The consultation was great and Terry answered all of our questions. He also did not make us feel pressured to choose without talking privately with my husband to make sure we were making the right decision.

Basically, my windows were ordered incorrectly, and it took an extra month to remedy the situation.

The high pressure sales tactic is off putting and being told you have to make a decision immediately or you lose your sale price is predatory. The only reason we moved forward is because we had other companies in for quotes (that didn’t expect an on the spot decision) and Window Nation was a little cheaper. Although the windows are great, that experience will make us go with another company for our next 14 windows that need to be replaced. We also never received our gift card for scheduling the appointment initially ($100)

Very satisfied with the sales team, the measuring team very much so with the install team problem resolutions so far have been excellent

The install team was very thorough, clean, and addressed minimal areas that needed cleaning on the outside window. This was the second window replacement work order and the experience was much better than the first a month prior.

Get the measurements right the first time, promise accurate results (we were told our windows would be bigger because of the framing measurements and they were not because of the material our house is made from prevent this option and we waited 5 weeks for the re-make of the windows).
