The product is great.
They were generous and cooperative with me.
High-quality products and high-quality people
The windows are really nice.
The installers did a good job; they were in and out quicker than expected.
I'm satisfied with my windows. They did a great job. I had to wait a long time, but everything was complete and thorough. They did a wonderful job.
We love our windows, don’t get me wrong. We don’t love all the promises we were told by Jamie about the work being done or the amount of mistakes made with our contract that needed to be corrected before we could sign.
Our last name was spelled wrong on every version of the contract. When we reached out after everything was done to confirm something about our windows it took weeks to get our contract sent back to us because they couldn’t find it due to our last name still being wrong.
Every room in our house (including our bathroom) was listed as a “bedroom” on the contract and when we requested this be updated to show the correct names of the rooms (bedroom, office, bathroom, kitchen) we were told it wouldn’t matter during install so that was never corrected either. So while trying to understand the contract as the buyer it was incredibly difficult to confirm the sizes and types of windows.
Jamie also promised that he would be at our house the day of install to supervise and that he would check back in with us after everything was completed. Jamie never showed up and we have yet to hear from him since the install. We have reached out multiple times due to having questions and it’s gotten to the point where we have just had to call costumer service.
We would have loved to ask these questions during the install (especially considering one of the questions was regarding the fact that one of the windows was supposed to be frosted and an unfrosted window was installed) however there was a language barrier between us and the Window Nation staff there for install.
We won’t be making suggestions to our friends about who to hire for their windows because of all of the issues with Jamie.
Everyone who came out to my was very knowledgable and professional. Also, the communication from the office was pleasantly remarkable (unheard of customer service these days) abaolutely 100% satisfied.
Their follow-up after installation is terrible. No one calls you back when you give the needed information for a repair.
Salesman was great but install terrible and half windows don’t shut right. Tried reaching out and no reply
The gentleman who gave the assessment was knowledgeable, gave recommendations, and gave a great deal we couldn't pass up. Their customer service over the phone was wonderful. The technicians showed up early and immediately went to work The work was done efficiently. We were really really shocked. It was wonderful and fantastic to see.
left debrie laying
Very impressed with the quality of work and cleaning up after each window was put in.
The project was easier than I thought it would be. Installers were very efficient.
I have been happy with the windows thus far.
The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The ordering process was timely and I was kept informed about the progress along the way. The scheduling of the install was timely, the work was sloppy, one screen was damaged and a second screen was the wrong size. Now that Window Nation has my money I have found the customer service department extremally difficult to work with. They make promises, but do not follow through. They do no return calls or respond to left messages. I am sorry I didn't choose a different window company. The product seems good, but the customer service is poor. I should be compensated for all of the time I have spend trying to live up to their promised warranty.
The experience with Window Nation was a good one. I replaced nine (9) old single pane wood windows with the WN Grandview windows. The quote was done in late June and the windows were installed in one day in late September. Very happy with the installation team and the windows. The only minor issue was 3 damaged screens which will be replace under warranty.
I will be willing to tell a friend of my experience.
I would recommend for the quality of work. I would definitely make sure to bring up the fact that the “gift card” is not actually a gift card and more like credit towards your next project. Very mislead on that but the quality of work was great and they priced match from another bid that I got that was cheaper.
I am very satisfied with my windows, and they are easy to clean.
While the windows are a good quality and the install team did a good job, I cannot recommend this company because of their poor customer service. One of the windows installed was positioned wrong and we did not discover that until after the install. I have reported this problem 6 times and no one has gotten back to me about it.
The installation was poorly done.
So far, I'm very happy with the install and the windows. If I ever need more windows, I would use WN again, and have told others.
The installation was perfect. The timeframe was above schedule, and I couldn't have asked for a better job done.
They did a fantastic job.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Window Nation - Indianapolis, IN as part of our survey process.
