I was very excited to get our new windows. The ones that have been installed look great and am very pleased with them. The issue I have is that my windows were ordered in March, installed in July. Two double pane windows were left off of my order. I do not understand how they were left off when you came to my house to measure on two different occasions. Also, I was told I needed to remove my plantation shutters. We asked if your company could remove them. The fee was $910, we were glad to pay for this service. When the installers came they did not remove the plantation shutters. I had to ask for a credit back of $910. Communication is definitely an issue, I am extremely disappointed as I have paid in full and still do not have what I paid for and that it is taking so long. I'm embarrassed that not all my windows do not match especially being on the front of my home. Your CEO sent a letter thanking me and my husband for the business, I responded with our issues and never heard back from him.
The process was pretty seamless. The installation went ell. Everybody was very customer service oriented. In the end, I am very satisfied.
They had excellent service. We experienced a few delays, but they completed the installation quickly.

Fair pricing compared to other quotes and friends that recently got windows.
We are senior citizens. The installers came on a heat wave day. There was a weather alert for 107 degrees. I talked to Window Nation and they said they were still coming. The two guys came at 9:15 AM. One of the windows was cracked. They encouraged us that it would be corrected later and they went ahead and installed it. They were nice guys. We gave them a case of water because we were concerned with their health and productivity because of the heat. They were here until about 9:00 PM that night. We discovered that they didn't have the screens. They couldn't find them when they got the windows. They called in and were told that the screens were found. He came back the next day. He wanted me to sign off that the job was done and I told him no. My husband and I were trying to be here together. I had to leave and we discovered that the screens were not conformed. Some were backwards and some were upside down. Another crew called and asked if they could come by because they were in the area. There was some paperwork that wasn't completed. I wanted them to look at the screens. They were nice. There were four of them on that crew. They looked at the screens and adjusted them all for us. We looked at the screens days later. They are designed to keep insects out. We have twelve windows and three are sliders. The screen is built into those. The other windows have the flex screen. They have significant gaps in them at the bottom so we can't open the windows. I took pictures and discovered that I needed to file a claim with the warranty people. It still hasn't stopped. I am still waiting for my replacement window and feedback for the non conformed screens. I am loving the windows from the inside. My home is brick and was built in 1959. The outside caulking is being blamed on my brick. It looks shabby. They went to the extremes to put the caulk there and it could've been more of a line instead of blotches.
Sales, measurements, and installers were on time and knowledgeable. I could not have ask for a better collaboration, from start to finish.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Installation went well. But, after sell is problematic. Four of the 32 windows I purchased came without the grids. I provided the asked for bar codes from each window in question along with the sell’s agreement. I was told the matter would be corrected by manufacturing the new windows and scheduling installation. As of this writing, 3 months after installation the windows have not been replaced.
The sales process was great, Window measurement was great, communication after that point was not so good. We set a date for Window installation about 4 weeks out, no one ever communicated with me after that point to make sure everything was ok, to tell me a time frame the crew would arrive. Nothing. We were told it might be 2 days for the windows since the time frame for the crew was 8 am to 5 pm. The crew arrived around 9:30 am and didn’t leave until almost 9 pm.
The windows are very good quality. The sales rep was really good and efficient.
We are unsatisfied with the service.
They did not explain to me that they messed up my alarm system inside my house. When they pulled the window out, they snatched a wire and broke my system. I told them, but they said it's not in my contract to fix that. They did not say they do not do that when going over the contract. They said they did. I read the contract. Had I known that, I would have responded, but I didn't have a chance to do so.
Window Nation showed up and showed out really well over here. They were very professional.
