I bought four windows at $1000 a window and it took them four months to get them made and installed.
I just thought they were very efficient, they did a great job installing the windows, and I am happy with them. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant.
High quality windows!
They're nice windows. Well worth it.
Professional, timely, courteous, excellent customer service all the way around
Their sales staff doesn't know their product or their job.
I am neutral to recommending Window Nation to a friend because it was not the quality window I expected.
They did a great job.
Everything was great. There was a concern when they came to deliver the windows. The gentleman was very good. My husband reached out to the salesperson, and he never got back to us. He talked to the office and felt better. They did accommodate his concerns.
The salesperson was very clear and really listened to my interests. He wasn't forcing any particular topic beyond my interests.
Window and door color does not match existing windows and when we placed our order we were told there would not be a problem with matching the color. Have sent several emails with no response.
The windows and the Crew that put them in were great it is the people you have to deal with in the office
Probably would recommend, they are as expected for the price. Seem to be pretty good quality, time will tell.
Did great work
The first one here to install should not be allowed to word anywhare with the nasty attitude. The 2nd one were just the opposite. very good.
havent had time to gage the quality of the product but the installation went very well
The team was responsive and informative. They worked with us to find solutions and were thorough. The install team did an awesome job and I love my new windows!
It was too much money.
Job not finished.
I am very happy with my new windows.
They provided the service as they said they would. The salesman was very good and the installer was excellent!
The rep Dominick was very friendly and knowledgeable, his helpful advice is what made me choose Window Nation.
The two workers who came to install were very personable, efficient, and informative. It was all around a wonderful experience.
It would be a 5-star rating except when we purchased the windows, we were basically expecting a turn-key deal. We sit back and they replace the windows. They had to order them way out due to the factory being behind. Turns out it was not correct. Most of the windows went in on the first day. The foremen should up with quarter round and without trim. We didn't know we would have to do staining or painting. We argued with them about it and it stalled. They had to come back to put the trim up. It wasn't what we were expecting. The windows themselves, we like them. They are the kind of old fashion sash windows. We like all the features. They open just fine, easily, are real nice. When you go to close it, it brings the top one down a bit. You need both hands spread out for each half of the windows. You cannot close the hatch unless you do the latches. It's been a disappointment but not a dealbreaker. We do like the windows. We wished we would have been told about the staining and painting. I had to reach out to them rather than them reaching out to us about the status on when we would get things. I think they can communicate better with the customer. It is an office issue.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Window Nation - Indianapolis, IN as part of our survey process.
