Overall the quality met/exceeded my expectations. The roof was beautiful, and the timeliness was good. My expectations as far as the property cleanliness was subpar, but that is something I hope they will address. My overall satisfaction is good, but they can button up a few things.

Quality work and materials, but more expensive than I or my insurance company expected. Also, there was no follow up communication from the contractor, and it took repeated calls to have a concern addressed and corrected.

The salesman (Jerod) was great and the schedulers were great. After that I feel
like it was way too expensive for the work we got and there was a major communication problem with the crew that was sent to install our roof. They ripped a massive hole in our screen window and when I addressed it they took no responsibility, shrugged their shoulders and just kinda looked at me. The next day when I addressed the torn screen again the foreman used a translation app to tell me he’d tell his boss- haven’t heard back. The crew was somewhat sloppy and the workmanship wasn’t the quality I expected for what we paid.

The people who dealt with us directly--Amanda, Tracy, Finn and Jeffrey--were informative and helpful. The workers were focused and dedicated to completing their tasks. And the end product looks good and promises to be everything we were told it would be.

I would recommend Victors to anyone who needs roof work. My home was built long before "ventilation" was a consideration. It was obvious my moldy attic and new roof would benefit for years from "ridge" ventilation as Victors suggested. When I called to get more information about the process of cutting in the roof to create the ventilation system, my anxiety and concerns were treated with patience and respect by providing me with the information I needed to fully understand the process. Emily sent me information by email more than once to provide support and answers. This was an unexpected kindness coming from a company as big as Victors.

I expressed my impression and opinions to later specific statements.

I am not likely to recommend them at this time. They need to pay attention and do what they say they are going to do. I think they did a very poor job of doing what they said they were going to do for this work.

This job was quoted max 2 days, start date was March 24th completed date April 9th. Still waiting for the final inspection and paper work. Several issues happened during roof install. Followed up multiple times advising they were supposed to add vent to sun room and connect bathroom vents outside. Found nails and metal shavings and other supplies left in yard for me to clean up.

Julian, the sales representative and initial inspector was friendly, thorough and pointed out the failures of the original construction workers, leading to the necessity of a comprehensive tear off and re-installation.

Down spout work was inadequate and dissapointing. I can't imagine the workers thought their job was excellent when they left our home but apparantly, they did.

I would highly recommend Rogers. From sales, to installation, to cleanup, they were professional and their conduct was exemplary.

No one speaks English. Crew lead (who was over and hour late showing up to jobsite and left early before job completion) speaks limited poor English. You cannot communicate with the crew. The MHI rep came and spent about 20 minutes watching work. He then spent about an hour in his van before leaving. There is lack of supervision over crew, and poor workmanship on trim which they (MHI) needs to resolve.

I would recommend because of the 21 check point where they showed us all the issues with our roof. And what a great job they did to fix it

Victors didn't resolve all of my issues; they gave me a good price and that's about it.

Communication needs to be better. Getting a reply to email and text 2+ days is not good when I have a hole in the roof.

I love my new roof. My house feels like it's got a big hug. It feels solid and I can tell the difference from the roof that they replaced.

We had a very large project and Semper Fi was exceptional from start to finish. Would highly recommend! Everyone went above and beyond to assist us in repairing and replacement of our roof & skylights. The crew were some of the hardest working people I have ever met- they did a phenomenal job communicating and when they left, it was cleaner than when they arrived! We are forever grateful. Overall they did quick, professional work, and I’m happy with the result.

Extremely professional from the first contact, the inspection, review, estimate and throughout the project. Emerson took the time to answer all my questions about the inspection and the project. On the day of the project the guys were here a little after 7 along with everything they needed. They worked hard and constantly until 5, when my new roof and the clean up were done. The wind had carried a few papers towards my neighbor’s yard, but everything was picked up and spotless when they left. They were careful of my house and plantings. I had a question during the day and the office staff were helpful and courteous.
Semper Fi put a new roof on my first house and now on this one. I highly recommend them.

Tho every job has a bit of chaos to it, Semper Fi made it easier.

The shingle people up top who climb up on the roof are the backbone of Victors. They get no recognition whatsoever. Without them, I would not have been pleased with the whole situation. Jose was knowledgeable and kept in touch. Tell Victor to give them a tip. You know they are not getting paid what they deserve for working so hard.

I know it was cold outside when they did the roof and I kind of figured it would be a hurried up job since it was so cold out but overall, I love the look of the roof.

Erwin the Project Manager was excellent. He communicated with me on all aspects of the process. When I needed somethingw taken care of he accomplished. Kudos to the crew, they were knowledgeable and respectful. I will recommend Rogers.

post installation was a disappointment. you chose to install after a snowstorm and shoveled all the roof snow blocking our doors and the snow hampered your ability to adequtely clean up the construction debris. you were total no shows for 2 scheduled clean up appointments. additionally you installed entirely too much ductwork from our bathroom fan to the roof vent leaving knotted ductwork in a pile on the attic floor and decreasing the fans ability to work.

I liked the young man who examined the roof and felt confident in the company. But overall felt heavy pressure to make a decision that night or I would miss out on a deal. With no comparisons I will never know how much I overpaid for my roof. Huge buyer remorse

I am satisfied with the work done, however i can only review the quality of the work done at this time and can in good conscience only give four stars overall pending the long term performance of the roof.

I recognized Rogers Roofing's professionalism from the beginning.

Every stage I had to chase down answers appointments
Told I had to be home a 8 am appt turned into a 3:15 pm appointment. Wasted a day off as then I was told my presence wasn’t required. Salesman dirtied my attic cover then argued with me and now I’m stuck with it. T I’ll stop here think that is enough.

Everyone was very accommodating

Hire cheap Mexican laborers and I have nails all over my ground nobody cleaned them up.
