Window Nation - Columbus, OH was fast, speedy, and they appeared to know what they were doing.
I first signed paperwork and, overnight, decided to go a different route. The salesman sent me a text message offering me $2,000 less. When the windows were installed, the paperwork given to me had the original price. When my wife called to get to the situation, we were told we signed for $14,000 and there was nothing they could do.
Everything from sales to the installation was done professionally. They kept things clean, and I am also extremely happy with the level of customer service I received from the salesman and the installation crew.

Julius Smith really sold us on this company, he’s a true jewel. He made me feel confident in our choice and purchase. He worked through the ways we can slowly change the windows in our home. Window nation called frequently to let us know about the window measurements, orders, and production in a timely manner.
They messed up our installation and damaged our house. I never received a gift card.

While the installation crew was exceptional, the windows were 8+ weeks late and customer service was completely incapable of telling me when to expect my replacement windows that already had a 10-12 week estimated lead time. I can for most issues if I am given the information to work with. Instead, I just received weekly e-mails telling that it was exciting news that my windows were now shipping the next week (keep in mind they were supposed to have shipped in the current week).
