Without having much comparison, we thought the cost was surprisingly high, but we are pleased with the experience and results.

I was supposed to have received a gift card, a Visa gift card, good for a restaurant, just for having the sales rep do a presentation. I have yet to receive that.

Pricey for some

Concerns regarding the strange cauk placement and color (an installation problem), were addressed by my sales representative Chris Ricketts. My problems centered around the installers and the caulk color and gouge in the wall they covered with caulk. Sales pitch was very professional and informative.

Off subject. The small lip that the windows have to open them probably work well for up and down type, but for my sliders, the windows seal so we'll that I can't get them open and have broken a few nails and said a few bad words. A handle of some kind would give me the momentum I (old lady) would need.

Everyone was amazing. Chuck explained everything well and answered “silly” questions. Scheduling was easy and flexible. The install team was amazing . They showed up when they said they would, covered the floors and did not leave a mess.

They were very nice when they came out to give me the estimate. They did not pressure me into more expensive windows than I was prepared to pay, and I really appreciated that.

Brock’s team did a great job. The windows and patio door look great. The door easily glides now. My old door was very hard to almost impossible to open.

The sales rep was outstanding. The quality of the work was outstanding. There were a small issue with the finished work, which they took care of.

Definitely would recommend WN to others.. my experience with my sales rep Kane Jowers was smooth from beginning to end. Although, I’m a very wishy washy person LOL .. he was very patient with me, thorough and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had French doors installed and the 2 gentleman I think their names was Ron or Rob & Kenny they did an EXCELLENT job I couldn’t be more happier. I’ve gotten plenty compliments from my neighbors on how nice it looks.

The whole staff from the salesman, the measure person and the installers were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions through the whole process.

We've had issues with the installation of the front door since the beginning. Every time they come out they do something but they have to fix another thing and the fixes with the door locks only lasted a short time.

Unfortunately your first crew had an injury that required medical attention. They quickly had to leave and left us with a half open window in the basement.

We had major problems with one of our windows. They changed the shape and look of the entire window. It looks worse than the original window.

Sales rep (Chuck Rowe) was honest, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about both Window Nation's product and the competitors. scheduling was accomodating and friendly. Installation (Brock and Rachel and team) was thorough, friendly, respectful of our home. We were very comfortable having them in our home.

We love our new windows. Everyone was very nice and respectful.

We felt the process from beginning to end was very professional. Minor hiccups but nothing to keep from recommending.

I had to make 2 or 3 requests for someone to come out to fix our windows that would not lock properly. It seemed to occur when there was a weather change. I am hoping that once the weather gets chillier that I don't have to call again for the same issue.

Tim out saleman very professional had all the answers for us before and after and the installers were great. Installed windows and new sliding door all in 4.5 hours and when they left house was just as clean as when they arrived!! Would definitely recommend 💯

I wish I could remember the installer's name. Someone else was supposed to come, but the installer who came was very meticulous. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and I really appreciated that. When he saw a discrepancy, he made sure the windows lined up. Window Nation needs someone like that throughout the company. Kane Jowers, the salesperson, was great, explained everything, and was very professional. He knew everything. The exhibit Kane showed and everything else would convince anyone to get Window Nation's windows.

Customer service was not helpful.

It was not a seamless process.

Will not replace a screen that was damaged at the time of the installation
