The windows are fine. The salesman was good. The measurement guy was fine. The installation crew was very good. My problem is with the management that would not talk to me about a change order that they imposed on me. I replied to the change order emails twice that I would not sign and I needed to discuss the situation. I called our salesman who tried to get somebody to respond, but it never happened. Finally, at the eleventh hour, I caved and signed so as not to mess up my schedule. There was one window in the order that they said could not be made by the manufacturer. I wanted to talk to some responsible person about it, maybe get some options or ideas. I didn't get any help.
All but one phase was seamless
Window Nation was in and out within a day and was highly efficient.
Nothing that I didnt like from start to finish...so far 20% reduction on electric bill.
I think Window Nation has a very well built and efficient widow. I'm looking forward to see if utility usage decreases.

The windows are excellent! Great product.
Most of my windows do not lock and have a moisture between the upper pane after a strong rain.
If you want to have the worst experience of your life and have multiple items and your home damaged, if you want the worst Installation team, the worst customer service, complete lack of pride in work, failure to complete their end of the bargain, and then to break your new windows and install them anyway.. wait 3 months to have your "one day" install.. then yes that's the only way I'd recommend this company. Still waiting by the way.. for my march install to be completed.

Good product and good communication. Make sure the installers are aware of everything that has been requested. There could should be some follow up on the FInancing side after the isntall is completed. You are left guessing a little on how and when your payments start and occur.
I have some problem with noise from out side.When I talk to the sale person. She said this triple panel window will help me to reduce noise from street, but when it installed. The noise still the same. If your window can’t reduce the noise then don’t tell it can. Just tell the truth.
Excellent product and install
Installation was terrible. I am still picking up broken glass in front of my house. The initial installers broke a window removing it from my house, then proceeded to walk through that broken glass for the rest of the day. They also left me exposed to the weather above the circle top window through two rainstorms because they had to go out of town. I am worried that I will get mold in my walls from that. Those same installers did such a poor job that another crew had to come to my house 2 weeks later to redo much of their work. Those guys were a little cleaner, but they did leave sharp scraps of aluminum in my yard from re doing the exterior trim. I have grandkids and 4 dogs that walk through that yard. Y'all did give me many apologies and an $800 gift card, which I did appreciate, but overall it was a very negative experience. The windows do seem to be good quality and I'm thankful for that.
Also, I am still waiting on a screw cover for the picture window in my living room. I have asked twice and was told it would be mailed to me.

So far I’m completely satisfied with my windows. The installation crew were fast and complete and friendly.
Love my new windows and doors only one issue that has not been addressed when my door was installed on the front of the house it has never been caulked in to be weather tight the installers said they were out of the black caulk and that to give them a week or 2 and they would come back out and get it weathered in it’s been over 2 months with a call to our sales person about this issue and still going on month 3 all
I want is what they told us would happen to happen I can’t believe they still don’t have black caulk this is my only complaint salesperson was awesome the windows look fantastic I just wanted the job finished

It was scheduled for the best time slot for us and done in 2 days. They were professional.
The crew were 1 to 1/2 hours later than arrival time. That did not bother me. Let me say that all the workers were great men. That being said, the supervisor stayed for about 30 minutes and then left for another job. The 2 men that were here were fine till both of their drill batteries died and then they did nothing for 1 hour. The supervisor arrived back at about 4pm, close to dusk. I spoke with him to clarify that the men would be coming back the next day to finish the job. Well, the crew worked in the dark for at least 1 hour with head lights on. They finished in the dark. The super and another man came back the next day to see if I was ok with what was done. I had them pull off the rubber on the sides of 2/3s of the windows and place more insulation between the window and walls because I could feel the cold air coming in the house. The final insult was a girlfriend who works in real estate thought that I was overcharged for the windows. So no, I have no interest in recommending this company to any friend of mine.

In reviewing other home completed by Window Nation, my windows did not turn out the same. I had to reach out to the managers for satisfaction. Granted they did all the could to make sure I was satisfied, which is very appreciated! I had a great team! Before I decided to go with Window Nation I took a survey of other homes in my neighborhood and they looked great where my windows were horrid. For the amount of money I've paid was not the quality of product received. If I could redo it would not have invested. I totally feel mislead.
Time frame of installation took 3 days longer than expected and there were no weather conditions that affected it. Out of 14 windows 4 of them took about 8 hours to install. The flashing took 2 days

The install crew did a fabulous job. There were a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because I already did. They've made appointments, too. The house feels warmer, as well.
I am still waiting to hear back from someone. I am not happy customer I am not going to be making any payments till my door is corrected
They didn't pound some nails in. It left bumps in the trim. They said they would come back, but they didn't. When my husband called to see when they would come back, the guy acted like he didn't know who we were.
I love the windows, now my house looks updated. The temperature is maintained throughout the house. No leaking of cold air around the windows.
There was little to no communication they didn’t have time to finish the windows in 1 day like I was told which was no big deal and I thought the same guys were coming back to finish the windows but they sent other people out on a Sunday no letting me know they were coming and they didn’t know what they were suppose to do. One window has no trim on the inside and we are clueless if someone from window nation is to finish it or if we need to do it ourselves. We have just been confused and not sure if any of the windows are complete.

The salesman was lovely and the product seems good so far. Communication was very poor around scheduling the final measurements and installation. For the measurements - I confirmed one timeframe repeatedly, but the man didn’t show and then said he was told a different timeframe. For installation- we had one understandable weather delay. We rescheduled and they never showed up or contacted me. I called customer service twice and was told there were truck issues and delays, but the team was still coming. When they still never showed, I called my sales and financing people who finally connected me with the installation manager. He investigated and told me the job was canceled and I should have been notified, but I wasn’t. He did what he could to resolve the issue, but the stress and frustration of having to hunt down the information and then live in our house for another couple days with furniture moved and window coverings down was too much.

Window Nation has excellent service but a poor product. Great representative and installation and employees, but disappointing product.
They were very professional. The windows are beautiful. I just had a lady come by for my blinds. She said in the 20 years she has been doing this, after looking at the caulking and frames, she said they were the best windows she has ever seen. They are very well installed.
