The installation crew worked for about an hour using their cell phone flashlights. 12 tabs were broken off my shudders. The calking needs to be fixed and the overhang was unfinished.

I took off work after the appointment date was scheduled for my windows installation. I even spoke with the manager about them being available for the installation. He guaranteed me they were coming to install my windows. On the day of the installation, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I got a message saying that they were not coming. They assumed me that date yet, I was left taken off work without a single work done.

Installation was quick and installers were courteous and neat.

Two windows aren't operating properly, wall damaged and no customer service follow through.

I was impressed with the way they explained things to me before they even got started. As to what the process was as far as removing the windows and getting the window prepared to put the new ones in. I really appreciated them covering up my hardwood floors, the stairs and my furniture before they started working. They cleaned up and vacuumed everything before they left. Explain to me how the Window worked and asked if I had any questions. Great employees.

The two fellas that came were very efficient. They worked great as a team. They came and left early. I am very happy with the way they cleaned after themselves. It was great.

I liked the way they presented themselves. I liked the product. I just got the product in, and we went into a snowstorm.

They came in and did the windows. I was also supposed to have shutters put up as well. The service guy did not know anything about that and had to call the company. He called the company, and they told him that they were not in yet. That was the Friday before last. The following Monday, I got a call that the shutters were in and that someone would be calling me to schedule a time for installation. That was the Monday before last, and now one is calling me to schedule, and I cannot get anyone to call me back to schedule. It has been over a week, and I am still waiting to get someone to call me back. It is not time-consuming and could be done between jobs. No one is calling me back to schedule, and I am not happy about that.

The gentleman were polite and efficient. And they cleaned up behind themselves!

Overall we are happy with the choice we made. What is disappointing is the price offered was only good the day of visit. And we were not allowed the 0% financing for 5 years and the special offer. That was the biggest disappointment as our project was extremely expensive.

I ordered a replacement sash for one my wife broke about the same time I ordered to have additional windows installed in my home. It has now been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my new replacement sash yet I have already had the 6 new windows installed.

Had some caulk issues that were supposed to be corrected but no one came out as weather was bad. Was never rescheduled.

The sales representative was helpful and not pushy. He listened to our concerns and helped us decide which window would best fit our budget as well as needs/priorities. The windows appear to be of good quality at a fair price.

The representatives came to our neighborhood and offered us a free inspection. We hadn’t thought much about replacing windows but then I started thinking about the ones that I felt needed replacing. Some newer windows were installed by my father, and some were just old or troublesome.

They did a great job. They were quick, fast, friendly, and the service was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The way the installer picked up after himself

When I called Window Nation about a complaint the person on the other end wanted me to send pictures of the problem. The windows were just installed three days prior. I feel that the company should have being more than willing to send someone out in the next couple of days without a picture. As of today two weeks later I have not heard from Window Nation about my complaint
