The only reason we decided to purchase through window nation was the zero interest for 18 months same as cash - Imwe are being billed with a 17.99% interest rate through service finance company - I have reached out to the sales guy and Jeff with zero response so now I am giving you a low rating because there is clearly no service post install - very disappointed

The crew worked really well together and did a great job installing our windows and doors. They answered all our questions and kept the job safe and clean.

The first day that a team came to install, the entire batch of windows were the wrong ones. They ordered new windows to be made because they said it would be too hard to find our windows. We had moved heavy furniture, taken down blinds and curtains and even disposed of some. Then had to wait another 5 or 6 weeks. The 2nd day scheduled, again after moving furniture and removing blinds, they called that morning and said that one of their installers had the flu. Maybe not their fault but annoying just the same. Another team came the next morning and one of the windows was the wrong size. So that team did a good and efficient job, were very nice and professional but the job is not done. They have to order another window and will let me know in about a month when it comes in and will schedule someone to come finish the job.

I highly recommend them.

Windows Nation did a fantastic job on several of my windows at my house, it completely changed my 4 rooms with the temperature, noise, and lite , the installers were very professional, and polite; I look forward to getting the rest of my windows done in the future with Windows Nation .

I got what I paid for, and I am satisfied. It is not Andersen, but they cost a fortune. I am happy with what I got.

Our salesman Kent Miller was not very knowledgeable and either lied to us in order to get a sale or needs more training. The management team very helpful and as of now has corrected our salesman’s failure. Install crew very nice but didn’t do a very good job cleaning up after themselves-left debris all over yard and took longer to install and wasn’t done correct the first time.

I was provided confidential quote, account, and financial info for this individual despite repeatedly being asked to be removed and that the email address is incorrect. I will be leaving 1 star reviews everywhere for this business, it is obviously incompetent.

They did a good job.

Great experience every step of the way. When the installers arrived they did everything agreed upon with the sales rep, were very efficient and careful with the items in my home, etc, they claned up well afterwards and did a great job!

The price was reasonable. They did exactly what they said they would do.

The customer service sucks and the sales team will not respond to phone calls when asked to.

I am pleased with the whole process from start to finish regarding my new windows. Everyone that I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable & did what they said they would do when they said they'd do it. I love the difference the windows have made inside & outside!

Everything that has been told to us by Window Nation has been done when they said it would. Everyone we have dealt with has done above what they said would be done and exceeded our expectations
