I selected Westfall Roofing from 3 competitors due to their impeccable reputation. I am glad I did! They handled the project superbly. The job was extremely well coordinated and the installation team both efficient and knowledgeable. They shared their schedules, met all deadlines, and took great care to clean up the work area on completion. I was a senior manager in the communications services business working with many international service vendors, and I can honestly say that Westfall left a great impression. They are top notch in their industry. PS: My dad was a roofer and my cousin has run a roofing operation in a different state for 40 years. I know quality work when I see it.

The staff at the office was very accommodating and easy to work with. The workers that installed the roof worked hard. I wasn't happy with the communication. I would have preferred to be able to communicate with the workers, but they didn't speak English. Overall, it was a very good job.

I can't ask someone else to experience what I experienced. There was a guy that lives up the street from me with the same house. His roof started the day after mine and was finished a week before mine.
Didnt cover pool or pool screen per contract, didnt clean up the mess due to that. Broken sprinkler extensions from throwing debris from roof, didnt repair. Nail in my car tire from driveway after they said it was safe, they didnt fix. Broken metal facia on front, took 2 weeks of asking to repair. Broke off flood light, left it hanging. And one of the crew seen drinking a beer at the jobsite mid-day. Calling them over and over about each new item just got old fast after 3 weeks of limited to no action.
I don't want what happened to me going to happen to my friend. I am not that kind of friend.

The experience with Westfall from beginning to end was a very positive one, and I was very pleased with how I was dealt with by all. Brian won my business due to his product/installation knowledge and with the easy-going/no pressure way he interacted with me early-on, as it made me comfortable that I wasn't being "worked" in any way, which unfortunately I cannot say I hadn't felt on prior estimate visits from other roofing companies. Brian, and Melissa in the office, were very efficient and quickly responsive to all my questions, concerns and correspondence, with the rare error or issue being rectified immediately. Erasmo and his crew were very punctual and it was amazing to see how these guys "attacked" the job from the moment they arrived on site. Their work (to the extent of my lay-person perspective) appears to have been done very well, as aesthetically it looks terrific. It is true that only time can tell for sure, but a couple of months in and all is well! I have already referred one neighbor to Westfall who has just recently completed her re-roof using them and she too is also very happy. My dad will be re-roofing soon and it’s comforting to know that all I will need to do is give Brian a call to start the process for him when that time comes. Thanks to everyone at Westfall for a great experience thus far!
Westfall Roofing did a great job. They were prompt, neat and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. The roof looks fantastic. I give them a 5 star rating.
We did not have a good experience. They had to bring in a second crew to repair some sloppy work. It might be a good company, but we did not have a good experience.
I cannot recommend Westfall. They came in $2000 over their "estimate", failed to inform me of delays in both securing materials and timeliness of the work, left a pile of trash in my yard, and were slow, as long as 2-3 days in returning phone calls.
