Cheap vinyl windows could have bought the same at Home Depot or Lowe's not too happy with install either
Salesman lied. Installers on the ground were arrogant. Couldn’t contact any of the sales management staff. Designed that way because they know it’sa crap process.
I would like to say they have limited types of windows but I would like to recommend to a friend.
Will not return calls on warrenty claim. Also have not sent a referral check
Good service overall
Very pleased with our windows - especially the installers - Denny and his team. One of our windows was broken and we had 3 transom windows that had been measured incorrectly - they were re-ordered and all is fine now - handled very professionally.
The people at Window Nation were very professional. They let us know what was going on every step of the way. We had 11 windows replaced and they were done within a couple of hours. They had to come back the next day to trim but everything was done in a very timely manner. There was no dust to have to clean up, they did it all. I would definitely recommend Window Nation to anyone that needs windows done. They were fantastic!
I like the product, windows are great but the installation and customer service were a nightmare
The installation was delayed, though I love the windows.
I had good service.
They came earlier than expected. It was a big job. We did 26 windows. They got done within 2 days! We were pretty impressed with that
They were good!
We would suggest looking past the sales presentation if it feels like you have invited a used car salesman into your home. The salesman appeared dismissive when we did not sign that evening. We had 4 different vendors present and Window Nation won the bid based on the window design (GrandView), quality, pricing and customer service. We are very pleased with the window model, installation and the care taken by the installation team. We requested that the trim profile around the window be minimized for cosmetic purposes and the install team took our concerns to heart and delivered what we expected. The window installation took 2 days for 20 windows. It took almost an entire day to install 9 pair or shutters due to the better hanging hardware on the new shutters. Very pleased with the curb appeal the new windows and shutters have added to our home.
We felt comfortable with our sales person, Tony Kempa, and were impressed with the efficiency of the install crew.
Excellent experience all around.
They have damaged windows and property. A well as mismeasured windows, the caulking has gaps and I have a crooked window. I have not heard back from them to correct these issues.
They were not honest in their time estimates.
I ordered 4 windows in a contract with Window Nation in September 2020. I was told they would be installed in November 2020. The windows arrived and were installed in February 2021. Obviously, this was a significant delay. Also, a third party installation company, Vytex, performed the installtion. It took four trips in the space of a month to complete the installation. The windows themselves seem to be fine. I'm more dissatisfied with the installation process.
There is a lack of communication with Window Nation. I understand that COVID causes some things to be slower; however, I had to call seven times over a month just to get a return call for an update.
I will never recommend Window Nation to a friend or family member.
The quality of the windows is exceptional and the installation was amazingly fast and very efficient.
Great installer Great windows what a difference it has made in our bathrooms and our upstairs!!!
They were prompt, very professional and left the place clean. It was done with care, quality work and craftsmanship.
Windows are great, but installer forgot to clean up in one room and questions after the install took a while to get answers.
I thought they were fantastic. I had no complaints at all.
