The inspector Candace they sent out, the staff that arranged the appointment, and Zach with his crew did an amazing job. 5 star quality that I will be certain to use in the future and have already recommended Victors to some of my neighbors here.

We had two roof fans put in, and I was skeptical, but they keep my upstairs much cooler inside my house. I was surprised.

I am not happy with the way they coated the flashing. It's not that important, but I should've focused on the way they did the roof. It's in the front of the house and bothers me.

They were very good. I was a little leery when I noticed that the majority of of the team didn’t speak much English but their work, speed, and professionalism was excellent. The project manager Jurado was fantastic,keeping us informed on the progress of the installation and clean up. Jurado spent time with us explaining what was done any problems and the solutions that were taken. He explained everything in detail that was done to our home. He also did a final walk through with me around our home checking for anything that was missed. Regarding that shingle bag, it was not visible from my yar. My neighbor found this afternoon when he was digging some brush out about 40 feet into his next to a fence and under a 6 foot bush. Jurado was very good as far as my wife and I are concerned.

I personally was a project manager in my career. A project is the people; it is what makes a project excellent or not. I was pretty impressed with the project manager, Evan, and Joel, the salesman. They both did an outstanding job and were very knowledgeable. The crew that was sent to do the roof work did an excellent job; they worked long hours with no slacking. They got up there, and they worked. I was really impressed with the work ethic of the people that they sent.

Absolutely would NOT recommend. The new owners of this company are trading on the well established stellar reputation of the previous owners/ founders. But they are absolutely not maintaining the quality of customer service that could be relied on for years.

Crew was on site on time, and on day promised. Excellent communication throughout the day. Job was completed in 1 day including cleanup. Best warranty around. I highly recommend Victor's.

As stated above communication was very poor. From the delivery of shingles & dumpster to the team showing up on 9/8 @ 6:40 am. According to office coordinator, the supervisor would call us before the team showed up at our house. That did not happen. Add to that the lack of the supervisor finding the dip in the roof & the way it was repaired, results in the ranking 1 for this category.

Outstanding service; as far as price goes, it's fair. The customer service is outstanding, and the service was great.

Victors did a really great job and I appreciate it. I didn't have to play any games with them. I liked that. Any questions I had, they answered. They took pictures of the process for me.

Rogers Roofing did an awesome job. They exceeded my expectations. They did so awesome that even people saw their quality of work from afar. Their work spoke for themselves.

They were knowledgeable, courteous and timely. The entire process from the estimate to the completed project was 1 week. Thank you, everybody who was involved! Ryan and John, who gave me the estimate, Erin who helped us in financing, and Keith My Project manager were all wonderful and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. Starting with the sales team and Nick, the Project Manager on site, Ramon, to the follow-up consultant, Tim, everyone was fantastic, professional, and asked me as well as showed me what I needed, they gave me a good plan to replace everything. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them.

I like how swift my experience was. We had a hole in our roof that needed to be repaired before winter hit. They responded immediately, and we scheduled a date. They had an earlier day become available; however, we were unable to accept it due to our scheduling.

Effectively communicated even though there was a bit of delay in fabrication that was not Victor’s fault

Victors addressed all the issues I had with my roof without going through the whole sales pitch (especially since this wasn’t my first roof replacement). They were thorough answering my questions. I was always notified when employees were en route and said employees were always on time and considerate of my time. Actual work was done quickly and the cleanup was as advertised.

A positive reputation is earned based on the entire sales cycle, including solving customer punch list concerns being resolved over reasonable time table! Still waiting now over 30 days for completion.
