With the trouble I had, I am 50/50. I think they do good work and they are good at it.
We didn't get an itemized bill, but it was the exact amount that the insurance allowed. My son asked Kris to take out the furnace, but it wasn't something they could not do. We didn't know it beforehand. They needed someone who was an expert in that.

I was very happy and satisfied with the work done. The look of the gutter toppers is great as it blends with the color of the roofs shingles.
The Waddle installation crew were very well organized. They worked very hard and effectively. The finished roof looks great from ground level and I expect that it looks the same from the roof. I was extremely pleased with the cleanup work before they left for the day and when they left the job. I have found very few scraps of materials, removed shingle parts or nails around my home since the project was completed.Overall, I am very pleased with the completed project and would recommend Waddle Exteriors to others, if asked.
It was very hot when they were at our place; I do not know how anyone could do what they did. It almost appeared as if, when they got up on the roof someone took the ladder down. They just stayed right there and worked very hard. They did excellent work!

The guys did a nice fast job of installing my gutter toppers, and I'm looking forward to no more trips up the ladder to do that messy job of cleaning out the gutters!
Everyone at Waddle was very professional, helpful, and patient with my changing mind. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for better service or work. We were thoroughly impressed with the crews hard work, keeping the site debris contained, and doing a great job with the clean-up! Jamie and Logan were also great when it came to answering any last minute questions and making themselves available. It's a brand new house! Having someone come out to the house a few days later after a storm to make sure everything was still okay was an added bonus and sealed the deal! We recommend Waddle to everyone!

Additional Comments - We were especially impressed when they finished their work by using a big magnet and gathered up dropped screws around the house and garage areas so we won't end up with a lot of flat tires.
