although it rained on the day of the original installation and I didn't want anyone trekking thru my beautiful home, the techs were willing to come to my home on a Saturday to complete the assignment. I didn't want to tie up a week-end day for this purpose, but they were heavily booked for future installations...that part I didn't like but I do understand.
I love the windows The installers were very polite and cleaned up after their selfs. I would highly recommend them.
I was led to believe the installers were Window Nation certified. The windows are good quality, but the installation was a rushed job.
The job was done with the upmost attention to detail. It was done right and on time the first time. The products were top notch. There could not have been any improvement to our job.

Product is excellent. Original installation team nice and courteous but a bit careless.
From the first person I met that represented Window Nation the salesman Jim Doyle. Jim was very knowledgeable about the windows. Jim looked at our windows and said that these were builder windows the originals when the house was built.
The whole process was very professional. The installers were very good and knew what they were doing.
The crew was on time, they were courteous. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had. So far we are pleased.
At this point we are not likely because we have paid for 14 windows and only received 13. If the issue gets resolved in a timely manner that will change because the windows are great
The whole experience has just been terrible. The customer service is not helpful and there is never a manager around to speak with.
The only thing I have a problem with is that I was told if you refer a person it was supposed to be $250 and then I got the card and found out it was $50. I had a problem with that. I was referred by friend and was told it was 250, and when my daughter called they said it was only $50.
It is hard to keep the windows closed. I'm not thrilled with the windows. The windows open up again when you attempt to close them.
They were very receptive to my needs and handled any issue that came up.

Everyone was so kind. The installers were amazing. Cleaned up wonderfully and made sure all my questions were answered. The sales rep was amazing, quick to answer any questions and was very informative about the process. Overall my experience was fantastic. Exceeded expectations!

Great windows, but I was unhappy when the installers let my cat out of the bathroom when the sliding glass doors were being installed on day 2. My cat would have escaped with no barrier preventing them. Thankfully my boyfriend was at my house and chased her upstairs. I had to lock them in the bathroom to prevent further issues with my cats be let out. I paid extra to have blinds removed and installed. The installers demanded proof of this in the contract. Would not finish blind install at the end of day 2. I would not recommend adding additional services to the job. I spent Almost 2 days calling begging for installers to return and finish. Unacceptable.
Sales people are courteous, well informed about the products. Installers are efficient, respectful of your property & don't leave a mess when done
