First installation was done poorly and needed to schedule 2 more service calls to make door right. I had to rearrange my work day 3 times for one door install.

The windows look nice. But I was told they would have insulation in them. They do not have insulation in them. And I was also told I would be getting a discount because of these un insulated windows. I can actually feel the heat coming through the windows.

Yes I already tell people how nice windows are and how hard they all work installing them. Wonderful team of installers and Christopher was so good.

You should probably have more English speaking individuals on the crews. It's very disconcerting not to be able to communicate with someone who is tearing your house apart. At least let people know in advance, so they are prepared.
