They were very efficient. The team came in and worked very quickly and professionally. They were friendly and everything that I did with them was done very up and up. The only thing I didn't receive was a sheet of paper with my finance terms. I didn't receive it until after the project was done. I found that be not very effective.

The installers were great. They had many windows to replace and were here for a LONG DAY. They did not stop until they finished. Before leaving , they cleaned up the debris and did not leave a mess. All of the guys were helpful and very mannerly.

I am very likely to recommend Window Nation. They were timely in their arrival, courteous and knowledgeable. The install crew cleaned up as they went, and made sure it was clean before they left. They were great with showing me how the windows worked, and it was a great experience all around.

Window Nation was good!

I was told I was getting triple pane windows and I got double pane windows.
I paid almost 7 thousand dollars for 7 double pane windows. Could have gotten a better deal at Lowe's. Sorry but Window Nation is a lot of hype. My windows were downgraded after I said I didn't want to pay 9 thousand dollars for 7 windows. Then downgraded again before installation when I was told they couldn't install the windows because of a size issue. The windows were installed and nail holes were half fast covered and you can see the putty smears on the window molding. But I paid 1000 dollars for each window. Still overall nice windows. But I feel like I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else and got better quality. Sorry Window Nation but not 5 stars from me.

My project isn’t finished. Have not been updated regarding the missing shutters.

I guess the rep so raised my expectations that I actually expected them to be as perfect as promised. In reality, it is a job with people who make mistakes, which of course, I didn't expect.

The windows and price was outstanding but the installation lacks a lot of quality.

Unsure of what you can and cant do in your projects. 4 measurements later and back and forth of replacing window or glass. Project still not complete but basically wouldn’t take no to sign completion form so you could get paid. Still waiting on a bathroom window that was “no issue have you buttoned up in a week”. Here we are on four weeks later after making a first payment. No communication or update in that time. Very unorganized

Had a long wait for the windows to be built and shipped. On day of installation a large work crew came and replaced 23 windows in one day. This was very hard work as the temperature was in the high 90 degrees. They cleaned up all of the boxes and took everything (including the old windows). I think they did a good job and would recommended Window Nation.
