I expected some type of refund, not an insult. Out of the $1,500, they said I could have $300 of my money back. I was very insulted. They didn't solve the problem. I had a leak in the drain pipe in the kitchen which was leaking into the basement. They told me it was a roof leak.

At this time, Victor's Home Solutions is a very good and reputable company, but in time we will see.

They did quality work, which was fair for the price.

The people at Rogers Roofing were totoally up front with everything that needed to be done. They addressed all the issues and rectified my problems. They are a good company all the way around.

I wish they could have more English speaking employees doing the work. They had a lot of Mexicans, and the English barrier was quite evident. If there hadn't been a supervisor or somebody on site, I wouldn't have gotten answers.

They really did a d job.

Was quoted for a roof repair due to my financial stability was unable to pay for a entire replacement. I pointed out a few areas of concern and I was promised the issue was found and would be resolved, which was not the case at all. Roof still leaked and I was only offered caulking which wasn’t done neatly and now if I ever try to file a claim with my insurance in the future it will be difficult due to the policy that states if the roof looks like it was tempered with can be voided. Not happy at all! Will not recommend or use again at all.

I did recommend my neighbor next door. They were there yesterday. I noticed Victors that is. If they get that business I should be recommended for some discount of some sort.

I don't have any doubt about recommending this company to anyone that is looking for a roof replacement.

The entire process of my roof replacement project was handled professionally. From the first call, to the home visit, to the estimate presentation, to the explanation of what the estimate would cover. I cannot say enough about the employees that completed the project. I was impressed by their respect to my property and the great clean up after the job was completed.

Rogers Roofing is a very professional company. Who is attentive to customer’s concerns, cleans, and removes all of the debris that is left.

They were great workers. They got the job done efficiently. We would hire them again if we needed them.

I am so happy we kept seeing the advertisements on TV. I guess it gave us a chance to see Victor and hear him talk about his company. He came to our mind first when we discovered a leak in our livingroom ceiling. Kyle J and Nate S came out, inspected the problem and took pictures and videos to show us the damage that was up there. It showed the hole in the supposed fixed roof from another company 3 years ago, and areas they said they fixed, which they had not. They explained all options and we went with repairing the roof where it was not properly installed and fixed before. About 4 days later when the snow slowed down a bit and it was not as frigid out, Miles, Darryl and Noe came and did the repair and reinstallation of part of our roof. They did an incredible job not only installing but cleaning up. They made sure we were happy before they left. I must add.... IF YOU NEED A NEW ROOF OR ANY REPAIRS DONE.... CALL VISTORS. You will not be disappointed!!!
