A few months ago, I had a sales rep stop out and quote me to replace all my windows. With the initial quote price, I was shocked at the high cost of replacing all my windows. The salesman had sold me on the quality of the windows and the other benefits of choosing window nation. While I could not afford to replace all of them, I decided to pick the one that was the worst. This was a very large bay window in the downstairs master bedroom. This window was rotten and felt like being in an incubator. Shortly after I had paid deposit and signed the agreement, I was contacted by another representative to take the measurement of the window and for him to ensure that he had all the material necessary to complete his job. At this time, I was reassured by both the salesman and the other man that had come out to do measurements that all materials would be provided that would be needed for the job. this list included the trim AND any extra siding needed as replacing a bay window with a flat window they would take off the roof and support of bay as they would no longer be needed.

On the day the initial installation was scheduled I had taken my LAST day of PTO to accommodate the need for someone to be on site with the installers as requested in the paperwork I signed. It was told to me multiple times in multiple different ways that if I was not there when they showed up that I would be charged some amount of $400 or so. The two men had showed up to install window and after setting everything up they asked me if I had material to finish the siding. I am not sure where the miscommunication was or who dropped the ball here but again it was explained to me that in this quote price of near FOUR THOUSAND dollars that it would all be taken care of and was never communicated that I would need to provide material for a job that someone else is paid for. The installers left and I was left very frustrated about the poor planning. That day the installation manager reached out to me and set up a day to come back on a Saturday since I no longer had any weekday availability.

Two Saturdays after the initial installation issue another guy showed up to do the window. Initially, I didn't think I would have had a window installed that day either because he mentioned not knowing what job he was doing, being the only guy on the job and not knowing if he had the material. Short time later without saying anything he had started the project, so I assumed he had material needed. Once the installer finished putting the window in, he had me come review the window prior to him leaving. I was shocked to see what looked like an absolute half ass job install for such a reputable company. I had many questions and comments for the installer that I feel were poorly explained and like the work half assed also.

The bay window that was taken out had a small roof above and then one wood support below the window. Instead of putting siding back where the roof was taken out there was a piece of wood cut out to fit in the spot. Then the previous piece of J channel that sticks out like a sore thumb and still has the previous caulking on it. It looks like trash! Then, where the wood support was below the window - again, without replacing the siding he put a piece of wood in there and caulked it in. This looks liked a last minute thrown together job and I am so ashamed as this is the front of my house for everyone to see!

Initially, prior to this nightmare of an experience I had planned to get all my windows done over time as I could afford but after all of this I don't think I will do that! At the initial meeting the salesman and I had what really sold me was the quality of the windows and him talking about the skill level of the installers. In my opinion this was most definitely not worth $4,000.00!

Love my windows. From estimate to completion, the work was professional, courteous and met all expectations. Alex knew his product and answered all questions. The install crew was friendly fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend.

We have used window nation twice to replace almost all of the windows in our home. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff will work with you to find the best deals possible. Installation crew is efficient and they do a very good job. We are happy with the look and function of the windows and have have not had any issues with them.

I had a positive experience with your company and everything and everyone along the way were very nice and polite and very good at their job. Very professional team that was conscious of the property while working. They worked in the horrible heat and humidity, didn't destroy all the flowers and were done quickly with our Phase 1 (6 windows). Looking forward to Phase 2.

Window Nation was very knowledgeable and more affordable than their competitors. We have used them twice for two different homes in the same year. They did beautiful quality work and were very fast with the installation. Even with our bigger home that had eighteen windows, they were able to complete the project in one day.
