Promises were made but not kept. A installation crew of 2 to 3 people was promised. It was a one man crew. Installation was to take 1 and 1/2 days. Originally scheduled to start on 6/3/2020 at 2:00 pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm and no work. Only 4 windows installed on 6/4/2020 in 12 hours due to windows didn’t fit and had to be modified. Only 3 windows installed on 6/5/2020 and work was terminated due to a “Code Red” in Houston. My project was left with over 1/2 my windows still to be installed. No call from the company, I had to call to try and find out what was going on. They didn’t know an would get back to me. 2 hours later they called back rescheduling for 6/7/2020 (Sunday) with a promise of being finished this date. Only 5 windows installed on 6/7/2020 in 9 1/2 hours. The remaining remaining 3 windows were installed on 6/8/2020 in 4 hours. It was noted that the weather stripping on the bottom of almost 1/2 of the windows was cut too short from the factory and needed to be replaced. There was no weather stripping with the installer. A scheduled technician was to be here to correct the problem on 6/18/2020 at 4:00 pm. At 2:30 pm, the repair was canceled by text. The rescheduled appointment finally occurred on 6/25/2020. Customer service is extremely poor. I cannot in good faith recommend this company considering the cost versus the the quality and service. A day and a half project took 4 days total over 4 weeks.
Their installation crew and salespersons are good, but they need to do something about customer service. I need a line of communication with the company, and I get no response.

The quality of the windows absolutely sells itself. The workers were hard workers and friendly and comfortable to be around. Windows were installed in one day.

The sales person, installation crew and quality of the product were excellent. The factory from entering the measurements through getting the order correct and delivered to the third team of installers nine months later was horrible!! We were at the point where we were going to get an attorney to break the contract when someone in customer service finally got everything working and got our windows installed!! We will never use your company again unless something happens to our windows under warranty!!!
My husband and I signed the contracts with WinChoice almost 2 months ago. We were supposed to have our windows installed on November 10th and 11th. The installer didn't bother to show up on the 10th. We called customer service and scheduling and corporate and no one returned our call. We thought we may have gotten the dates mixed up. My husband was leaving our house on November 11th at 9:45am and the installer met him at our front gate, as my husband was driving out. They said they had trouble with the truck and would do the install that day and the next day. My husband told them no, as no one would be home the next day and the weatherman was calling for freezing rain. He also demanded to know why they hadn't bothered to let us know about the change of plans! The installer just ignored him and left. A few minutes later we got a call from corporate demanding to know why we sent the installer away. I explained the situation to him and he apologized and said he would call us right back to reschedule the installation. We hadn't received a call by Tuesday of that week, so we both called and I left a message with corporate (Clarissa) and my husband spoke to the scheduling department. Scheduling had no idea that any of this had happened and they had been told the windows were done!!!! They said they would call us back to get scheduled and it should be quickly. By Thursday, we had heard nothing and left yet another message. I sent an email to customer service this morning and have yet to hear anything. It's now been well over a week, we still haven't gotten a call back or rescheduled. They are a terrible company and obviously lack in customer service! If the installer or corporate had at least let us know what was happening (communication is key here!!!), things might have ended differently. At this point, I'm tempted to take my several thousand dollars in cash somewhere else. At this point they have breached the contract. It would be nice if they fixed it. Based on the lack of communication and customer service at this time, I'm not holding my breath.So they finally called. But they wouldn't reschedule for anything. They have us on a wait list for a weekend appointment, which makes no sense as our original appointment was for a weekend. I am just pissI may have to call my attorney and see if we can get out of this contract.The day after I updated my review, they called and scheduled us for an installation that weekend. December 1st and 2nd. We had a reminder call the day before, telling us the installer would be there between 8 am and 9 am on the 1st. My husband rescheduled his weekend, again, so he could be there for the installation. I texted him from my job, at 9:30am, and no installer had shown up yet. Not surprised, all things considered at this point. At 10:30, still nothing and no calls to communicate anything. We are both livid at this point. I got off work at noon and called customer service and left a very angry message. No response. So then, remembering the gentleman from corporate, who's number I saved after he called and yelled at us for sending the other installer away after they showed up over a day late, I called him. I will admit my anger showed through and I informed him that yet again they failed. He said he would look into it. About 40 min later I get a call from customer service. The installer was behind on another job and they were sorry. again. I was told to call them back, if he hadn't shown up by 3pm. Ok. At least this time we had communication, even if we had to scream to get it. 3:15pm rolls around, no installer. I called back to customer service and was then informed that the installer would be there at 8am sharp the following morning. He did show up on the 2nd, by himself, to install our 17 windows. Double ugh. It took him 3 days, in which we had to rearrange our lives and he still didn't get it right. 2 weeks later they send another installer out to finish it. Thank God. Still not 100% satisfied, but at least we have the new windows in. If I could give negative stars, I would. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The communication level is astoundingly horrible. We signed off, as we were so done and couldn't afford to miss anymore work. We paid cash for our windows and honestly, we would have rather paid more to have them done by a company who really does care and will get the job done in a much more timely manner. Oh, and communicate with the customer. We wouldn't be so against this company, if they had simply communicated with us. The kicker is the installers have the clients phone numbers, they are just too lazy to call and keep the customer in the loop.
