I have a question that nobody would answer: “why didn’t I qualify for your buy one window, get a second window for free promotion”. I purchased 8 windows.

The installers were super professional and fabulously great gentlemen. They were all very nice. I even sent them some pictures of them working on my windows.

The installers were very professional and polite. The work was done in a timely manner. The clean up was great.

We were overall very satisfied with all aspects on the ordering and installation except for an issue with the door handle and the lack of follow-up on the service request submitted. Poor service might impact our ability to recommend Window Nation to our friends.

This is summer, they have been open the entire time, and I have not used the air conditioner yet. I cannot say if I am getting air through the windows or not, or if the installation was done correctly. It's a neat job.

They were very communicative! The Window Nation team kept me up to date; they texted and called me. Communication was definitely great, and they followed up on any issues. Some of the nuances, like small gaps that needed caulk, were addressed. The installation is done, and the follow-up communication is great.

The experience of getting new windows could not have been better. From the time taken when we were getting an estimate through installation and follow up. We are very happy with our new windows. The heat this summer stayed outside thanks to the windows we chose!

I am sorry that I ever used Window Nation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they charged me too much. They sent me a letter in the mail saying that they would give me $500 if I recommended someone to them. They could offer me $1,000, and I still would not recommend them to anyone. I did not appreciate how they overcharged me. I have seen ads about them, and it was nothing like what they charged me. If I were to ever get windows again, it would not be with Window Nation.

I am still waiting on them to get back with me. The installation was on the 17th of July. The salesman is supposed to get back with me today, so we will see.

The appearance of the windows are high quality. The crew did an outstanding job. They worked very hard. I have had a few issues with quality of windows, hinges breaking, plastic openers coming off. All service called have been handled efficiently.

From the beginning of the process, each person we encountered was respectful and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the quality of the windows. The installation team did a wonderful job! We had all of our windows replaced and the team had our project completed within about 6 hours.

Original install of one entry door and one bay window was delayed because the window was not ready as scheduled. That turned out to be fine as the window installers were able to change the hardware on the door (it did not match our other doors) when the window was installed. The window was expertly installed, but the next day when we began to stain the trim we discovered a rather large split in part of the frame. WN agreed to replace it right away, but due to scheduling confusion, after waiting another 2 weeks, a technician arrived with the wrong material to fix the window frame. We now await a reschedule from WN.

Window Nation was very courteous, quick, and polite. They got the job done, and I am very impressed with them.
