Great quality. I had a couple of issues after the install with referrals but they made it right. Can’t ask for more than that.
They did a good job and cleaned up everything. It went really well. They were through and didn't miss anything.
Window Nation was well represented by the salesperson (Whit) all the way down to the installers. Everyone was courteous and professional.
Communication from the start to finish we were kept up on the next step what they were doing.

The installers were great, and I completed a survey on the day the installation was done about the work. I also called to comment on dissatisfaction, and I was told I would get a call back from an install manager, but it's been two weeks without me receiving a call back.
Pricing is very high, many of my friends would not purchase from Window Nation because of that,

My windows have a blue tint at night and I hate that. My family hates it. I'm sorry I bought them. When the lights in the house reflect on the windows after dark, they reflect blue and it is driving me crazy. I'd take my old, crappy windows back instead of paying a small fortune for windows that I hate.
No way!!!!!!!!!! I was told to pull up the blinds before the installers came out, which I did. I have a small dog, so I went in the sunroom and shut the doors while they were installing the windows. When they were just about done, I came out and noticed they had taken my blinds completely down and removed all the hardware. I told them they would have to put the blinds back up. They told me they could not put them up because if they drilled the warranty would be voided it’s not their problem. I have a print out where it says to pull up the blinds not that they were gonna take them down and not put them back up. I have spoke to at least five people about this issue with no success. Then in the mail, I get this $500 gift card, but the gift card is to be used on a purchase at window world. I sent an email to Jeff, Mac, CEO and president of the company. Told him what was going on, and never received a reply from him. I am 77 years old, a widow, and live alone. Thanks to window world I have been left with no blinds on the windows which are in the front of the house. The salesman, Josh Ivy Never said anything about taking blinds and hardware down and not being able to put them back up. I even called his boss, Jeremy Pichla And he said he would come out and look at things, but then sent me a text saying he was not coming out, and he was trying to get me the stupid gift card, which is of no use to me whatsoever.
Anyway, I intend to put in a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and move on with my life. Unfortunately, I did not check the Better Business Bureau for complaints before I went with this company. There are numerous complaints very similar to mine getting the same stupid gift card. I don’t expect this review will get any action either.

The windows look good. There was some damage done to siding, pictures sent with areas circled that required attention. Technician arrives and was given false information from office as to what was required. Wasting my time and his. I would've appreciated a demonstration on how to operate the windows, post installation. This was done for the person who referred WN to me.
All steps of the process went smoothly, including sales, measuring, scheduling, financing, and installation. A couple of minor issues were fixed quickly, and the windows appear to be great quality.
Very easy process, organize and they are always checking on customer which is great.
I think Window Nation did a good job. We are satisfied with the products and service.
