Salesman showed us a window that was to be installed ( demonstrated model)
The quality of the new windows is below the one that were taken out.
Install crew was good they did their job correctly

I ordered a window to match an exiting window in the room and the colonial muting's were not the same color. I told the manager and he reached out to the sales person and that was a week ago. I have not heard anything of course not since i paid it in full. My mistake is paying it off an not waiting till the product was what I ordered.

I never saw a salesman or windows before they put them in. I asked for information a few times and never got it. I never got a receipt. They sent an email receipt a week later. They didn't send anything that day saying that I was paid. They didn't give any warranty information. The installer was good and that was it. The windows are okay. I am moderately satisfied.

Jason Vogel was very informative and professional, the installation team was amazing…Matt, Blue and their crew were top notch, friendly and extremely funny! They installed 11 windows so quick and perfectly! I would recommend WN to anyone especially Jason V, Matt, Blue and their crew! Wonderful job by all!

! This was a project I put off for years and finally decided to get it done. I did some research and came across an ad talking about Window Nation and made the call with the idea I was going to get other estimates. I was so pleased with initial encounter I signed on the dotted line.

I was told Window Nation built the windows and installation crews worked directly for window Nation.

I never heard from the Window Nation salesman after the first day he was here. He never checked back in to see how things were going.

Install team was great. Chris was great and showed us what we needed to make a decision. The windows are beautiful and easy to use. The only issue we had was some confusion with our install date.

Our salesman, Sam, was very informative and described the quality and construction of the windows well. We were pleased with the installation, and so far, we are very pleased with the window.
