I will never recommend Window Nation to a friend or family member.
The quality of the windows is exceptional and the installation was amazingly fast and very efficient.

The quality for the price can't be beat. The install team was wonderful. If the install date could've been within 2 weeks of what was proposed, I'd give 5 stars, but it was 7 weeks later than expected.
I feel like WN failed in almost all major aspects to make this a satisfactory experience. I still have a problem window, fit and finish is shoddy, communication and scheduling was terrible.

I would happily recommend Window Nation to anyone looking to replace their windows. I'm happy with my windows, and the install team was on time, polite, and efficient!
I don't know if I would recommend them. I am new up here. I moved in the first week of November and the only people I know are my daughter and her family.

I am getting new gutters. Some outside flashing is up near the soffit and fascia on the roof. I cannot get new gutters until the soffit is repaired. I need them to come out and do that.

The windows are windows. I had a worse experience than others. I think for the price and guarantee they offer, they fell short. I'm pretty sure I could have paid half as much for the same quality from a different company. I would think for the price I am paying there would be a lot more quality, which seems to not be the case.
We were satisfied and it was clean.
I was most satisfied with how smooth the job was. They did a very good job. One particular window was tricky to do. It was hard to get it done. They got all 14 windows done in a day and before 4:00 PM. It was impressive. The windows are pretty! We did not see a sample, as we had seen some from another company already. I was quite apprehensive to try something new with these prairie-style windows. All the houses in my neighborhood have the same colonial look. These turned out a lot prettier than I thought! Our house went from drafty where you can see the breeze through our curtains to quiet. You can tell they are new. With the difference from our last ones, it made a big difference in the sound and warmth! We noticed that the first day!
If I find the products holds up as promised, I may change my mind and be more likely to recommend.
