They are very professional and very personable to work with, even over the telephone to arrange for a job to be done. I have had my roof, gutters, and now my windows, and I would have them come back in a heartbeat if I needed anything else.

I own multiple properties and plan to use you guys again. However, I hope this survey prompts someone to reach out to me. The first job you completed for me was excellent, but I have concerns about the second job.

Initial communication to explain the process and communicate the next steps was thorough and professional. The installation of new gutters/downspouts is scheduled for tomorrow and I’m hoping for a continued good experience.

The work crew and salesperson were outstanding. The communication and coordination was severely lacking.

My dish was on a pole in the ground , it was covered but debris was thrown on it bending the dish and puttin it out of focus. A hole was put in the gable vent. The workers were standing on an aluminum awning and in cleanup dropped something on it and put a whole in it. The window air conditioner was covered, but in pulling off the netting ,nails went the vents . I walk with a cane and it wasn't easy for me to go up a ladder and clean it off.

I suggest everybody use them.

We are so happy with our new roof. We had moldy boards in our attic so the entire roof had to be done. They did the job in a day and a half and we have piece of mine and a guarantee that it won’t be back. What a great company. The quality and craftsmanship is phenomenal. He has been amazing to work with: super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options, answered every question (even the ones we didn’t know we had), and made us feel completely confident in our decision.

We can officially say we had fantastic experience with Victors! After mold was found during our inspection , they got us scheduled ASAP — which was such a relief. Mason and his crew showed up right on time and kept us in the loop by sending progress pictures throughout the day. Kyle even stopped by during the install to walk the job, which really showed their level of care.

The attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were seriously top notch. And the cherry on top? A handwritten thank-you note from Shelbi at the end — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, quality roofing work!

Victors were able to resolve my concerns.

They did a very professional job.

I wasn’t expecting my plants to be trampled and my attic to be left so dirty. It’s going to take a long time to clean it all up.

I have already talked with one of the guys at Victors about decreasing the total for the inconveniences the past week, as well as clarification on some other things. As long as that happens, that is all that I need.

I would never recommend this company, because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. As a homeowner, I have to trust to some degree, what an "expert" is telling me and make my decisions based on their advice. I was misled, and was provided inaccurate information, which is what sold the job. Only to find out that it was not true. As a retired disabled veteran, I feel completely disgusted with how this company has treated me. This is not the right way to do business.

I was happy with all expectations that I had in my mind after new roof was installed. All questions I had during construction were answered for me. Nothing left unanswered and if I had further questions I know I could call VICTORS and have that question answered!

From start to finish, Rogers Roofing went above and beyond to make sure my total roof replacement went off without a hitch. From the initial inspection to the financing department’s persistence in getting the job covered, to the installation, everything was perfect. On the day of the install, the crew worked from morning to sunset to make sure the job was done right and that my yard was cleaned up. Danny, the project manager, communicated with me often throughout the day to make sure I was kept up to date on the whole process-he even sent pictures and videos of the installation so I could see how the process was going. The roof looks fantastic. I’m so glad Angi referred me to this company. Thanks to everybody at the company who worked with me to complete this project!

The quality of the stuff that they used was decent. It was the workmanship and the price. They were one of the highest. I was taking advice from others that they were good, but based on the price they aren't. He was three times what everyone else wanted.

Overall we are pleased with the work and the crew was polite and efficient. There was no pressure to purchase when the original job was quoted. Any questions or concerns was promptly addressed and taken care of.
