Everyone that was out here working, they busted their butts and did a good job. They worked, they cleaned up, and everything. They were some of the nicest people that you would want to meet. They will work with you. It don't matter who you are, what you are doing or anything.

I don’t believe I’ve ever been through something like this. From the first inspection to the last day when they didn’t finish was just pure aggravation.

It is too early to tell if I would recommend them to a friend.

Although the quality of work looks good from the naked eye, and the salesmanship was impressive, as I stated earlier, we never received any photos or communication from a project manager to ensure that the work we paid for was actually done as it should have been. This was one of the big reasons we went with Victors, as it isn't a service that all companies offer. It is disappointing to have been promised something, and then to have that expectation fall short.

We were willing to pay more based upon sales reps telling us a support beam needed to be replaced or supported. Turns out that was not true. It took me half a day to learn from the project manager that was not the case. The project manager did not show up until majority of the work was done. No worker other than the project manager spoke/understood English. I requested pictures as the work was done. I never received any.
I think we were OVERCHARGED. The only way to make it right would be to send me a check. I tried to contact management about the discrepancy; they never returned my call.

Rogers was professional, great communication, and worked quickly. The team was great and feel the price was competitive

This is my first roof replacement. Semper Fi was recommended to me and I researched them online. Very reputable.
From the consultation team to the ladies in the office who do the ordering of materials to the guy who dropped off the trailer to the Project Manager to the Crew Lead to the crew, I was so impressed.
Everything was explained to my full understanding up front by the consultation team. The ladies in the office kept me updated on when materials would arrive and what the schedule would be. Materials arrived the day before the installation. The PM called me that morning and again explained what would be happening. He told me when the crew would be there and start. They were on time and finished in 8 hours! They had to shovel my roof and remove ice from gutters. I didn't even know you could replace a roof in the winter and I was a little nervous about it but I really trusted this company that it would be okay and done well. My windows, doors and landscaping were covered so no damage. The crew was extremely efficient and everything was cleaned up. The PM did a walk around with me after, explaining how everything was done. I also had attic insulation done at the same time and the PM showed me pictures of the attic when it was finished.
Can't say enough about this company and the crew I had. I would highly recommend Semper Fi for roof replacement.

This is because of the failure to communicate with me especially about delays in the accomplishment of the work and on completing the warranty work. I also felt the price was exceptionally high, but agreed to it because of the expected quality of workmanship. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication about delays in accomplishing the work. A simple phone call would have really helped to correct this. But at this point it causes me to believe that you do not believe in good customer service and to doubt your promises and commitment. Without this problem, my recommendation would be a qualified 4 due to the high price of the job.

I think what MHI Roofing did here was fantastic. They told me everything they were doing step by step and cleaned up. I even had a couple of questions regarding the cleanup, and they cleaned up even more. I'm so happy with the job. The only thing was the cost of it, but there's nothing we can do about that in this day and age.

There are several opportunities for improvement with Rogers Roofing. I am not satisfied that the estimate I was given was fair based on actual repairs completed. The estimate was lengthy and thorough, yet inaccurate. The job was not completed in 1 day as quoted, given lack of necessary supplies, which inconvenienced me to make adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate another appointment, rescheduled due to weather, and finally the second visit when the repair was completed. Communication started off slow to get me scheduled, with no advanced notice on when the repairmen were arriving and when the job would complete. This made for an overall stressful and inconvenient process.

People were friendly and very kind. Kept me up to date as to what was happening.

From the beginning of this process to the final walk around the people at Semper Fi were professional, prompt and polite. We will definitely recommend.

The salesman did a nice job. He was very polite. The workers that came to do the work, worked in four inches of snow. They did a nice job. They came back the second day it, and it was a little warmer, but not much. The workers did a nice job, and I was well pleased.

Victors is a wonderful company to work with. They do a great job and cleanup.

We had rotted wood that was suppose to be replaced. While they were working on the roof I noticed it wasn't being replaced. I called & was told they're not finished it will be replaced. When it was done the wood wasn't replaced. The workers said they weren't told. I called again & he came to the house & told the workers. They had to undo certain spots & replace the wood which we had to pay $150 extra for the wood even though we showed them the areas that were rotten before signing the contract. Also they didn't tell us that they would need to remove the Leaf Guards on the gutters. Now we have to see if the Leaf Guard company can put them back on. Which is like replacing puzzle pieces as their all in a pile. If not we have to buy new ones!

I am 100 % satisfied with everything about this company. From the workmanship to the wonderful customer service that is given. I absolutely recommend Victors.

All in the big scheme of things, Rogers Roofing has excellent selling points to get you to go with them. They are punctual, on time, clean, and communicative during the install. The only drawback is that if there is a concern post installation, it may be difficult to hear back from someone.

I'm telling everyone about Rogers. You will get what you pay for! Try to save a few bucks and I guarantee, you'll have problems! Pay the extra, if it's in your budget and cross it, off the list!
