Excellent communication with Mark, and Dave. Very competitive prices. My only minor issue is the project took a tad longer than expected to complete, but all in all, not a deal breaker and I would still recommend.
We were happy with what was done and who quickly it went. It was good.
Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us. Lack of communication, crews only working 5-6 hours a day even though we did not see any reason like rain, wind etc. that would prevent them from putting in a full 8 hour day? Because of this we feel it then took 5 days to complete our roof although we were told it should only be 2-3 days.

Was a really good overall experience. Very professional, especially the guy who did our roof. Very efficient and got it cleaned up really tidy. Eaves look great and are a massive improvement on previous eaves. A bit more care in tidying up after the eaves would be appreciated. Roofing nails, screws, bits of metal were around perimeter of house after the job was completed. Great customer service and responses to inquiries, thanks Mark and SPAAR team.
Very professional service - Very quick installation and a very fair price. If the need arises I will use Spaar Exteriors again. Great Job!

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of SPAAR Exteriors as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
