cost effective, my 3 windows look very nice. 3 men who installed the windows did a wonderful job. Worked really terrific together as a team. The entire process was good, even with a few quirks with scheduling.

My back door sliding black door has an issue. I have to pull with my entire body weight to be able to get the door in a position where I can lock it. My mother-in-law is unable to do that and that is a problem is that it would leave my property unsecure

The call center was a little challenging when I called to start the project, but everyone else was amazing. From the man that came out to meas.sure the windows ( I wish I could remember his name), to Joseph who installed the windows.

I have condensation on the top windows of all my (18) newly installed windows. I have told the sales rep about it was advised to give it a week and yet still have it and no calls to see if we are still experiencing it.

The job was not finished. Caulking around windows was not completed. I've been waiting 2 weeks and have not heard anything from anyone. Salesman said he would be here day of installation, and never showed up. I was told they would be here later that next week. To check and take pictures, still never saw them.

I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I paid approximately $5000 for 3 windows and then a few weeks later there is a promotion of buy 4 windows get 4 free which clearly shows a gross overpayment. I could have had my whole townhouse done for an additional $1700 on that promotion. Initially I only got a quote for 3 because the sills were starting to rot from leaks and I felt it couldn't wait any longer and that was all I can afford given some other things in the home that need attention.
It is beyond frustrating. Some customers obviously get pricing that is fair to them and your company while others pay the exorbitant prices to balance out your profit. If this wouldn't have happened I would have been a very satisfied customer.
