I think the windows are good quality.I had called several companies to come out and give me estimates that did not show up.1 did show up and said it was " too much work".

Areas For Improvement:
While the physical quality of the windows is excellent and I am very happy with the final product, I was quite disappointed with the customer service provided after the initial sale. Once my order was processed, I felt like a "has-been" and struggled significantly to get assistance with basic follow-up needs. I had a very difficult time getting answers to my questions, resolving a specific mistake on the order, and setting up the 12-month interest-free financing plan I was promised. The lack of proactive communication made the process much more stressful than it needed to be.

Areas Of Satisfaction:
I am extremely satisfied with the actual windows installed in my home. The product quality is top-notch, and the physical installation itself met my expectations.

Additional Comments:
I would strongly suggest improving the communication pipeline between the sales team and the administrative support staff. Once the contract was signed, the level of support dropped off dramatically. Customers should feel valued and supported through the financing and troubleshooting stages just as much as they are during the initial sales pitch.

Our sales person said he would follow up with us after the installation but I never heard back from him

As the screens are movable they do not have a good seal against wasps etc; cleanup could’ve been better BUT when I called for a repair of a couple screens bowed at the bottom it was fixed promptly and well.

Overall the quality of the windows and installation was very good. We have a problem with the lock in our screen door. It is taking too long to get it fixed.

There are places on my walls that have to be painted over because of marks. The windows look great but some of my window frames inside the house have to caulked & painted.where the new windows were installed. Is that normal?? I don't know!!

The fastness and clean up was excellant

crew installed 2 defective windows, and disagreed with me about gaps. Took installation manager coming out, ordering new windows, and being installed by a different person.

The windows have slits in the black rubber between the panes the slit is not flat they pucker how does the argon gas stay between the windows I’m sure some of it escapes thru the slit very tacky and unsightly look

Your installer didn’t speak English they dropped foam on the floor and tried to scrape it up but it left marks on the floor

The window installation was fine. The salesman was fine. I just have a problem with their customer service when you first call. I wanted to talk to someone, and I asked 3 times to speak to someone else but the phone operator who answered the phone was hard to understand. I had to ask three different times to speak to someone else before that happened.

From start to finish it was a straight forward, no surprises process. Window Nation beat the competitions price. They were very good about keeping me informed. If they set a date they kept it. When I called them I spoke with a real person. The crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. It only took them approximately 5 hours to complete the job. When they left it looked like they were never there. That very night I noticed that the heater wasn't coming on as offen and it wasn't running as long.
