Everything was done satisfactorily from the sales process to the promise date to the installation. Really had no issues with any part of the process. And very happy with the windows so far, although they've only been in for 2 weeks.

The crew showed up on time and got to the job right away. Everything looks good. They showed me around and told me how long it would take for the caulking to dry. They did a really good job!

we completed part of our windows in the spring and just did the rest, my one complaint will be that when it came to scheduling the second half of the windows, I was originally promised the same pricing for part two, and I had to renegotiate that price despite that being in the original contract. That to me is unacceptable but your product is good so I went forward.

Cleaning was not great as I had to vacuum all rooms, found cardboard from new windows left behind and a nail in my bathtub. I also discovered the next day that all screens were put in upside down. It makes me question how good the window installation is.
