Thorough and good quality

I had multiple windows built wrong from the manufacturer. I've had to follow up with Window nation multiple times to get them fixed. I would not recommend them. Too many problems and bad communication.

Fair price and great customer service

The salesman Dan did an excellent job explaining everything. The team that installed the windows was fantastic - I was sure they wouldn't be able to switch out 24 very custom windows in two days and they knocked it out in one!!

The rep that came to talk to us and sell the windows was phenomenal. He was very engaging and explained in detail what would happen. The team that put the windows in were extremely hard workers despite the temperature being above 90 degrees. They were very friendly and kept us up to date on the process and timeline of when they were going to complete it.

The Window Nation salesman was very pushy. We have also had no savings on our energy bill at all. We also had an issue with getting the financing information over to us. They had the wrong email on file, and we did not find out until after we received our first billing information.

Window Nation worked quickly, cleaned up whatever mess they made, explained everything, and showed me everything—all around an excellent experience.

From the sales representative to the installers, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The installers did an excellent job and were very attentive, ensuring everything met our satisfaction. The windows are beautiful, and the work was executed well.

I have emailed several times and called to put in a service request for two weeks now and no one has contacted me. It is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend. In fact, I’ve done the opposite on my community website.
