Quality
The cost was very competitive and there was no high pressure sales. The installers were very professional and their attention to detail was terrific. We love these windows
Quality windows at an affordable price. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality of my new sunroom windows. Everything about the process was clearly communicated. Everyone was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Window Nation.
Good prices and really nice employees!
I would definitely recommend Window Nation. Anthony was very good to work with, and the installers were very professional.
Everything went perfect
Window look nice. Affordable. Good quality.
The installers were very professional, and polite. They cleaned up after installation.
The windows are absolutely beautiful and made it look like a new house!!! Great sales service.
I have had a call into customer service since the first day of install in regards to my landscaping being destroyed as a result of poor communication. Nobody has call me back it's been over 5 business days.
This experience was hands down the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. Our salesman used obfuscation and intentionally confusing sales techniques to make us believe we were being quoted the windows we asked for; essentially, an exact replacement for our 4 bedroom windows. We signed the contract believing that what we discussed was what he input into the quote. In short, we trusted him.
Installation day comes and the installers put in sliding windows, not the double hung units we asked for and assumed were in the quote. When we question the installation team (who were the only good part to this process), they communicate that the quote lists slider units instead. We communicate to the sales team the mistake, and although our salesman first said that he didn't remember our conversation, after some time backtracked to say that he provided us with what we ordered and, essentially, we were stuck because we signed the quote.
He went on and on about his low commission for this sale, and how he was trying to cut us a deal which is how, in his mind, he got to the slider units. This information never made it to either me or my husband.
We were told unequivocally that we were up a creek, and have to live with windows we did not order. To say we are dissatisfied is an understatement. We feel conned, and will never use this company again.
Scope of work not properly explained, didnt replace frame up to casing which was expected. Fairly certain multiple windows will fail as I think there is rotted wood that was covered with foam and peel and stick flashing instead of replaced. The only person who spoke english showed up 3/4 through the job.
Prompt and professional. I called to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday and Dan came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. They came to measure about a week later. Again, nice and professional. The sales team was excellent. The installers got down to business and the window looks and performs great.
They did a nice job. Everything went smoothly, and there were no problems.
There was a problem with fitting in the air conditioning unit in one of the window.
The product sample does not begin to show how much your product will actually change the amount of glass to see out of. At no time did the seller explain that you lose almost another inch around the window glass when you install a screen. And even more frustrating for a person that is very particular about aesthetics did they mention that my double stacked bay windows in a 2 story vaulted living room would have different sized windows on each level side windows. Completely unacceptable! Our professional measurer incorrectly measured a window by 6 inches and our old window is taped into place until new one is made in 6 to 8 weeks which then means I need to have our 3 dogs out of house another day. If I had a spare 60k I would have another company remove your windows with the stickers still on them.
On time, quality workmanship.
We have already recommended Window Nation to any of our friends looking to purchase new windows!
The workmanship was very well; they were hard working and did a great job.
The salesman who came to give us an estimate was friendly and fun. However, he made suggestions for changes of window style, from double-hung to sliders for 3 of the windows, neglecting to inform us that the switch would require that they cut the trim around the windows, leaving a gap in the trim and an unstained and unvarnished area of trim that would be OUR responsibility to fix. The only way to do a quality repair is to have new trim made to match the profile of the rest of the window trim, have it stained and varnished to match, and have it installed properly. To do otherwise would leave an obvious make-shift patch job that ruins the quality of our home. We also requested a replacement of a very large interior sliding glass door between the dining room and sunroom. The door was measured, but the salesman neglected to notice that it had a threshhold that was flush with the floor and ordered an exterior sliding door with a high threshhold that was a huge tripping hazard. The company never called us to let us know that the sliding doors that they would install did not come in the size we were replacing, but instead I would not recommend doing business with a company that places so little value on customer satisfaction. just ordered a door that was 8" narrower, and with a higher threshhold than the one we were replacing. It was not until after it was installed that we were aware of the safety issues and the sub-par size fix of the opening that they ordered the installers to make to accomodate the smaller door. When we complained about the safety hazard and the poor quality of the completed finishings, they were completely uncaring of our dissatisfaction and simply told us that this is what we had signed for. I could not recommend doing business with a company that puts so little value on quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
We had a bay window replaced with a flat window and are not happy with how the outside of our house looks like. We were promised something and do not feel like it was delivered.
