The best part of the whole experience was interacting with Jack Scarfpin and Mike Lombardi as well as the install team. The products are also top tier and have made a huge difference in our home. The experience leading up to the install was not the best and could be improved. Communication and transparency was lacking.

The window installation was fine. The salesman was fine. I just have a problem with their customer service when you first call. I wanted to talk to someone, and I asked 3 times to speak to someone else but the phone operator who answered the phone was hard to understand. I had to ask three different times to speak to someone else before that happened.

2 weeks in and one window broke already. One installed upside down and multiple damages to home during install.

From start to finish it was a straight forward, no surprises process. Window Nation beat the competitions price. They were very good about keeping me informed. If they set a date they kept it. When I called them I spoke with a real person. The crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. It only took them approximately 5 hours to complete the job. When they left it looked like they were never there. That very night I noticed that the heater wasn't coming on as offen and it wasn't running as long.

Everything about the process was great.

Window Nation does very high-quality work. We experienced issues, but they fixed them to our satisfaction.

Windows were measured twice for installation only to windows forced fit into openings (3) and 4th window was 1” shy at top so expanding foam was used to fill gap. In my opinion employees were just hired off street to install my windows,will NOT recommend them to anyone they were also VERY EXPENSIVE $8200 for two windows,I used buy 2 get 2 free deal

Disappointed that our sale went to Brandon after the initial salesperson spent so long with us, all due to a different client's sale. Brandon was great in the one conversation I had with him but that was all.

I was told through text messages that I would get a additional 10% discount and a gift card but when the salesman was at our house he never really followed though with getting these incentives for me. Felt like it was false advertisement to get me to schedule the appointment. I do like our new windows but felt like a bit of bait and trap.

We are pleased with the results inside but outside they cut our new deck and said it was already cut. We feel the could have said it was cut already then a least put trim in to make it look professional

Paul had 40 years experience and worked non stop for roughly 6 hours. He installed 3 windows. I had questions and he answered them. We were very happy with the whole experience. Although he was somewhat late, he texted me with a new time of arrival in advance.
