Everyone was very informative! Very polite and the workers were great

I have emailed them several times, and have not heard back. They messed up really bad. I am not very optimistic in hearing from them on making things right. I have had to take off of work and want to be compensated for that.

Arrived on time to start the project and completed it in just one day with no issues.

Two windows were cracked at time of install, I had to point this out to the installers. Getting the windows replaced required me to reach out a lot, as opposed to getting this fixed being a priority to Window Nation.

Workers were efficient, windows are beautiful!

Window Nation fit my budget and left us with no worries about the craftmanship of the job and product. We are very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. I already have recommended Window Nations to some friends!

Due to aesthetic reasons (door handle color not matching the sliding door color), I cannot recommend this product. Had this been disclosed during the sales presentation I would have not gone with this company. But this was never stated, and my bronze color sliding door came with white handle! Only after that, I was told that you do not have matching color handles and I could only have black handle. The white handle will be replaced with black color handle hopefully soon.

We were told by our salesman that we would not loose the size of the glass in our windows. That was a lie, we lost 5” of glass from the sides and the top and bottom. It looks really bad on the long narrow windows. Also 2 of our windows are loose. I called over a week ago and was told someone would get back to me in 2 days again a lie. We are very disappointed as of now, if WN fixes our issues I will change my rating oh and we were also told by the salesman and the guy who came out to measure that our window air conditioner would fit….lie

The Window Nation installers were professional, responsive, and kept me informed during the process.

The sell was done by an experienced rep. The guys who came out to measure and install were all professional and prompt.

Their prices were a little cheaper than the other guys.

The service was well executed, but experienced a six-week delay due to incorrect windows being ordered
