I will never recommend them for any projects as they create more stress and havoc than anything.

My windows were just a bit different. They got the order wrong the first time. It took about three weeks to get that resolved. Communication was very slow initially but overall I am very pleased with everything.

Service exceeded expectations with quality
The crew that did my work was very nice young people. They know their business. There was a male and female. It was a wife and husband team. There was an African American with them. All three of them were very professional. I would like to give them all a 5-star rating. They were very good to me. I felt very safe with them. They were very professional and do top-grade work.
Too expensive. No manual as to how to open and close windows etc. Tried with no results, Sales people and installers made look so easy. One time show not enough. Manual would be such a God send after paying for such expensive windows.

We had to put in a bigger bathroom window, and I chose not to have it frosted for the cat because she likes to sit there and look outside. She would give them a 5+ star rating! We are all happy, even the cat!
