Overall, I really need to let someone know about the pushy sales technique by the guy who was at the house. It was a complete turnoff. He was like a used car salesman. I was so put off by him that I told him to leave. He didn't want to leave. At least once I spoke to the guy in inside sales I ended up going with them. It was so polarizing, and I would not have done business with them had I not talked to someone in inside sales. The guy who came to the house was a complete jerk, and I pushed him out of the house. I felt that they needed to know that kind of information because I have only felt like that before when I was 16 years old and dealing with a used car salesman. That was horrible.

I liked the entire sales and service process. Everything was flawless.

First set of windows were wrong and had to be reordered. Second time they came out and installed, they used an exterior color not visually approved by me. I was just told the Sand Dune would match my trim which it’s not even close.

Everyone was very professional and neat great work and great people 👍🏾

If anyone that I know mentions to me that they plan to replace windows/doors, I will certainly recommend Window Nation.

2 Windows with no cross pieces installed with promise of inserts to come in November. Not here yet. Had 4 windows measured for new installation, no response at all.

Ephram the sales associate was very informative and worked with me without pressure to get just the windows I wanted for the money I wanted to spend. The technicians were vetted and very good and cleaned up after their work and showed me how the windows operated.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend because initially the first person or salesperson I met was excellent at explaining things, telling the difference, answering questions and patience.

I would not recommend them at this moment.

The ordering process was seamless with Whit. The delivery process was not as seamless but quickly rectified and the quality of product is awesome.

Sales person told us that wood is rotten and we need to change windows ASAP. He did not demo the complete product about the glass and its energy efficient features. We were misguided about our window wood. We were told that our current wooden is rotten and needs to be replaced or else we will get mold. When installation crew arrived they mentioned that our old windows wood is not rotten and nothing to be replaced. I felt as scammed by the sales rep. If it was genuine information would have been nice.

Johnathan was nice but I didn’t appreciate Murray. He hardly showed up only to bring lunch to the guys. By the way, they came here sick and now we can’t spend the holiday sick 🤧 Not good
