I am very satisfied with my windows, the installers, and the company.
I wish I had shopped around first to compare value and price. I didn't, that's on me. The only negative that I had was that I couldn't reuse my blinds on the 8 windows installed.

We are really happy with our windows and have noticed that our room is warmer since the windows were replaced.
I didn't receive all the windows in one day. They should have called me prior to installation to let me know that and apologize. After the first installation, they called the next day to tell me they had the last window. It was an inconvenience. I didn't have any problems on how the installation went, just the process.
They didn't inform me I was going to need to get new blinds when they installed the windows. They have not presented me with any language in the contract about it, so I am currently in dispute with the company.

When I called to ask about the Saturday appt. that no one showed up for the girl said oh sorry I will send a gift card. Did not seem concerned at all. Never did see that gift card.

Jane was a wonderful saleswoman to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the best windows. The installation team of Alex & Mike were top notch. They were experts at installing our 34 windows. They were methodical and their attention to detail was amazing. They cleaned up as they went and hauled away all of our old windows and trim. We're extremely satisfied.
