I was impressed with the inspection effort and the completion of the work done
The were very responsive to my questions. They were very accommodating to the fact that I do not live on this property. I live in Chicago.
Showed up on time competed roof on time and excellent clean up. Crew covered all landscaping and windows/ doors to prevent any damage.
My neighbor said that my house was the best looking house on the block.
Nobody spoke English and I wanted to tell them that when they came onto my porch they should not let the dog out and they let the dog out.
We were impressed with the the speed and workmanship of the job as well as the clean up.

The only thing is they need to send the two guys to fix the gutter and i am not recommending those two guys to anybody, because they left the house like a pigsty.
The customer service was terrible. It took over a month, until a second severe storm, a month after the one that caused my roof damage, before your folks got out here and did the work. Then, almost immediately, you were sending me emails, phone calls, and text messages too, I think, daily, sometimes more than once a day, and from multiple people, demanding payment. I haven't had the chance yet to go outside and check to see if what your folks did is holding up, but I did pay my bill.
Rogers Roofing provided a good local service. We were looking for a local service provider, rather than, just a national brand, and we appreciated the local touch that they gave us and local outreach. They gave us good communication in terms of when the workers were on their way here and how long they would be here. It helped us prepare because we have dogs, so we needed to know all of that information. It gave us the ability to plan for the day for both ourselves and our pets. They worked well, and they were quick when they got here. They were minimally intrusive into our daily routine, which we appreciated. In general, we were very satisfied with our service!
Quality of work seems to be well done. Crew was thurough. Clean up pretty good, only found a handful of nails and some trash. Promises made by sales did not materialize on day of the job. Doesn't feel like we got the premium we paid for on day of installation. Felt forced to sign and check all the boxes at completion. The language barrier didn't help.
Great experience from start to finish, on time, professional and cleaned everything up all in one day!
The only thing that upset me is I told them I work midnights and they showed up outside my timeframe and then came back to the job a week later.
More expensive than other quotes, but I have zero complaints. I guess you get what you pay for!!

Due to a lack of communication between Victor’s and the workers, a new hole was opened into the roof—despite the job simply being a replacement of an old vent.
Now, I’m wondering my estimated cost was for new install or replaciement of vents.
I feel that they should have had all of their documentation in a folder, including what products they were using on the roof, how they were going to do it, and to tell the customer how the whole project was going to transpire, and that they would keep their promise from what Vaughn Rose, the salesman, said. I believed everything to begin with. Then he started to get shady about the different things that I asked him. I just think they are a shady company. I tried to get a hold of the owners, and of course, I cannot get a hold of Victor. They also said that I could not talk to him. When I asked if Victor really owned that company, they didn't say anything.
We were sold on quality and craftsmanship and feel as though the project was so rushed we received neither. The Job was sched. for 2 1/2 days and was completed in 1.Too many crew members not working in sinc., damage to several window screen’s, damage to deck railings! The satellite dish that was supposed to be removed and discarded was not and attached in the wrong orientation when put back. They broke a sprinkler sensor that was attached to a gutter. Very sloppy flashing and other finishing touches.

This company is the most though and step by step company we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company.
I would recommend to friends, I would say they are probably more expensive than quotes you will get but will do an excellent installation.
