We were extraordinarily pleased, from the sales visit to the measurement visit, to the installation appointment with Wilmer and his crew. They showed up with 10 installers and I thought it would take 2–3 days to complete the project, but they finished it in 1 day! We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship from the installers, and are so pleased with how beautiful it looks!

I’m not your customer and have asked you to remove my number from your system multiple times, yet you still spam me with calls and texts. When I’ve called in, only half the time was I able to actually talk to someone.
Window Nation - Northern VA was excellent.
Honestly the best contractors I have worked with in a very long time. Everything they said actually happened. They said they would call the next day and they did. They said they would send someone out and they did. They said they would call within a few days to schedule the installation and they did. They honestly could not have been better. I truly mean that.

I would strongly recommend them. The customer service person who came to my home to review, give me an estimate, and tell me about the windows was exceptional! He explained everything every step of the way. Once I signed the contract, Window Nation was in contact with me to let me know what was happening next. When the installers arrived, they arrived in a timely manner, installed my windows, and cleaned up. They did a wonderful job!
I would recommend. There were some minor caulking issues and in one or two of the frames that the new windows fit into, there were cracks in the wood where the original handles for the old windows were. When doing a check one set of windows were stiff and didn't open smoothly, technician said he put some lubricant on, hmm hope that's a long term fix, the installation team should have found the problem before telling me they were done.
We are not likely to recommend window nation. From the beginning of our experience to the end, we continue to have issues. We were not in a place to agree on the installation price of windows as we are doing a refinance sales person told us that it wouldn’t affect it we went forward and lo and behold. It affect our refinance situation.
From initial inquiry to installation the people I dealt with from this company were wonderful. Knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, professional whether it was a telephone answerer, design consultant, measurer, installer - my experience couldn't have been better.

We really appreciated the speed and ease of scheduling the installation. The sales and measuring process was smooth and professional and happened easily, with a lot of consideration for our time and specific circumstances (i.e. replacing 100 year old windows with lead paint). The new windows are amazing! They are weather tight, easy to use, and attractive inside and out. Our only issue was with the cleanup after installation. The actual installation was very quick, but there was significant broken glass from the old windows left behind. Window Nation representatives responded promptly and appropriately to this issue and said they would address it with the install crew.

The sales person - Nick Acker - customer service is abysmal. However, Doug Wasson is outstanding in resolving issue. I would recommend Window Nation to a friend if staff of Mr. Wasson's ability is involved. I would recommend with caution.

From start with the contact to installation of the windows all professional
Window Nation has been the company that we have chosen to replace the windows in our house throughout the years. They have always been amazing and their products are top notch! Their techs are professional, courteous and care about the work they do and always leave their work area clean once they have completed the work. We are about 90% done replacing all pur windows and the single issue we had was immediately resolved under the warranty without any headaches. We will continue to use them for the remaining windows and we picked them for the front door replacement. That item is still pending installation.
I’ve already recommended to 2 coworkers. I like the efficiency of the process from start to finish, especially the up front communication from my sales person.
The reason I will not recommend Window Nation to a friend is we sign a contract on July 21st , them got a call on August 4 th tell us they need to cancel the contract because they our going to lose money on the deal . But if we can up with $500 more they could go forward with this deal
Ultimately, I got the windows I needed. Unfortunately, it was a 7-month process, as the salesperson appeared to try to close the sale quickly and was extremely sloppy, selling me products and color schemes that were not a direct replacement for what I had (and what my HOA required me to have). WN fixed the issues...eventually...but there seemed to be zero accountability for the salesperson to get it right. The windows themselves are excellent.
I am all about relationships. Once the contract was signed, I never heard a peep from anyone until I received a random call saying the windows are ready to be installed.
The install team left a mess all over my house with scratched floors, trashed carpets, caulk and trim and paper all over the place outside…. And finally, the window measurements on 6 windows are completely incorrect.
They did good job.
Its the different parties involved that I would make sure the person is ok with.

We were fine until we had to sign a contract, and everything was planned very nicely until our windows were installed. After the windows were installed, I noticed signs of bugs coming through the screen, as everyone likes to open their windows on nice days. I have taken pictures and videos to prove it. I did not have this issue with my previous windows. Window Nation - Northern VA did not respond when I reached out, but the manufacturer did reach out. They stated it was the standard screen, and they did not have anything smaller. I spent $10,000 on this, and they had no solution. Window Nation never contacted me regarding this issue. I was pregnant and did not have time to contact them again. I am not very happy with them. They were very nice when we signed the contract, but once they were done, they were completely out of touch. We still have the issue, and small bugs are coming through the screens.
It was an overall good experience with Window Nation - Northern VA.
It's been almost 5 weeks since install. I have identified two issues that need to be rectified and they have not been yet. We have not put our blinds back up because we need the issues rectified.
They did an awesome job! They arrived when they said they would, were very thorough, cleaned up when they were finished. It was truly a pleasant experience!

Every aspect of my window replacement project went flawlessly. The windows are attractive and energy efficient, the installers arrived on time and were professional and left no trace of installation when they left. After installing 17 windows, not a single piece of debris inside or out and no damaged landscaping. I am thrilled with my choice of Window Nation!
