We have been very pleased with our experience with Window Nation.

Yes, I would recommend Window Nation. As with any big job, there are a few issues I would like to make you aware of an possibly have them addressed.... One with the front door storm door, there is noticeable gap towards the bottom of the door. I have not tried to adjust the tab inserts. I can send pictures as needed for this and the other issues....The other issue with the front door is the door bell, it no longer works. It was screwed back on but not wired up. We did not know this until we tried it on 11/30/24. If they did not know what to do, I would have rather have them let us know prior to putting the doorbell button back on. Reguardless, we had to cap the power to the indoor chime and cut the low voltage wires going to the door bell and will have to go to a wireless door bell but not sure what to do about the one screwed into the door now..... We had two sets of French doors installed. Each door has two sets of knobs and locks. Only one set is functional. The other is for looks and has no functionality and looks rather strange because you can not use it. The knob and locks are slightly off of being level, too. If I had to do it over again, I would not want dummy knobs and locks that do not work. Rather just have the door that is closed the majority of the time to have nothing as the doors we had before the install.

My experience was good however, I wish the company had an option for privacy windows so that I can see out but no one can see inside from the outside, or if they had a product with blinds internal to the glass panes.

I did not enjoy the sales process because there were issues with the technicians getting the right window count and going back and forth. The installation process and follow-up have been outstanding.

Your installation crew damage my home, left a pile of trash stashed in the bushes, and your service manager. Tried to tell me that it was pre-existing. Even though the trash had “Window Nation“ right on it.

We love our new windows.

Absolutely no communication. Love the product, really, nothing else. Been here 3 times to install, waiting on 4th to hopefully finish.

No, we feel the sales team, MIKE, told us what we needed to hear to not cancel the contract when they told us they could not make two of our windows and that we would need to get someone else to make them. We even received several contract changes to sign to take the windows out.

It's good so far. I am satisfied with what I got.

I would recommend Window Nation to anyone needing windows. It's a quality product, no high pressure tactics, and a great warranty.

The sales person was here for four and a half hours.He did the demonstrations on it. I chose the windows with the lifetime waranty on labor and everything. I was told if a landscaper came and a rock hit my window that my window would be covered. When I got the warranty on it, it shows i have a 5 year waranty.I was trying to write everything down and I asked him to slow down, because I could not keep up, and he said dont worry everything will be included in the warranty. The windows I got do not have a lifetime warranty. I feel as though I was taken advantage of due to my age. I am in the process of contacting Dale Cardwell, consumer affairs and the federal trade comission. I am also getting condensation on my windows. My HOA does not allow condensation on my windows and I was not told these windows would have condensation on them.

From the initial visit, to the subsequent measurement and follow-up phone calls, to the final windows and door installation, the Windows Nation team provided white glove service every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. I’m so glad I did my research and found the absolutely best company to do this job.

I would like to rate everything a 0 because I have a problem with logging into the portal and making my payment. I have been calling for over a month and keep getting told to call different numbers and having to wait 3 days each time. I am very frustrated with Window Nation.

The personnel who did the work were very knowledgeable. They did all they could to make the place clean and satisfactory and that nothing went out of order.

I have never had anyone in my home be any better than Widnows Nation. They get a top grade all around.

All of the workers were very nice. They did a good cleanup and showed me how to operate the windows that I truly LOVE.

I am very happy with the product and workmanship provided by Window Nation. They came to my home and provided ample information for me to make a decision for window replacement. I can tell you from the salesperson to the finish product everything was what I expected and more. I want to commend Michael Crew, those guys came in verified what the plan was and about 5 PM they were finished. The work was outstanding I love my windows.
