I would recommend Window Nation - Denver, CO to a friend. I think the windows are beautiful. The installation team were very polite and did their job very well. All of my windows were installed very quickly. I am very happy with the whole process.

We don't normally recommend window manufacturers. This is a realistic answer.

Initial installation of the windows was fine - untill I discovered they damaged my exterior shutters when they removed them to install the windows. Aso, the install crew dropped a window in my natural wood window sill damaging the sill.

Everything worked perfect from the initial meeting to the installation. I am very satisfied.

I like the window. It looks very nice and opens and closes easily. Short waiting period.

There are a couple issues I need to see resolved before I would recommend MilGaurd windows. Window Nation seems to be addressing them promptly but with an appointment later this week.

We were quite impressed from the initial presentation and how knowledgeable the rep was. Once we did our comparisons we went with WN even though they were not the least expensive but felt we were getting a better window for the price. Once we made the decision it really was quite easy from measurements to install we were made aware of all along the way of what was to come. All went on time and very smoothly.

They ordered the wrong size window for us, and we had a lot of communication problems. We were misled on a lot of information, and we would get different answers from different people on the same question.

Feel scammed. When inquiring about 1 1/2 inch gap was called a puta cavron by installers. Labels on new mismeasured windows being installed "No Energy Star"

Overall, everything went as promised. I appreciated having a point of contact for any issues or questions that I had. The job was completed, and they worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the windows and sliding glass doors.

We're very happy with our windows. It was easy to work with Window Nation in all aspects. The team that installed our windows were fast and efficient. They were courteous and respectful of our home.

They don't follow up with you. I have been trying to contact them for the last several months since I had my windows put in. I finally got in contact with the guy who sold me the windows. I have found a complaint with them. There is a lot of still undone. I am not satisfied with them. They still have not come to finish the job.

I thought they did a great job. They were in and out as scheduled. The work was done great. I am very pleased with the windows. the team was a great group of people. Overall I was very happy with the results.

Window Nation was professional and patient when we had to go back and forth with my insurance company (was replacing storm-damaged windows). Once we got what we needed from insurance, the process from start to finish was smooth and carefree.

Everything about this was good

Windows were measured wrong and initial installers couldn't place them in the openings. Didn't hear anything from window Nation about the status of a new order. Finally gi6t another install date and it went as planned. After the install, I noticed a hole in a screen and still don't have a new screen two weeks later. I'm very frustrated.

I ordered my windows in March, did not receive them until September. Took five times to get correct windows. They came in broken, then the driver lost them and they came in the wrong size TWICE! I would never recommend this company.

I would give my experience a 4. My windows had to measured twice, which resulted in delay requiring to two authorization signatures. First signing was June 5th and the second was June 28th. What was supposed to six weeks became two months. I have yet to receive a hard copy of my warranty for the the product or work done. E-mails do not work for me. In addition, I need a hard copy of instructions for operation of the windows themselves.

Most affordable estimate we received. The quality of the windows are great. The only estimate we received with a lifetime warranty.The only estimate we received with a lifetime warranty.

They were very fast and quick. I was not worried about anything at any point, so that was nice.

They haven't been back to fix a window they said had a manufacturer defect. I am still waiting.
