Project was quoted as 1 day but took 3 days. When I texted my sales rep with a time sensitive weather related question during the installation process I did not get a response. Luckily finihsed product was unaffected.

The crew that installed the windows worked efficiently and completed the job in one day, which, considering the size of the job, was impressive. The head contractor Brian consulted me with regards to a difficulty with the fit of the newly installed front door and he came up with a solution regarding new interior molding that worked perfectly. All of that was great and the quality of the windows are a definite upgrade. However there are two things I'd like to mention: one that is not correctable and one that is. The one that is not correctable is that I noticed the day after installation that much of my front landscape plantings had been crushed by being stepped on and possibly ladder placement. I'm also finding screws and pieces metal flashing in those flower beds and the contiguous grass. I can understand and accept that with so many workers, working so quickly that some damage to landscaping occurs and some cleanup gets missed. Again, it was a big job, but I was disappointed. But it's the second issue that needs to be corrected. The day of the installation was grey and dreary, and somewhat rainy. When the crew was finished, Brian, the crew chief, showed me the completed work. He did tell me that since the crew had taken out our front bay window, there was some siding that needed to be replaced, but that they were able to get a close match. When I saw it it was dusk and dreary and it appeared to be a match. The next day my wife went outside and called my attention to the fact that the new siding stood out from the old. This was disappointing as we had leftover siding in our basement but nobody asked us if we did. As such, I sent an email to the customer experience address and attached a picture of the siding mismatch and asked about a possible solution. That was two weeks ago and I have not received a reply. Again, we have leftover original siding, but I'm not sure there is enough. Please advise.
The gentlemen who installed the windows were very professional. They did an excellent job keeping the place clean and left our home in pristine condition the way we had it.

It is good. The sales rep, Scott, who came out was very good, very understanding, and reliable. The customer service was wonderful. The workmen there were very polite and understanding.
Jonathan Stupar took his time to explain everything I needed to know about these windows. He also helped me figure out the best method to pay for these. He is a true professional and was so patient and kind to me when I asked him multiple questions. He is a GREAT representative for Window Nations, after speaking with him I was sold and did not need to get any other quotes from other companies.
