I liked the entire sales and service process. Everything was flawless.

First set of windows were wrong and had to be reordered. Second time they came out and installed, they used an exterior color not visually approved by me. I was just told the Sand Dune would match my trim which it’s not even close.

Everyone was very professional and neat great work and great people 👍🏾

If anyone that I know mentions to me that they plan to replace windows/doors, I will certainly recommend Window Nation.

Ephram the sales associate was very informative and worked with me without pressure to get just the windows I wanted for the money I wanted to spend. The technicians were vetted and very good and cleaned up after their work and showed me how the windows operated.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend because initially the first person or salesperson I met was excellent at explaining things, telling the difference, answering questions and patience.

I would not recommend them at this moment.

The ordering process was seamless with Whit. The delivery process was not as seamless but quickly rectified and the quality of product is awesome.

Sales person told us that wood is rotten and we need to change windows ASAP. He did not demo the complete product about the glass and its energy efficient features. We were misguided about our window wood. We were told that our current wooden is rotten and needs to be replaced or else we will get mold. When installation crew arrived they mentioned that our old windows wood is not rotten and nothing to be replaced. I felt as scammed by the sales rep. If it was genuine information would have been nice.

Install was smooth and the window quality is top notch

The installation was very good. The installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the installation. The salesman thought, did not reply to phone calls, texts or emails regarding installation schedule and questions.
I followed the text instructions for scheduling to call Wendy with no response. I had to speak with 3-4 people to setup the installation date (salesman did not help)

Failed to install green trim on windows, and I can’t reach customer service

Everything was excellent except one thing…the windows were left dirty with smudges and fingerprints. I didn’t like having to wash new windows!

I have had two issues that have cost me additional monies. The first was not being notified that a tempered glass window would be needed next to a patio door. the second issue was a whole room that had been discussed to have windows replaced in it, and was measured was not included in the estimate nor were materials ordered. These have caused me to spend additional unplanned monies.

When they tell you they wrap, their version of wrap is not like everybody else’s, there wrap is a hollow piece of aluminum, no wood, no azak, no foam. So please make them verify what wrap means I would go as far as to ask theme to show you

The initial inspector was very helpful and thorough. The installers were great. They cleaned up and did everything systemically.

A screen was the wrong size and left "installed" (if you call sitting it in the window installed). It is very evident its the wrong size. I have reached out to 3 people and asked for service twice. Still no response.

The crew did a great job everything they were supposed to do ceiling, caulking, the windows. Great job on cleaning and hauling old windows and doors off.

Their product is beautiful

The original order was changed without any direct discussion with me — specifically, a double-hung window was replaced with a picture window. This change eliminated the ability to open the window, which was the entire reason for my order. No price adjustment was offered despite the significant downgrade in functionality.

Throughout the process, there were multiple issues stemming from poor communication and lack of coordination between their internal departments. I made several attempts to speak with someone to resolve the problems, but no one followed up. The customer service was non-existent.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
