Elite quality of installation, awesome products

I was not happy when my patio door arrived, and it was off by 2.5 inches and had to be remanufactured. This added an additional 5 or 6 weeks to have my project completed. Then when it was installed, it was very sloppy on the outside and the wrong color edging and caulking. While this was fixed later after we pointed it out, I was disappointed in the overall experience.

I was pleased with the salesperson, the measuring technician and the window installer. There was no pressure to purchase the windows I needed and also no pressure to purchase additional windows.

I would have given 5 starts but numerous notifications about the same thing turned me off. A text, voicemail and email for the same thing are not necessary. The windows sell themselves and the salesman and installers were good. Call center was lacking organization but overall, from today's point of view, I would recommend.

Frank (Sam) was our salesman. Because of his presentation on the quality of the windows, we purchased the windows. Our windows were extremely old and we were needing something to help with blocking the heat from the sun, along with keeping out the cold.The demonstration was very impressive with helping to block the heat and we can tell the difference with the new windows Frank gave us his card as a contact person if we needed anything concerning the new windows. I did contact him on something that needed addressed and he followed up to make sure that the issue was addressed.

Quality of the windows is excellent!! Triple pane blocks heat even direct sunlight. Beautiful installation brightens home interior. WN teams very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and gladly work with them again.
