From beginning to end - my project was extremely well handled. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased!

Some of the windows seems to be too small, so I had to put in a service request.

Very happy with the overall experience

The installers were on time and were courteous. They responded to questions about the windows and showed my husband and I how to operate them. When they were finished with the installation, they cleaned up any debris that remained both inside and outside the windows. I also like that if there are any problems, there are contact numbers available.

I registered a complaint about one of my windows a week ago and have not received a call back yet for the service department

I originally gave them the highest ranking on the first review. The lock does not work on the back door; I have called a half a dozen times and no one has responded to me. I have not heard from them. The quality of the door is excellent but their follow-up is terrible.

Will never recommend your installers rushed the job finding mental shavings outside after they left! Did not finsh caulking

The gentle men that came to my house were on time and were good at their job they made sure the windows were put in right and made sure that they were no drafts. Iwas so happy with the job that they did I would recommend them to anyone. Don't let them go they were neat and did their job exceptionally. The first time I was so happy with a job .

They were able to schedule us very fast, the 2 guys that came to do the project were very professional and fast. They got the job done in less than 8 hours, which was 8 windows total. They cleaned up everything, you couldn't tell they were even here. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

did not provide dimensions, preinstall, of actual glass in window. It was much smaller than my original bay glass dimension. your replacement is mostly wood, and I dislike the whole look!!!!!!

We had an issue with window trim after windows were installed. However, after installation we didn’t get any help from our sales rep or customer rep even after calling multiple times. Our sales rep would only respond once after miltiple attempts to tell us that service ticket has been created which turned out, as we later found to be not true.

After a week of trying to resolve the issue via sales rep we called the support line and we were told that they cannot help us. However after multiple calls they gave us phone number of local Windows Nation office who were then able to actually create a service ticket and setup an appointment to fix our trim.

We are highly disappointed with our experience with Window Nations.
