Good product and local company
We had a bad experience with the installers.
I was fine with the installation part. The frustration was just getting the schedule date to arrive. They sent a wrong sample which got approved. Then they sent another wrong sample, and it got approved. I had to wait another two months for the installation time. Throughout the time I constantly emailed and called, asking about the approximate date it would be installed. It took 6-7 months from the sign contract date.
The installation was impeccable.
The installation day was seamless! Great workers and the quality of windows are fantastic. I can already see a difference in our heat output and retention. It took a while to get the windows ordered (mainly due to the manufacturer being behind due to COVID), but once the windows were manufactured, scheduling was fast and simple. I would use Window Nation again for sure.
Windows are nice, Thomas Bonds was a great salesperson. Love the fold in windows for cleaning purposes. House seems warmer now.
Window Nation needs to improve in the overall communication. It has been almost 2 months since installation and i still have not heard about the shutters.
The quality wasn't there, and the installation was rushed. The installer used his dirty fingers to touch all of the windows. I now have to clean them myself. I have to use elbow grease to get off the black and white caulking. They need to have better quality control. I had an absolutely terrible experience. The measurements were all wrong. The measure person was in a rush. I didn't think I'd have to clean the windows right away. I don't understand why the install was rushed. We allocated the install for two days and five of the windows weren't loaded on the truck or installed. There was no follow up to make sure all material and windows were there. I watched them install the window and feel I could install the windows myself. I paid more to get them to install, and it was terrible. The caulking is all over the windows. I have to deal with the cleaning. They just smeared all the dirty fingers all around. I had a bad experience all around. I have all kinds of smudge marks on the half-moon window I have. The payment center has no quality control either. They instructed me to pay so much and hold off until the final 5 windows were installed. Once they were installed, they asked for the entire payment again. The time it takes to place the order to, when the installation will actually occur, to the amount of time the installer can spend on my project, to the debris was terrible. He was in a hurry to go to another job. Why would they allocate two days when they try to finish in one day and only spend two hours the next.
It was a bad situation all the way around. I have buyer remorse. It caused a sense of riff between me and my wife because of this. It was just a bad experience. They set me up with a finance company when I deserved better. I have excellent credit, and they were fly-by-night people.
We had a great experience with Window Nation. The job was done quickly and efficiently and we're happy with the final product. They were professional and courteous.
The service provided by Window Nation was excellent. My home is comfortable for my family with the new windows.
The peple who did the installation, were the best handymen I have ever seen on any jobsite. I haven't been on many, but they were phenomenal!
Window Nation's salesperson was a nice guy, wore a mask, and took off his shoes. Even with Anderson and other companies, I asked them to follow the rules with masks and shoes. After I talked to them, they did not do that. The salesperson was a nice, young man.
Good quality. 3 rd purchase. Sales excellent. Window installation impeccable. Service not their priority. Measurements can be challenging. I will continue to use them overall good job.
We really like the new windows... sales and the installers were professionals, friendly, and meticulous in installing the windows... very hardworking! They went thoroughly and double-checked each window installation and cleaned-up the surroundings nicely. My wife are very pleased of the work done!!!!!! Good job Window Nation.....
See all the comments above.
The overall process was very professional and most pleasant.
This is the second time I have used Window Nation because they do the job right.
Window Nation did a great job.
Window Nation did an outstanding job with a professional team. Thank you Window Nation!
They had excellent service and quality work.
Everyone kept us informed throughout the whole job. We have gotten all of our windows and doors replaced. We haven't had any leaks or issues throughout the 6 years we've worked with Window Nation.
The service that Window Nation provided was great!
They were professional and accommodating. They were fun to work with and an enjoyable experience. The windows look beautiful.
I expected the replacement window to be exactly like the one removed. It was better. It was set into the framing instead of flush with the exterior finish. The window was well sealed. However, the interior finish was very amateurish. The interior frame was not flush with the wall, and the interior frame was not flush with itself. The 4 pieces of interior framing are varying depths from the wall. The wood splinters were not sanded off. I was told that the wood was merely primed. I would have to have it painted after the sealant cured.
