They did a great job and were professional. It looks great.
Please respond to our numerous complaints
The job looks good and makes a difference in the entire home.
Every step of the process was painless and seem less. Appointments made and kept timely, documents shared without even needing to request them, install was just as painfree. All of the above occured in a swift calculated manner. Very pleasant experience.
I am still waiting for the repairs because of the damage created from a September installation.
I have found all employees of WN (sales representative, measurement tech, and install techs) to be professional and accommodating.
The entire process was easy and straightforward. From purchasing the windows, measurements and installation, we were pleased.
the sales man tim Applegate, did not follow through with a change order, so I was charged double for waste removal and permit, that I did not need.
The installers were polite, courteous. They communicated well with us. They cleaned up well after they were done.
They did a beautiful job. I have no complaints as far as the work and the way the windows operate. I am quite thrilled with them.
Great Service, great indtAll, very pleased with the results
all involved from sales to installation were very professional.
Great
They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work.
I was impressed how smooth everything went from purchase to installation. I would definitely recommend Window Nation
Consultation was forced and too quick, we were buying windows from you slow the process down... we ended up paying the price. Our kitchen window doesn't work with our sink in the way. We should have done a casement but Chris was clearly in a rush to get to the next appointment that we didn't spend the time to truly review the specs. "Exterior Design Consultant" should have a better idea for what window works. We also have Double Hung and Casement in the same room, we immediately regret not having both Casement windows, again just a rushed approach by Window Nation.
All persons involved were friendly. Scheduling was how I wanted. Sales Rep was social and gave good details on product and the work to be done. The Measuring person answered my questions. The product was ready in a small amount of time. And they were ready to put them in, just days later. Everyone was great at doing there jobs and very friendly doing it.
Installation crew was good. Windows are as expected for a midrange cost -not installed long enough to judge performance.
Wonderful service and excellent install team.
They did a fantastic job! The crew was very good. They showed up on time, and they were just a good bunch of guys.
I would absolutely recommend Window Nation to family and friends. Easy to work with and have peace of mind we bought quality windows for our home that will last!
everything went as expected. all scheduled appointments were on time and job completed as promised.
Very expensive
This instillation was pathetic. Where do I begin, The screens that I actually got don't fit properly. Few of the other windows don't have screens and I have to wait another month to get them. One window has rotted wood and if I touched the wood it would have fallen off, there response was to add more spray foam. The previous window leaked and waiting for rain to see if it still leaks. One window, the sash was built to small and has to be fixed with the missing screens. There should be some sort of checking before the delivery that if you have 6 windows there should be at least 6 screens but that must be to hard for Window Nation to take care of consumer who has invested a lot of money. One window was taken out and the top of the frame was soaking wet as this window had been leaking before. Window Nation just shoved a new window in there with lots of spray foam not wondering where this leaking came from (I told them about the window leaking). The next day it rained and well and be hold it leaked right back in, that was a waste of lots of money there. Four of the six windows are above the driveway and cement. The first day I picked up 3 nails where my vehicles drive and today (a week later) I found 3 more on the back side of the house on the cement. I haven't been able to look in the grass, can't wait for that (being sarcastic). Not only will I give Window Nation a bad review and NOT recommend buying windows from them, I'll also advocate on my social media page of the awful experiences I've dealt with with the lack of expertise with installation of windows.
Windows are top quality, install crew was great. Salesman Jason Woodcock was very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to contact throughout the process. Have already told several people Windownation is worth it.
