If they would call me back and do what they are supposed to do, I would give them a good rating. I'd give a 5-star if they would call me back to install the other 2 windows.

Very professional in all aspects of the sale and installation. Our experience was entirely positive. The installation team was very efficient, thorough and courteous. They left the house clean, and we are very satisfied with the windows we purchased.

I guess the rep so raised my expectations that I actually expected them to be as perfect as promised. In reality, it is a job with people who make mistakes, which of course, I didn't expect.

The windows and price was outstanding but the installation lacks a lot of quality.

Unsure of what you can and cant do in your projects. 4 measurements later and back and forth of replacing window or glass. Project still not complete but basically wouldn’t take no to sign completion form so you could get paid. Still waiting on a bathroom window that was “no issue have you buttoned up in a week”. Here we are on four weeks later after making a first payment. No communication or update in that time. Very unorganized

When people contact the salesman after he has made the sale he needs to RESPOND, mine didn't.

Overall experience was very good. The window nations team was very professional and always kept us informed.

Had a long wait for the windows to be built and shipped. On day of installation a large work crew came and replaced 23 windows in one day. This was very hard work as the temperature was in the high 90 degrees. They cleaned up all of the boxes and took everything (including the old windows). I think they did a good job and would recommended Window Nation.

I felt that the least Window Nation could’ve done was to let me know what time the installers would come. Instead, I had to call. And then as it turned out the installers called later and said they’re gonna be late because they’re at another job.
I also feel that there should’ve been a follow up after the windows were installed not through a stupid thing like this, but an actual phone call. And I think that should fall on the person who came over and had a sign up for the windows.

The crew was very professional and explained all aspects of what they were going to do. Was a pleasure having them do the work for us.

I'm likely to tell a friend about Window Nation because they were quick, knew what they were doing, and got right to work. There were no problems or hiccups, even though they were fixing windows that were rotten since we bought the house. They fixed it all, made it look brand new, did excellent!

Quality windows, sales process was fairly rigid in terms of “must commit by x date” which isn’t very flexible. I was actually on vacation on deadline date and requested more time which was not an option but the promo as still running past the date.

Overall a very good experience. From the professional and personable sales rep, through the communicative scheduler, all the way to the attentive and courteous installers, the process went as well as I could have hoped. The price was better than any of the other companies I talked to but the windows are great and every person involved was someone I'd be happy to work with again.

Yes I would recommend. Overall I’m pretty happy with both the windows and the job. I just wish I had paid better attention when ordering and selecting the grids for the back windows.
