We were very happy with the entire process.
Savannah, our sales consultant was very professional. She addressed our specific concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable.
Good price. Professional both sales person and installers feel like product is good but only have had a week
They have very good windows and workers.
Overall this was a pretty smooth process.
They are expensive, but they were generally easy to work with and very responsive when there was a communication issue. However, their HOA Team needs to improve their customer service. Interacting with the HOA team was the only negative experience with Window Nation that I had. The other representatives apologized for the HOA Team's rudeness and then I didn't have to deal with that Team. After that, the whole process through window installation went very smoothly! I am enjoying my windows.
The crew was wonderful, they were on time, cleaned up as much as they could fighting through the snow. It was an absolute joy to have them work on my home, and they were also very professional.
We had a few issues, a mismeasured window in the living room, a window in the dining room that was supposed to be tempered, and a ripped screen in the laundry room. A bigger concern was that All of the windows installed have condensation and most have iced over on the inside, on two separate occasions. I messaged Daniel, the sales manager on January 11th with pictures, and he stated that "condensation was "normal but the ice is an issue" On January 26th, M Williams came out to look at them and said that there could be a little moisture, but the windows should not be icing over. I was asked by M Williams to send pictures to Ben, the branch manager, at the Milwaukee branch, which I did. I followed up with M Williams with an email on January 30th to see if the pictures were received, but got no response. I also messaged Ben on the morning of February 4th to see if he received the pictures. He messaged me back that evening and apologized for not getting back with me, but promised to "look into things tomorrow and I can give you a call" On February 12th I messaged Ben with my concerns about the lack of communication and follow up from Window Nation. I have not hear from Ben, the branch manager, since that date. On February 13th, "Phil" messaged me that someone would come out to install the living room window, replace the dining room with tempered glass, and replace the screen in the laundry room. Phil also assured me that he would make sure he was able to stop out during the install. Phil did not show up on the 26th of February.
Very friendly workers. They did a great job installing and cleaning up. On time both days that they were here and our windows look great.
The crew was at my house just shy of 12 hours. Way too long for 2 men to maintain and provide quality work throughout the project. I have spent 5 days picking up screws, wood, nails, wood with nails sticking out, aluminum shards, glass, caulking, insulation, paper towels from the perimeter of my home. For $14,000+, it should NOT be my responsibility to clean up the job site.
I thought the installation was great but lacked communication with the door, I had to wait 2 months on the door. The quality was excellent for the workmanship.
They did a really good job inside job inside and outside.
I am happy with what they did. The windows are good so I'm pleased.
They did a good job and were on schedule.
The installation crew showed up FOUR hours late (arriving at 4pm) and completely rushed through our installation. Upon the crew leaving, my wife and I noticed a 2-foot area of the window that they had completely forgotten to caulk, which required the crew to return. Unacceptable.
The whole process went smoothly. And the price was more reasonable than other vendors for the same quality.
Couldn't have gone any better.
Overall, it was a good experience. Sales person was knowledgeable. I believe the price point was as reasonable as could be expected. We like the windows and the installation team, but there were a few process issues during the installation. We’d still recommend.
Did not appreciate the sales tactics used. Paid for lead abatement which was not necessary. Energy Star rating does not apply for my area per the window sticker
There were some installation issues that will hopefully be corrected. They put the caulk over the tape that was there from last winter when i converted my windows with plastic and there is condensation/water on my window sills as a result of that and the outer stripping not being sealed completely that is causing cold air to pass through the gaps
These guys did an awesome job and I’m telling everyone about them
Positive experience. The installers were friendly and kind. They were careful to leave the property better than they found it. The windows are wonderful!
They did a great job and fast. They were early, getting the job done.
Very thorough in explaining the entire process. Installers were on time and did an excellent job. Incredible follow up and follow through by entire team. A really great experience and I’m very happy I chose Window Nation.
The job took 3 months longer than it was already supposed to.
