There was so many people involved in the process both locally and nationally. sometimes seemed confusing on who to deal with.
Great service from the very start. Nic was fantastic to work with, helping us decide on best product for our home and best pricing available. She has been attentive throughout the entire process and has great follow up. Team that measured and installed the windows were great!
The entire process went very smooth. The price was competitive, the window quality was excellent and the installation was completed in one day. It was less than 8 weeks from time of order to completion.
They were on time, quick but thorough. They kept things clean as they
Worked and hauled off all trash.
It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
Yes, from the initial call to get a quote to the finished project, Window Nation was amazing to work with.
We're still 'stunned' by the cost (vs your ad of "Buy one, Get One Free")
Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and on time.
I already have recommended them to to neighbors, coworkers, and friends!
Windows were done on our time frame and were installed quickly and correctly
Great customer service
The job was botched the first time and delayed on the correction. The customer service through the resolution process was absolutely horrible.
Shipping was delayed and installers used aa lot more caulk than I liked
Chris Smith did a great job, installers were professional & did good work.
Communication and efficiency
Very surprised with the amount of caulk used, about an inch or larger gap under two windows filled with caulk. Were the windows the wrong size?
Good but very expensive, even with discounts
Fast and good service.
Good experience all around.
I would rate a 0. I would not refer anybody because I have never got my issues resolved and no one seems to care. I did all my windows, and they don't care. They don't meet the Colorado energy code and the U factor is incorrect for Colorado. They are missing caulking and my windows freeze on the inside. I have a couple of small windows that were ordered incorrectly and there is a two-inch gap. The gentleman that came out to measure them was fired. I have windows that are an inch and a half, two small. The installers were less than professional. They were rude and unprofessional. I have spoken with four supervisors, and they don't care. I have spoken to Ryan, Brandon, Joe, the salesman Rob and the installer. I have emailed the owner and get nothing back. I have spoken with customer support so many times. The reason I know they don't meet Colorado code is because I went down to the city of Greeley and got the code, and I went to Millguard and got the information. I have windows that are installed crooked, and they got their money in cash.
My salesperson was very thorough in explaining why the windows were failing and what my options were that were available, and the various price ranges.
The entire process was professional.
Every one seems to like the windows and I will recommend but there are friends who cannot afford such a high cost anytime soon.
E erything from start to finish
I am not likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend. I wasn't sure about the installation process and believe it might be a little overrated.
