The entire experience has been a disappointment and regret. It took several months for the windows to be delivered (September to December). I had spotty to no communication from anyone to the point that after numerous attempts to learn where I was in the process, I finally reached out to my financing to cancel. That’s when a rep finally got back to me and only to threaten that I needed to pay. I was told the windows were already on order and set to be delivered in two weeks. The windows and doors that arrived are smaller than the originals making my home a dark cave. I just wish I could just reverse this entire decision and never deal with this company.
Happy with the quality of windows.
The process took longer than I expected to the point a second crew came to assist the finish. We had 14 windows replaced. All the workers were great and worked very dilgently.
We are happy with the windows and the installation.
There is not enough room here for my notes. Please see Derris Amsler or Misty Cutler for details.
carefully discuss every question with the sales rep and always ask IS THIS YOUR BEST PRICE - then walk away
Yes. The windows replaced were the second set I have had done by Window Nation
Window Nation had friendly, courteous service.
Their $250 gift card offer is totally misleading!
I have recommended Window Nation to others and one person has contracted business with Window Nation.
I had a great experience.
The service was really great.
Communication is poor, with poor follow-up on installation mistakes.
Window Nation - Northern VA was professional, quick, and did a great job while they were here. They cleaned up really nicely. It was a very positive experience.
I have recommended my neighbor and they have already had their install of windows.
They did do good work.
I liked the company. They were on time, neat, and fast. I would definitely use them again.
Good product and local company
We had a bad experience with the installers.
I was fine with the installation part. The frustration was just getting the schedule date to arrive. They sent a wrong sample which got approved. Then they sent another wrong sample, and it got approved. I had to wait another two months for the installation time. Throughout the time I constantly emailed and called, asking about the approximate date it would be installed. It took 6-7 months from the sign contract date.
The installation was impeccable.
The installation day was seamless! Great workers and the quality of windows are fantastic. I can already see a difference in our heat output and retention. It took a while to get the windows ordered (mainly due to the manufacturer being behind due to COVID), but once the windows were manufactured, scheduling was fast and simple. I would use Window Nation again for sure.
Windows are nice, Thomas Bonds was a great salesperson. Love the fold in windows for cleaning purposes. House seems warmer now.
Window Nation needs to improve in the overall communication. It has been almost 2 months since installation and i still have not heard about the shutters.
The quality wasn't there, and the installation was rushed. The installer used his dirty fingers to touch all of the windows. I now have to clean them myself. I have to use elbow grease to get off the black and white caulking. They need to have better quality control. I had an absolutely terrible experience. The measurements were all wrong. The measure person was in a rush. I didn't think I'd have to clean the windows right away. I don't understand why the install was rushed. We allocated the install for two days and five of the windows weren't loaded on the truck or installed. There was no follow up to make sure all material and windows were there. I watched them install the window and feel I could install the windows myself. I paid more to get them to install, and it was terrible. The caulking is all over the windows. I have to deal with the cleaning. They just smeared all the dirty fingers all around. I had a bad experience all around. I have all kinds of smudge marks on the half-moon window I have. The payment center has no quality control either. They instructed me to pay so much and hold off until the final 5 windows were installed. Once they were installed, they asked for the entire payment again. The time it takes to place the order to, when the installation will actually occur, to the amount of time the installer can spend on my project, to the debris was terrible. He was in a hurry to go to another job. Why would they allocate two days when they try to finish in one day and only spend two hours the next.
