weeks, still waiting for the brackets.
Well, I'm not sure how they would do that, but I was 99% satisfied. But when they finished the installation, everything went great. Everything was going well. The installation crew was on time. They did a very professional, very efficient job. They finished in a very timely manner. The problem was that there was one window that was left off the account that they didn't bring, and the salesman didn't have it included on the initial write-up. When they came out to measure for the windows, the gentleman that came out said he'd add that to the list to be done. They had it on record, but they didn't bring the window. When I'm trying to straighten it up with them and everything, they're just brushing it under the rug and not taking care of me.
I think I should have been taken care of. So I'm very displeased with that end of it

I was pleased with how things went from sales to measurement to installation and service calls, especially the after installation service (like Nathan today) because like buying a new car, how the company deals with you on problems, issues, or broken or missing pieces, is going to weigh heavily on whether I am likely to recommend or not.
He was professional, took his time to complete each window in a way that worked for him and he cleaned each area, courtesy he also displayed in answering any my questions.

When the salesman was at my house we came to an agreement on total price and how much I'd have to pay monthly. After the apt I was sent a contract with a complete different total price, different monthly pmt and different finance company. Nobody had called me to verify or notify me about anything. I was told I would only have to pay $27 a month and synchrony and wants me to pay $157 a month which is over quadruple what i was told and agreed upon. When I was in communication with the scheduling for the install I had called and texted an agent to confirm a date. Was called weeks later saying that I needed to schedule my install apt. I told the lady rep that I already scheduled it with you and told her the date. She then was puzzled and after putting me on hold she said there was an issue and that I was still good with that install date. She then calls me days later stating that they can no longer do that install date and I needed to change it. It was very clear that she had never put me in on the original agreed date. She then squeezes me in on a date that works with an installer. Only 1 guys did the whole job which tool way long to complete having my ac running extra. My new windows now have ants constantly getting in through them now which was never an issue. After the install I also got an email stating that my balance had been paid in full which it never was. Customer service says that there isn't anything they can do with all the financial issues and that it's a synchrony bank issue now. I had window nation install windows for me a few years ago and it went so well that I decided to go back with you again. I have been nothing but lied to the whole time and nothing has gone close to how it was 1st time around.
