I had a bad experience. The floor is scratched. They left it untidy. The doors installed are small.
Windows Nation goes above and beyond in customer satisfaction, makes sure the customer is well-informed, and they produce quality service.
I was over promised and under delivered
I love my windows. It changed the look of my house. They are beautiful. Michael did an awesome job.
Kind and courteous
I really liked their service. They were quick and efficient in how they worked. A team of five arrived to handle the job, and they managed everything very effectively. Additionally, they had a cleaning person who followed behind to pick up any trash. I would definitely recommend them.
Truly professional
The window is great, but the screens were missing so you will get no further comments until they are delivered.
They did a great job installing the windows.
I am very satisfied with the service. The employers were very professional and knowledgable.
Installers great. Small windows great. Big windows, not so much. Wobbly frames, loose handle/pulls. One arched picture window interior pane bows in an inch if you push on it. Not good.
I have some issues related to the installation that are unresolved.
Excellent customer service and professional installation team
The pricing was really higher than I thought it should be, but they were good at fixing a couple of things. There's still something they need to fix, but I didn't care the fact that it seemed the people doing the job were not employees of Window Nation, rather contractors. I don't mind people speaking in their native tongue when they're working, but there was not a single person that could've effectively communicated with me.
Pushy salesman, crew leaves trash
I thought that everything went great, and I am very pleased with it all. The salesperson, Andy Taylor, was very nice and informative. They left all the paperwork for the warranty for me.
I have already recommended Window Nation to a couple of friends.
Excellent process start to finish
Quality of product. Installation was easy to schedule and installation only took a day.
I was very impressed with everything
I would highly recommend Window Nation to anyone looking for quality windows at a reasonable price.
Window Nation did a fantastic job!
There was a gentleman who came and did my presentation. I asked him about the double hung windows and the windows with sliders, the ones that can be pulled out and are easy to clean. He literally told me that is what I would be getting, and it wasn't. When I was doing the walk-through with the installer, we got to the sliders and we had to take the entire window out to clean it. I went with Window Nation because I was told the sliders worked the same as the hung windows, but they don't. I was told I was getting one thing and that is not what I got. I will not recommend Window Nation until they fix this. I sent the guy who did the presentation a text and he told me he no longer works for Window Nation, and that I need to contact Shawn Taylor at the Norcross office. I called the Norcross office yesterday and I was told I would get a response within 48 hours. I have not received a response yet. The email I received literally says to, "Contact me and I can make this right", but I can't get in contact with anybody. The windows are beautiful, the issue is the functionality of the windows that I was told I would get, and taking the windows out to clean them is not ideal. Especially when I could have saved $3,000 by going with Home Depot instead of Window Nation.
Did a good job and the windows are nice, but I would never recommend window nation to a friend. They fooled me with a "50% off sale" i saw online, which definitely did not get me a better price than elsewhere in the end, and I naively fell for the high pressure sales tactics utilized by the sales person, and I wish I hadn't. That said, I'd be utterly ashamed of myself if I recommended anyone else go there to buy windows or anything else for that matter. If I could go back in time, I'd tell myself to avoid wn like the plague, to get multiple bids, and not let any of the companies I spoke to cajole me into not seeking other bids, but hindsight is 20/20, so thats just what I'll tell anyone i meet in future who wants new windows. Sure, I signed the contract, they got my money, I got my windows, they did a good job installing them, and they're nice windows, but I strongly regret buying from this company, and I'm not going to be shy about telling others how I feel.
The installation was professional, done correctly, and they were very attentive to address any of my concerns during the installation process.
