We were very happy with Victors Solutions. Our Sales rep Dave went over and above to fix a problem while we waited for the roof. The onsite manager, Diego, and crew were amazing working in a blizzard!

I thought the cost was high, but my roof was leaking and I was leaving for Florida. I didn't have time to shop around. I didn't even get to see the finished product, as it was too cold to go out on the roof. And I don't know if it's leaking or not, as I'm not there.

I have done a lot of construction in the past few years, and Victors, by far, has been the most pleasant experience.

People would be better served by using a better company.

Victors should really improve and take responsibility for things said by their salespeople. In the end, they gave false information during the sales process, which delayed our decision in the end. Victors should take responsibility and not put it on the client. Their salespeople should be more truthful about what they promise their customers.

The experience from quoting and estimation through installation was positive and professional.

They did a good job, and the price and professionalism were good. The installer was friendly, went through everything with me, and took his time.

I received a competitive proposal from a known roofing company but went with Victors because of the detail in the proposal, even though it was slightly higher in cost.

The cost can be an issue, but they offer zero percent or no payments until next year. However, you still have to pay for it.

I couldn't believe the number of people that I talked through talking about a situation. I talked to a boss, a concierge and then another boss about my problem. They eventually responded but it was amazing how many people we had to talk to.

Great company

I didn't know what to expect in getting the roof, and I was at work. The communication I had with the project manager was great. They contacted me throughout the whole day during the whole process on what they were doing, and I was really impressed with that.

I had a leak in my skylight that was worse than I thought. It had major water damage requiring significant repair. When the inspector came he not only checked the area around the skylight but did a thorough inspection of the entire roof. He found several other less major issues but significant enough to recommend a complete new roof.

At first I wasn't convinced I needed a whole new roof. I decided to strip off the roofing myself to get a better look at the damage and decided it was too big to be a DIY job. I called the inspector back to get a better look at the now exposed damage and he and I discussed options for about an hour and worked out a price and financing plan that would work.

He then spent the next 4+ hours on my roof covering the exposed area that I had stripped off.vvThis was BEFORE he got a signed contract for the new roof I had verbally agreed to! He left around 8:00pm after he was sure that he had covered the damaged area well enough to handle the next week of off and on rainy weather.

His patch job held up to the rain and a little more than a week later, the Victors crew showed up on the scheduled day, on time and ready to work.

After they stripped off the old shingles and underlayment they determined that I did not need a new roof deck after all, other than the damaged area around the skylight. This ended up saving me a significant amount of money on the project.

The Victors crew did a fantastic job and had to deal with light rain turning into light freezing rain in the late afternoon. They completed the job the same day and cleaned up all the debris around the yard working in the dark until almost 8:00pm.

The next morning I checked the yard and was amazed to find it nearly spotless only finding a couple small clear plastic strips from the back of the shingles. The roof looks great and I expect to have many many years of use with no worries.

I would highly recommend them. The windows are good quality, and the installers are very professional. They kept everything clean inside and outside.
