Window Nation did excellent! They were the cheapest, and they did a great job.

Installation crew was great. Showed up on time and got started right away. Quality of the windows seems to be very good. Will know more after a few seasons.

They did what they said they would do. On time and installed fast one day about 5 hours.

The work was done satisfactorily, but it was not completed, and I have been waiting three weeks for them to come back and finish what they did not do. I am frustrated that it is taking this long and no one has shown up yet. The installation was done well, but they did not do the trim.

Crew and staff very nice

They don’t do anything to resolve your problem or complaint in a timely manner or contact you after the job is done except my sales rep called and asked how it was going and said he would get I. Contact with someone to call. They haven’t called.

The windows we have are not that great

I would recommend Window Nation to anyone wanting new windows. The only downside is their prices. Could go a little easier on the elderly.

Good quality and fast service

Installation process was a disaster. First install team installed windows wrong on 7/26/24, that team no longer works for WN. As of 9/14/24, job still not completed. Waiting on new window frames to arrive to finish the install. That will not occur until sometime in October 2024. I am tired of removing and re-installing blinds in these windows multiple times and moving furniture. I have had to schedule being home from work multiple times for WN appointments/install attempts. Also still waiting on kitchen window screen.

Charlie White was very informative of his product and very accommodating to my needs.

They are quality windows and the installation guys were very precise and efficient.

The windows look great and the guys that installed them were very professional and courteous. They also made sure we understood how to open them to clean them from inside. I would highly recommend Window Nation for anyone who needs windows replaced.
