Window Nation is very professional and the quality of their work is magnificient.
My window replacement did not start out good. BUT after stopping the installer. Explaining my strong dislike to the current work. He fully understood what the issue was, fixed it, to my expectations. Now I have 4 beautiful new Windows, in our old farm house and kept the style and age look of our home.
They were very professional and quick with the installation.
I am very satisfied with my windows and have recommended them to my family and friends for when they are considering replacements.
They did a good job
In fact I have already done so.
I was fine with the quality, but I was upset at the amount of time it took to get my windows. I had used them a year before and everything went great. This time it didn't work that well. The quality was there, but the service wasn't.
Because I'm still having issues and this is not my first go-around with window nation. The first time I had my windows replaced it went off without a hitch and I didn't have a problem. This time they have been out two to three different times, do not call, and no show. I waited all day and no one showed up and I'm still having issues. My windows are drafty.
I’ve already recommended window nation to a number of friends and family. The installation has alway gone perfect and the price is competitive.
Everyone at Window Nation that we had to deal with were very friendly and helpful!
I did recommend Window Nation - Philadelphia to my my friend and she bought them. The salesman stated they would send me a gift card.
the install was quick and seamless and the installer was very professional. However, our install got pushed back 2x due to the pandemic (no problem, I understand we are in unusual times) however, I had to continue to follow up with the salesman regarding WHEN they will be installed. There was no follow up with me regarding anything
Yes I will...Thanks for the great work
3 of 5 windows were too short , and a fabricated finish had to be applied ... "I HAVE BEEN IGNORED FOR TWO WEEKS " and i'm truly fed up with this
The workers worked very hard. They installed in cold weather, and even when it got dark, they were still working. Window Nation has good people working for them. The ones that were here were very good.
My windows are gorgeous! I immediately felt a difference in how quickly my home warmed up. The installers were professional and answered the few questions I had.
I was impressed with everything that they did and I would recommend them.
They were punctual, met their timeline, and cleaned up well. They did quality work.
Window Nation was, all around, informative and the installation was awesome.
The job was done well. All of the people we worked with were courteous and helpful. This was a great experience!
I think they did a really good job with the installation, which is probably the more important thing out of anything, but I had a few different issues with customer service.
The quality of the install and material are excellent. The service was mediocre. It was better during my first install
I was extremely impressed with how efficient, how clean and courteous the whole crew was.
