Window Nation needs to do better with who they use for their screens. I have 3 screens with holes and flex screen hasn't repaired or replaced them for me

All staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Our salesperson thoroughly explained our options so could make an informed decision. He kept in touch with us throughout the process. We now have beautiful windows that are easy to open and clean.

I'm just not likely to recommend them. A premium price for just ok delivery. It doesn't mean they are bad but what's special?

No scummy sales tactics, professional installation and measuring, and a great price compared to Pella and Anderson

I have already recommended Window Nation to several friends. They were professional, their quality product was installed with care. They kept me informed with effective communication throughout the process. The house looks good with the new windows installed and we can already tell a difference with much less outdoor sound and drafts.

It was more of a sales issue. There was a window missing. There was a blame game going on.

First of all the sale rep. Was very professional and patient with my wife and I as we tried to decide on the widow type. The Installers were also professional and quite not a lot of loud talking and horse playing they got the job done with quality workmanship.

Showed up on time/cleaned up/left

Your installer, without checking with me, left with my storm door and disposed of it. It will cost me more than $1200 to replace it. The installation took place on May 15 and I have yet to get a response regarding resolution of Window Nation's error. The branch manager has yet to return my call to her and the replacement estimates I forwarded to Window Nation seem to be ignored.

Person was excellent in terms of identifying the need for us to have a super sturdy window. Since we live right on the shoreline of lake Erie, Gary and everyone in addition, took great care in letting us know the install date. The installers were fantastic and we have had an abundance of people checking to make sure that everything went smoothly. And that there is no point of contention.

The salesman and the install team were great and easy to deal with.

With the amount of rigging that happened, I feel like we got a discount installation because we received a discount on the windows. It has taken months to get this fixed, and now even longer because the initial fix was done incorrectly.

The only thing good about this experience was our salesperson and the actual physical windows. The installers trashed our house, our siding. There were so many things wrong that there have now been 3 additional days that people were here to try to fix mistakes.

All the people I worked with went above and beyond from David scheduling to the HOA team getting approval and permits to Chris and Corey installing. Absolutely amazing experience. EXTREMELY pleased!

Two windows were manufactured without ports for screen clips - left side. The offer to remanufacture came with no guarantee that redone windows would be any different. So refused - prefer to have only a screen on one side as to ending up with none. Biggest problem was that a "manager" that called clearly did not understand the problem. Said I should "look at my windows", he didn't read the service persons report/pictures and said that the clips were not originally ordered! Too many "indians" not paying attention to detail.

Windows are good but one screen arrived with hole in it which installers didn't mention just installed it an the real issue is with the installers, they didn't even clean the windows when they were done, arrived at a time we said was inconvenient, then did a bad job on caulking on the outside of vinyl trim

The consultant appointment takes entirely too much time. The cost of 8 windows and a slider was 23k, and I think your pressure tactics of “these deals are only available today” is ridiculous. Buying windows these days is comparable to buying a car and you should respect that more.

Wonderful attitude and very respectful

Absolutely not. Based on my parents' experience, I would strongly advise any friend to look elsewhere. The sales tactics used by Window Nation – Cleveland, OH were, in my opinion, highly concerning and led to a purchase that I believe was not in my parents' best interest.

I would 💯 % recommend window Nation to family and friends in my experience with window nation this team was very professional very courteous and very respectful. Folks I know there's no such thing as perfection but this team is very close to that.

Professionalism, quality, cost

I have been a customer twice now with Window Nation and they did an excellent job as expected. The windows are beautiful, the caulking is excellent, and we are very happy. We sold our older home that had Window Nation windows, and when we bought our newer home, we decided to replace these windows as well. We noticed a huge difference in the street noise level right away.

We had the worst experience ever. If I could place 0 stars I would.
