I am very impressed with the work. Victors has very nice people; they seemed to do what they had to do in an orderly fashion. They were in and out in a day, which they told me they would be.

Victors went above and beyond. They were worth the price, and we would choose them again.

I don't know enough about roofs, but they were around for so long that I trusted them. The inspector that came was very helpful, and he showed me a video inside of the roof and also showed me what they would do, so I thought that was very good. The finance department was also very helpful, but I forgot his name.

I would rate that I am likely to recommend Victors to a friend as a negative zero zero zero. No hard hats were ever worn, and that's part of an OSHA violation.

I will tell a friend that the hardware and workmanship are good but do not hesitate to bargain for a reasonable cost.

The only thing that would change about this experience is that Victors could intervene with Green sky and reduce my payment or waive some part of the total debt to reduce the amount I owe.

Anytime you need home improvements and with the cost of things today, all we can hope for is a job done right and quality materials. I believe I got that with Victor’s home solutions! Plus I get a free inspection every year !

Clean up was terrible and is still ongoing

Dear goodness, please do not make the mistake I made. The salesperson detailed a process that was incredible and premium. NOTHING of what he described actually took place. They didn't even put an MHI sign in my yard. I cannot get this company to come out and fix all of things that they did wrong. I initially had a rating of 2-stars, but as I answered each of the questions that followed this one, I realized how horrible the service and communication has actually been. I'm hoping that by leaving this review I can get someone to actually call me back, but I'm not holding my breath. My advice to anyone considering this service is to not even bother getting a quote from them.

I am still waiting on a resolution from Victors.

Getting a quote for 0 boards replaced and ending up replacing 50 was my only complaint. It added over $4000 to total bill.

I give them 5 stars all the way. I give 10 stars; I am likely to recommend them to a friend.
