Excellent communication with Mark, and Dave. Very competitive prices. My only minor issue is the project took a tad longer than expected to complete, but all in all, not a deal breaker and I would still recommend.

We were happy with what was done and who quickly it went. It was good.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us. Lack of communication, crews only working 5-6 hours a day even though we did not see any reason like rain, wind etc. that would prevent them from putting in a full 8 hour day? Because of this we feel it then took 5 days to complete our roof although we were told it should only be 2-3 days.

Was a really good overall experience. Very professional, especially the guy who did our roof. Very efficient and got it cleaned up really tidy. Eaves look great and are a massive improvement on previous eaves. A bit more care in tidying up after the eaves would be appreciated. Roofing nails, screws, bits of metal were around perimeter of house after the job was completed. Great customer service and responses to inquiries, thanks Mark and SPAAR team.

We had a very good experience with Westgaard, Mark specifically. They had competitive pricing and seemed to value quality over speed, which is great! We were comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns throughout the process and Mark was excellent at answering everything for us! Great customer service!
