My gutters were not put back up squarely, they are sagging. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Some of the soffett was not re-installed correctly and fell down.

They told me they would replace my solar tube domes with the price quote then told me it would cost $750. They don’t return phone calls for several days and delayed installation

We spent over a year trying to get our roof approved with ARC… WESTFALL should not have removed our chimney caps until they knew that our project was going to be approved… We lived with leaking rooms with repeated phone calls with Westfall to come fix the coverings they had blown off in a storm, it took me over 25 phone calls and having to threaten to get the covers put back on and then charged us for that when we needed to switch from shingles to tile we were quoted over 1750 a square.… We asked multiple times for a better price and our only option that was given to us was secondhand Tile for Only about $100 a square in savings… The going price for a tile roof should’ve been $1100-$1200 a square… We were quoted almost $45-$55,000 too much… No effort was made to keep us as a customer… Lenny was an extremely professional and good person to work with… we could have had imported Spanish Tile for $1600 a square… We went with a top-notch roof with top notch underlayment with the new high-tech foam as well for only $1100 a square…

Everyone in the company was very professional and knowledgable about the whole process. kept us informed of the progress in the installation and in a very timely manner.

I was told (in writing) that I would have nothing to worry about for the ENTIRE roof for 25 years and everything would be through Westfall. This was FALSE! After getting the warranty registration, the roof is NOT covered 100% as promised by the salesman (again, in writing via email). Matter of fact, only 15 years for wind occurrance. Was told by others in the office that I should maintain my roof homeowner's policy during this time... again, NOT what the salesman stated... he said nothing would need to go through insurance during the first 25 years of the Platinum warranty.

Nothing else needed.

The timing was good and it was clean. They were professional.

The workmen were very efficient and did a great job.

I think that the Westfall Roofing salesperson was informative and gave the best presentation in comparison to their competitors. It was through.

I don't believe in surveys because one person's experience shouldn't be the deciding factor for another person. Everyone's experience is different. Just because one person's experience is negative or positive doesn't mean the next person will have the same experience. That's why I don't like to do surveys.

There was a part of the roof piece they were going to replace, and they did not. Once they did the job, and we paid it off, they forgot about us. I ended up doing it by myself.

We had around 4-5 quotes. Brian was the best of all by far,explaining the entire process from start to finish. Spoke of protecting our garden area and even the garage door.

WESTFALL did address the issues we had.

I spent almost $35,000 to replace my roof because there was a leak by the chimney and we tried to correct the leak from multiple vendors when it still kept leaking, we hired Westfall to replace the entire roof in the hope that we will not have leak anymore. Bur to our surprise it leaked from the same place. They were made aware of the leak and we even changed the chimney cap per their recommendation so there is no leak. But it still leaked. We are very disappointed.

They were terrific with the sales portion; everyone was gracious and assured their mess would be cleaned up daily. I was not informed of the changes, and my bill was $500 more. I was told if there were any problems or questions, they would be here to answer them. I am not getting call backs from two of the salespeople and I have called the office for a document, which i have not received yet.

I appreciated the knowledge and information shared by sales rep and job supervisor. It was likely my own misunderstanding of what to expect at time of roof replacement

The roof leaked during a storm when they assured us that wouldn't happen, and we still haven't been paid back for the cost of the handyman to correct the drywall in the house. We have not paid the final bill yet, but we have not received a credit or any communication from them about the leak and the cost to repair it.
