Sales rep did a great job. Installers were outstanding.
Informative sales person, polite and hardworking installers, total clean up after work finished, and reasonable pricing
The guys did an outstanding job putting the windows in and cleaning up after themselves.
I'm a bit unhappy to find out that some things that sold me in the sales pitch did not occur.
The windows were installed by younger sub-contractors, despite being told that they would be installed by window nation vetted experts.
The salesman also told me that all window frames would be sprayed and treated for mold prior to installing the new windows. They did not spray for mold.
They scratched my large picture window during install and tried to act like they didn't see it when I brought it up before they left. I know they were aware because the young man was trying to clean the scratch off the glass for about 10 minutes before giving up and coming to tell me it's done.
There are large gaps in all corners of my double hung windows that let in a draft and light. I asked them to repair it before they left because it looks like a factory production issue, they shoved some insulation in the crack that has already fallen out of place two weeks in.
The windows look cheap, I can see uneven seams and gaps all throughout.
The installer cut the finish piece that goes between the window and frame too short and didn't caulk it all the way so i have large gaps all around my windows.
Finally the salesman told me my warranty was lifetime on EVERYTHING. Now I get an email stating that the warranty is only 5 years on the crappy install these people did.
I paid almost $12k for 3 picture windows and 3 double hung during a BOGO deal. That's almost $4k a window with labor. I expected a better install and customer service for the insane amount of money I just paid for windows. It's been almost two weeks since I submitted a complaint about the scratch and cheap craftsmanship of the seams and I still haven't heard back.
On time professionals done.
I don’t like the sales process. I’m sure that it’s the same as others but it’s overly scripted and too time consuming. Just quote the real price first time instead of the dramatic price discount to get you to sign right then!
Disappointed in the outside caulking. Had to call back the install team to fill in some gaps. Also, some of the caulking lines are very poorly done.
I do like the new windows.
Several measuring appointments being canceled by you. Poor follow up on questions I submitted. Unacceptable cancelation policy.
We really like the appearance of the windows, the ease to open and close, waiting to see the efficiency of them. The salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with, installed as scheduled, great installation team did the whole house in 6 hours..did a great job.
It was a great experience from the sales msn to the finished installation. Highly recommend.
The team who came to install the windows was prompt and efficient. They were all so polite. I am pleased with the product and the service.
They stayed in touch keeping us up to date on everything.
windows undersized by 1" leads to unacceptable installation gaps. Decorative windows in front of our house are poor in design.
I did not get the windows I had ask for!! I wanted plain glass but got tinted. I called the office that afternoon and the man I talked to he promised to call back in 24 to 72 hours but never called back!! BUT the guys who installed the windows did an excellent Job and we’re very courteous!
Everything. Service and quality.
How professional Window Nation was. The quality and service was exceptional. The installers were like no other, very professional.
The crew was very Professional and timely
Everyone involved in the purchasing, measuring, and installation of my windows was courteous and professional.
They were professional and the customer service was excellent.
They had excellent service, great, professional people to work with, and great cleanup.
They were great and professional.
You have to make sure when dealing with a presentation from a salesperson, to be absolutely clear about how the windows should look.
I like the finished product. It improves the curb appeal
Our sales meeting was November 2024.. it's April 28th 2025..after emails phone calls , the design sheets were to specifications! However the install was incorrect! I'm not understanding how the communication was handled.. 1 transom window needs to be replaced lol
Great customer service.
