The salesman wrote the order up misleading me. All the windows we beleived we ordered were not delivered. When I complained, nothing happened. I have had no response.

None of you listen to me the customer I dont want e-mail or text I hate them call ????? I want receipts and warranty in writing not e-mail okay understand ???? Thats my only problem but it matters that people listen to me respect I spent alot of money !! Work was fine Sales man a bit pushy probably since hard times and not selling much but thats the market and economy ??? Will recommend to friends if they are doing windows !!!!! Loved how well the installers cleaned up and left no mess in my house also !!!! Told salesman wanted done right away and then took 10 days to get the windows measured then another fews weeks for windows wish he would have told me it would take that long got lucky were done before the real cold and they make a big difference do like the windows also ....

I am satisfied with everything. The windows look good. Even though they didn't do the picture windows exactly how I told them, I grew to like it.

I don't do surveys.

I was so disappointed that they installed bad warped screens. Then when they were told to replace them & sent a man (weeks out) to what I thought was to replace was only to look at them. Now months have gone by & I am still waiting on new screens. Not a happy camper!

Install team was fast. Left wall damage on interior. Weren’t going to show me anything when they finished, I walked around before I signed. No caulk used where flashing meets concrete patio when the salesman said there would be. When asked I couldn’t even understand why they said they didn’t cause the installers didn’t speak English. They left the inside of my house where the door was installed messy and full of dirt and muddy footprints. I had to clean the **** out of the door and windows and they were filled with black hand and fingerprints everywhere. Inside caulking is subpar with a spot that’s super weird looking. Also felt the price was pretty outrageous for 1 sliding door and 2 basic picture windows. Install was subpar, everything else was just ehh.

Improve communications.

This was my first large project on my home and was not sure what to expect with working with window nation. But from the very beginning with the sales team through scheduling and the install team, I felt relieved at how smooth everything went. I would recommend window donation to anybody doing a window project on their home.

They were just good at everything they did. They were very professional.

They did a very good job of installing the windows. The windows were installed in a timely fashion. It looks very good, the cleanup and the way that they put the windows in was also really good. Overall, they did a good job.

The crew were great! Very careful, took their shoes off, answered all our questions. Very pleasant, the windows look amazing!

Everything went well!! Just would of liked to have a decent walk around after they were done!! And what all they found with the windows that they had to order! Like the broken window! I noticed the other day that one of the windows was missing a screen! And was that ordered as well?
