Send crews that speak English well
Your response time to an issue is absolutely ridiculous, should not take weeks to resolve an issue!!
The installation and product were great, but I had some service issues with the service representative.
Bottom of the barrel service & unknowledgeable staff & installers. The only person that knew what he was doing was Tyler who gave us our quote & feels it was only because you're looking for the downpayment & contract to be signed.
The install didn’t go very well the first time so it required a retry 2nd install about 2 months later. The guys who came on the second time still didn’t really know what was to be done and they didn’t speak English. Then I had to have someone come out a 3rd time to correct a crease in between the doors which led to air getting in and potential for bugs.
Good job.No problems. Showed up when they said they would and got the job knocked out without any poblems Stuck to our agreement and were professional.
After 9 months nothing is done yet
2 men installed 12 windows in our house.
They were very courteous and polite while being in our house.
the crew that was here left caulk all around the house and screws from the old windows. i asked for the storm window to be saved and they took them for scrap.
From the sales rep to the installers ....everyone was fantastic
I dont fill as if the windows are performing any different then the 30 year old windows that they replaced.

Appointment was set up immediately upon inquiring about window installation, Sales rep, Tyler Swainston was very knowledgeable and courteous when giving various options for window types. Installers were prompt, courteous and respectful of property and answered any questions I had. The whole process was very seamless.
The initial install was atrocious with the install crew showing up late, no phone call to let me know. Horrible communication. Even trying to speak with the install crew was exhausting as the crew lead barely spoke English and obviously took exception to me asking questions which were in direct relation to information provided by the sales rep. After the install, I had issues with the new French doors and one of the windows not locking. Four phone calls to the sales rep only for him to advise he could not initiate the service request, and I would need to call the toll-free number. Five transfers later I get someone to schedule another person to come out to evaluate what is wrong. This actually went well, but the conclusion was the door was incorrectly installed and would need to be redone. He also observed that damaged metal trim was used on the door exterior and needed to be replaced. The 2nd crew that came out was much more professional and reset the door and window so they both operated correctly.
Get the correct Window the first time. Still waiting on the window and screen

was very pleased with instalation. After job was done we noticed there was a hole in one of the screens. We called customer service number and they said it would be taken care of. (never happened) We also called our representative Tyler Swainston that set up contract he said he would take care of it. It has been over 2 months now and we haven't heard anything. Very disappointed in their customer service. Zero stars on them
We also never received brewer tickets we were promised.
We have one window that keeps fogging up we have anther window that was order wrong 2 times still waiting to get that put in. Not happy.
We love our new windows and doors!
We did have a few things that needed attention after install but we sure appreciated Matt White who came and visited with us about our concerns.
Andy came and helped us understand a couple of questions when the installers were here.
That was very helpful.
Our follow up installers to see to a few adjustments, Peter and Oris, were amazing workers with an attention to detail and explained why things hadn’t checked off as we had hoped.
They fixed those areas and were super courteous and cleaned up afterwards so well.
And, what can I saw about Courtney?
She’s a gem and communicated through out the day with me about a couple of issues and reassured me that she’s there for me.
That felt so good to know she was just a text away following up promptly. Thank you Courtney!!!

I am still waiting for a replacement screen. The original screen was already damaged when installed. The installer assured me he would bring a replacement. It should have been replaced months ago.
Wrong patio door wrong color handles. Wrong bathroom windows. 1 broken window. Bay windows not screwed in all the way and stripped.
We would definitely recommend Window Nation to others. Their knowledge and expertise was apparent and the work and product has exceeded our expectations.
We were impressed with every step from the first interview to the installation.
