Overall, I was happy with the process, service, and installation.

Based on the guy who came out he was when they actually made the sale but when the work crew came in they left trash and my property, left nails, and they didn't clean. I just think that's very unprofessional.

I would recommend their services to anyone because they were very professional and have greatly improved the quality of my home.

Good process from start to finish.

There were a lot of issues with the installation project. I had 1 of the windows mis-measured. The second time, the installer left my storm door open, which caused it to completely shatter. The windows are great, but there were a lot of issues.

I liked the salesperson; he was a seasoned vet. I liked his personality, and my husband and I liked him. He was on time and went back and looked at the window we needed to replace and asked us if we wanted a two- or three-pane window, and we chose two-pane. The installer came out to measure the window again; he was very polite, took the measurement, and told my husband what we needed to move out of the way. They came on time the day of installation and were here for two and a half hours. Our house is considerably warmer with that window being replaced.

The installers were very knowledgeable, quick, and answered all of my questions.

Have only had them a couple weeks, but so far, we like them. They look great from inside and out. Sales person (project manager) was very knowledgable, and the installers were very professional, nice, and efficient (all 14 windows and patio door in one day). They cleaned up after themselves, too. Price was reasonable (given that new windows are a very expensive home improvement).

everyone was very easy to deal with. from sales to installers. we live in an 85 year old home. we really wanted to make sure the windows looked like the old ones. they very much do. they look great.

My review is detailed below with my utmost unhappiness at the back and forth communication via phone and email with the support staff and others from window nation. The windows are great, as were the measurers and installers.

The guys were very professional and cleaned up everything. They did the job in one day. They were great.

The installation crew worked for about an hour using their cell phone flashlights. 12 tabs were broken off my shudders. The calking needs to be fixed and the overhang was unfinished.

I took off work after the appointment date was scheduled for my windows installation. I even spoke with the manager about them being available for the installation. He guaranteed me they were coming to install my windows. On the day of the installation, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I got a message saying that they were not coming. They assumed me that date yet, I was left taken off work without a single work done.
