Quick and helpful responses, great pricing

Rubber where the door locks is already ripping and has a hole. Sliding glass door installed only one week ago and already damaged.

They were professional and very neat about the whole job.

They were on time and did a nice job, finishing up quickly.

The windows were installed on time, and the service dept follow-up has been good so I am happy.

It was a great experience from our very first contact with Window Nation though the final implementation. The installation crew went out of their way to keep our interior just as clean as it was before beginning the work. The entire installation was completed within 8 hours - 16 windows and a sliding glass door.

Out kitchen screen has a defect and I was told to wait 3 weeks for them to replace it.

This was a terrible experience start to finish. We are extremely disappointed in our sales member and their supervisors. We felt mislead in the product that we were receiving by our salesman and our install is still incomplete. The install crew did not show up with all the pieces they needed to complete our job and we have not heard anything from window nation yet about it.

Excellent job. They came on time, and finished the job in one day. The installers were very polite and respectful.

I would recommend this company, and I have already.

The whole process was very easy. The price was reasonable. There were no surprises from the estimate to the final price. Window Nation - Philadelphia, PA did exactly as they said they were going to do. I am very pleased with the results.

because of all the miscommunication I had with the salesman and with several members of your team, including people hanging up on me and not getting back to me, I would not recommend your customer service. Once the project was completed and the capping issue was resolved, I am pleased with the windows and the look of them on our home.

The installers were very professional, laid cloths down to protect our stairs, and they cleaned has they installed each window.

The persosn who came here to give me the cost was a very good person, a Christian person. The people who installed the windows were from Brazil. They were good people, too, and did a good job. I don't let people in my house that are not good people.

Our salesman, John Doran, was very courteous and professional. He interacted with us in an outstanding manner always being very responsive to all of our requests making sure that we were satisfied. The installation team of Mark, Marco, Chris and Andrew were excellent as well. In fact, Mark, took the time to show us where the old windows were leaking. The team installed our new windows in an efficient and expert manner and went through a walkthrough inspection afterwards. They also made sure that everything stayed clean during and after the installation process. Steve, from the Service Department, did a great job as well in addressing some questions we had a few days later. Overall, we were very impressed with the sales, installation, service and communication we received from Window Nation!!’

Multiple month delay on install because sales rep never accounted for the need to have city at protective cover to power lines in front of window. Installers left chips of broken glass in primary bedroom, and scuffed paint and wood stairs.

Every widow was wrong. All had the wrong grid configurations.6 - 7 screens of 15 had defects. I don't understand how the screens could leave the factory/msnufacturing plant without the simplest of quality assurance checks being done.

I am having them do a couple of windows at my daughter's. I was happy with what they did for me.

From start to finish, everything was as expected. We were looking to have the windows replaced quickly, and our sales rep made it happen. He was available for any questions I may have had. I would recommend to anyone.

Said completed job. Workers left. Noticed screens bowed & wrong size. Stationary brackets missing. Broke outside railing. Over a week & no contact since that day!!!! Not all caulking done either.

The service was great. I would highly recommend them.

The windows I had replaced are a great upgrade to my condo.

I had a great customer experience from the salesman, the measurement person, the scheduling assistant, the installers everything went so smoothly and professionally.

Love the windows hated the service. Professionals when they call the windows. It was very incand even had a couple of gaps. They left.
Glass and installation in my yard. The shims were bent and damaged in one spot and when they installed the patio door it came with a foot lock and I asked for it and then star said. It didn't come with one and when I told him I did he said oh, it did and he pulled it out of his pocket. And I said why didn't you install it? He said it would be difficult because of my flooring. I said so why didn't you even approach me or tell me about it? And many other problems.

Those guys were fantastic. They were professional. They were really, really good!

I called customer service several times during the installation process regarding an issue with my windows. I never received a call back from customer service or the manager to which I left a message.

The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations. The team that installed the windows did an excellent job and at the completion of the installation they went around the perimeter of the house and collected any debris leftover from the removal of the existing windows. I was very pleased from beginning to end with Window Nation and it's employees.
