They did a great job installing my new roof/gutters!

I was told (in writing) that I would have nothing to worry about for the ENTIRE roof for 25 years and everything would be through Westfall. This was FALSE! After getting the warranty registration, the roof is NOT covered 100% as promised by the salesman (again, in writing via email). Matter of fact, only 15 years for wind occurrance. Was told by others in the office that I should maintain my roof homeowner's policy during this time... again, NOT what the salesman stated... he said nothing would need to go through insurance during the first 25 years of the Platinum warranty.

Nothing else needed.

The timing was good and it was clean. They were professional.

The workmen were very efficient and did a great job.

I will be recommending people to Westfall roofing in the future!

I think that the Westfall Roofing salesperson was informative and gave the best presentation in comparison to their competitors. It was through.

I don't believe in surveys because one person's experience shouldn't be the deciding factor for another person. Everyone's experience is different. Just because one person's experience is negative or positive doesn't mean the next person will have the same experience. That's why I don't like to do surveys.

There was a part of the roof piece they were going to replace, and they did not. Once they did the job, and we paid it off, they forgot about us. I ended up doing it by myself.

We had around 4-5 quotes. Brian was the best of all by far,explaining the entire process from start to finish. Spoke of protecting our garden area and even the garage door.
No one else even mentioned it.

WESTFALL did address the issues we had.

I spent almost $35,000 to replace my roof because there was a leak by the chimney and we tried to correct the leak from multiple vendors when it still kept leaking, we hired Westfall to replace the entire roof in the hope that we will not have leak anymore. Bur to our surprise it leaked from the same place. They were made aware of the leak and we even changed the chimney cap per their recommendation so there is no leak. But it still leaked. We are very disappointed.

They were very professional and took care of all of my concerns quickly.

I like the services Westfall Roofing uses. They are excellent. They do really good work cleaning.

They were terrific with the sales portion; everyone was gracious and assured their mess would be cleaned up daily. I was not informed of the changes, and my bill was $500 more. I was told if there were any problems or questions, they would be here to answer them. I am not getting call backs from two of the salespeople and I have called the office for a document, which i have not received yet.

I appreciated the knowledge and information shared by sales rep and job supervisor. It was likely my own misunderstanding of what to expect at time of roof replacement

The roof leaked during a storm when they assured us that wouldn't happen, and we still haven't been paid back for the cost of the handyman to correct the drywall in the house. We have not paid the final bill yet, but we have not received a credit or any communication from them about the leak and the cost to repair it.

they nailed into my PVC pipe, but the contractor sent a plumber right away to repair. I think that was the only pipe, although I thought I heard a leak, no leaks so far.

I recommend them because they did a nice, neat, and clean job. They were friendly and the crew was great.

They did everything they said in a timely manner & made sure they reached out to see that we were completely satisfied.
