In reviewing other home completed by Window Nation, my windows did not turn out the same. I had to reach out to the managers for satisfaction. Granted they did all the could to make sure I was satisfied, which is very appreciated! I had a great team! Before I decided to go with Window Nation I took a survey of other homes in my neighborhood and they looked great where my windows were horrid. For the amount of money I've paid was not the quality of product received. If I could redo it would not have invested. I totally feel mislead.

Time frame of installation took 3 days longer than expected and there were no weather conditions that affected it. Out of 14 windows 4 of them took about 8 hours to install. The flashing took 2 days

The install crew did a fabulous job. There were a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I already did. They've made appointments, too. The house feels warmer, as well.

I am still waiting to hear back from someone. I am not happy customer I am not going to be making any payments till my door is corrected

They didn't pound some nails in. It left bumps in the trim. They said they would come back, but they didn't. When my husband called to see when they would come back, the guy acted like he didn't know who we were.

I love the windows, now my house looks updated. The temperature is maintained throughout the house. No leaking of cold air around the windows.

There was little to no communication they didn’t have time to finish the windows in 1 day like I was told which was no big deal and I thought the same guys were coming back to finish the windows but they sent other people out on a Sunday no letting me know they were coming and they didn’t know what they were suppose to do. One window has no trim on the inside and we are clueless if someone from window nation is to finish it or if we need to do it ourselves. We have just been confused and not sure if any of the windows are complete.

The salesman was lovely and the product seems good so far. Communication was very poor around scheduling the final measurements and installation. For the measurements - I confirmed one timeframe repeatedly, but the man didn’t show and then said he was told a different timeframe. For installation- we had one understandable weather delay. We rescheduled and they never showed up or contacted me. I called customer service twice and was told there were truck issues and delays, but the team was still coming. When they still never showed, I called my sales and financing people who finally connected me with the installation manager. He investigated and told me the job was canceled and I should have been notified, but I wasn’t. He did what he could to resolve the issue, but the stress and frustration of having to hunt down the information and then live in our house for another couple days with furniture moved and window coverings down was too much.

Window Nation has excellent service but a poor product. Great representative and installation and employees, but disappointing product.

They were very professional. The windows are beautiful. I just had a lady come by for my blinds. She said in the 20 years she has been doing this, after looking at the caulking and frames, she said they were the best windows she has ever seen. They are very well installed.

Having moisture & fog on windows every morning some morning are worse than others have sent pic to Dan .

Make sure that there is a person present at the site that can answer questions and know first hand what is happening.

I explicitly asked Morgan if the people installing the windows were employees of WN..
She said they were. I asked..they are sub contractors.
The install was a 0/10 the first day. We were told it would be 1 day..there 2as someone here for 5 days.
The windows were ordered incorrectly. I reached out to the Sales Manager and the Branch Manager..Neither bothered to contact us at any point.

One if our super expensive windows is scratched. I have yet to hear anything about the replacement sash

Inspector came and said it is a very poor job. A heavy wind would cause damage or totally come off. No one still has come to repair. The windows have moisture and the flies are insane getting between the windows. We need someone to come and fix this soon. Screws were not replaced back in the shutters maybe only 1 to every 2 that were taken out.

The install was not correct per the install inspector on 10/27/25. We were told installers would be back for corrections and have not received any response. This is the second week after the install on 10/23/25

I had a good experience. It took three months, but it was worth the wait.

Our salesman was very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. I thought he had a lot of integrity and has been very helpful when I have reached out to him since our window installation.

The cost is way too expensive, but we did buy it.

Tim McKay, our salesman, was extremely friendly and kind and explained things great. The crew was very professional and timely. They got it done quickly and efficiently, and I am pleased.

They were very efficient. The team came in and worked very quickly and professionally. They were friendly and everything that I did with them was done very up and up. The only thing I didn't receive was a sheet of paper with my finance terms. I didn't receive it until after the project was done. I found that be not very effective.

The installers were great. They had many windows to replace and were here for a LONG DAY. They did not stop until they finished. Before leaving , they cleaned up the debris and did not leave a mess. All of the guys were helpful and very mannerly.

I am very likely to recommend Window Nation. They were timely in their arrival, courteous and knowledgeable. The install crew cleaned up as they went, and made sure it was clean before they left. They were great with showing me how the windows worked, and it was a great experience all around.

Your ads and brochures made it sound like other styles of windows could be bought. Turns out there wasn't a choice.

Window Nation was good!

I was told I was getting triple pane windows and I got double pane windows.
I paid almost 7 thousand dollars for 7 double pane windows. Could have gotten a better deal at Lowe's. Sorry but Window Nation is a lot of hype. My windows were downgraded after I said I didn't want to pay 9 thousand dollars for 7 windows. Then downgraded again before installation when I was told they couldn't install the windows because of a size issue. The windows were installed and nail holes were half fast covered and you can see the putty smears on the window molding. But I paid 1000 dollars for each window. Still overall nice windows. But I feel like I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else and got better quality. Sorry Window Nation but not 5 stars from me.

This is our second experience with Window Nation, as we have purchased through them before. We recently purchased 3 or 4 more windows with Window Nation. We have had a great experience every time, and we plan to have 6 more windows replaced once we get funds together.
