The experience, from start to finish, was seamless. Dre, our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He presented all of our options and also did not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. The communication was always very clear from everyone at Window Nation, as opposed to some other vendors we received quotes from. The competitors continue to call me daily, despite repeated messages letting them know that we are not interested. I never felt like the Window Nation team was pushy or trying to put the sale ahead of my own wants and needs as a customer.

Very Expensive

I am finding the windows very difficult to close and lock. Schedulers pushed back on my need to change the installation date. Sales person was not receptive to my issues. Wouldn't dare take out screens for fear in not getting them back in. Installers did not instruct me on how to operate the windows and screens.
