I would never choose Window Nation again. The windows do not open with 1 finger like the salesman said. Half our windows were manufactured incorrectly and would not open all the way. I was told by a service manager that it’s a manufacturing process. Of course there’s going to be issues. Really? 50% issues and that’s ok? I asked why the installers didn’t notice/report the issues and was told by the same person that the installers aren’t trained on how the windows function and can’t make any corrections. I tried reaching the person who contacted me and was given a number that he doesn’t use. And he didn’t know why they kept giving that number out. The woman who did receive my voice message had the same wrong number for him so sent him a message. He didn’t know he had a message until his department was told to start using this new system. We had a part that needed ordered to resolve one of the windows being very difficult to open. The technician that was here fixing other issues ordered the part. Then I was getting text messages and emails that I needed to send a picture of the part, the part is ordered, no we need a picture, and round and round it went. I finally called and explained that I had no idea what part the technician ordered so I couldn’t take a picture of it. And was told they were waiting on a quote from the manufacturer to know how much to charge us. Charge us? The windows had just been installed! She sent the issue on to another woman who didn’t call me back so I called and was able to talk to her. She said the quote was for them to pay since the technician didn’t include a picture. Training opportunity? We are also extremely unhappy with the look of the windows. The top corners of every window have an open space where the product doesn’t meet together. It was not evident on the sample window we saw. And the “black gaps” are not even the same size on all the windows. We were told that’s just how they are made. It looks unprofessional and sloppy. And last but not least we received a thank you card from Jeff Beck, CEO & President thanking us for our business and welcome to the Window Nation family. If we had any concerns we could call or send an email. So I sent an email listing all our concerns. That was over a month ago and we have never heard back. The product and company need an overhaul.
Friendly staff and instal crew. Cleaned as they worked and did a fine job (except see 13 belos).
The service is bad. The windows seem to be ok.
The installers were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and would recommend this team to anyone.

I was lucky enough to have three of the gentlemen who put my windows in a few years ago at Window Nation. This was my second time using them to finish all the windows in my home. They were professional, polite, courteous, funny, and did a wonderful job.
They have been to my home three times trying to fix my doors and have not fixed them yet.
Price is good, professional and friendly.
I liked the regular follow up and updates to keep me informed during the process. It's earlier but the quality of the windows appears to be good as well also.

Very professional. Installer took alot time to explain every step of the installation. They also took time to go over all aspects of the window. When they left, you would have not known that windows were installed. Very clean

I would recommend the windows but I would warn my friends that the company as a whole is a bit unprofessional. Robot like text scheduling that isn’t complete and likely won’t reply or will reply days later with half the information requested. Installers that have to be reminded to respect your home. Small things like restaurant gift certificate promises not kept. Leaving all your blinds laying in piles and your furniture askew afterwards. Just small customer service things that could really elevate the experience!
The salesman was not pushy like some of the others. The installers were polite and quick and when they were gone you couldn’t tell they were here.

Without having much comparison, we thought the cost was surprisingly high, but we are pleased with the experience and results.