They are a good company, and so far everything is great. They could use better communication from the sales team.
It's not really soundproof. It's less insulated prior to getting them done.
Quality work
Fair price, excellent product and installation process.
The guys came and did a good job.
from sales to installation.....EVERYTHING WENT WELL!
Everything about this process was wonderful. From the estimate, measuring, the windows we done earlier than thought, the installers. Darren,Igor, Ramon, and Leo!
They were very easy and pleasant to work with
Although the crew was hard working, the end result left us unhappy. Our existing wood window frames were gouged and knicked, and caulk was left on that woodwork too. We have transom windows above some of our windows(transoms were not replaced) and the salesperson neglected to inform us that the new windows would not line up with them. In our master bedroom the shades we have no longer cover the window treatments. We also were not told that our old windows had cranks that rested on the wood frame, but the new windows did not, so there is bare wood on the window frames where the previous cranks were.
New windows look great! The installation crew was very friendly, focused, and paid good attention to details.
Expert professional service very courteous staff.
I would recommend Window Nation to anyone who appreciates a courteous, professional AND knowledgeable company!! I appreciate their kindness also.
Best price. Great job on the install and very good quality windows.
Windows still sweat!! That was the reason for getting all new windows.will furnish pictures.
Savanah is a knowledgeable and personable Window Nation rep. She and the product are why we've went with Window Nation.
Everything looked gorgeous!
Very satisfied with the entire process quote to install. Staff was knowledgeable and available to share any information I desired throughout the entire process. Should've done this a long time ago.
Good service. Installers pleasant and worked well together.
My home still feels hot. The heat still comes through the windows.
Value, quality of windows
We were very happy with the entire process.
Savannah, our sales consultant was very professional. She addressed our specific concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable.
Good price. Professional both sales person and installers feel like product is good but only have had a week
They have very good windows and workers.
Overall this was a pretty smooth process.
They are expensive, but they were generally easy to work with and very responsive when there was a communication issue. However, their HOA Team needs to improve their customer service. Interacting with the HOA team was the only negative experience with Window Nation that I had. The other representatives apologized for the HOA Team's rudeness and then I didn't have to deal with that Team. After that, the whole process through window installation went very smoothly! I am enjoying my windows.
The crew was wonderful, they were on time, cleaned up as much as they could fighting through the snow. It was an absolute joy to have them work on my home, and they were also very professional.
We had a few issues, a mismeasured window in the living room, a window in the dining room that was supposed to be tempered, and a ripped screen in the laundry room. A bigger concern was that All of the windows installed have condensation and most have iced over on the inside, on two separate occasions. I messaged Daniel, the sales manager on January 11th with pictures, and he stated that "condensation was "normal but the ice is an issue" On January 26th, M Williams came out to look at them and said that there could be a little moisture, but the windows should not be icing over. I was asked by M Williams to send pictures to Ben, the branch manager, at the Milwaukee branch, which I did. I followed up with M Williams with an email on January 30th to see if the pictures were received, but got no response. I also messaged Ben on the morning of February 4th to see if he received the pictures. He messaged me back that evening and apologized for not getting back with me, but promised to "look into things tomorrow and I can give you a call" On February 12th I messaged Ben with my concerns about the lack of communication and follow up from Window Nation. I have not hear from Ben, the branch manager, since that date. On February 13th, "Phil" messaged me that someone would come out to install the living room window, replace the dining room with tempered glass, and replace the screen in the laundry room. Phil also assured me that he would make sure he was able to stop out during the install. Phil did not show up on the 26th of February.
