Victor’s did a great job on our house. The initial evaluation was complete and proposed project was explained. I am sure that Victor’s was not the least expensive, but the price was fair and the roof should last for the rest of my life. Our roof and gutters were expertly installed and clean up was perfect. Even gravel beds were swept. Our contact person could have kept us better informed on what to expect on work day, I had to call and leave messages for return calls, but I would recommend Victor’s.

I highly recommend them. They are friendly, family oriented, and stay true to their word.

The error on the crew chief's part was that he did not let us inspect the damaged boards that he replaced and charged us additional money. The crew was competent and respectful and quiet as they went about their work. The cleanup was excellent.

Feel that the sales representative over promised and did not accurately represent details about the project, especially relating to financing and the gutter installation.

There were some things that should've been automatic. They should walk around and look more.

The whole experience was quite positive, from the initial contact, sales visit, scheduling to the actual day of installation. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, went through the steps of protecting our house and property, stripping the old roofing, prepping and applying the new. The whole crew pitched in to the cleanup. I think I've only found one roofing nail so far and a few very small pieces of shingle material.
