I knew that I was likely to spend more for the roof replacement when numerous advertisements on WGN radio.

It all went fairly smoothly despite having to reschedule because of the rain. That can't be helped.

I would never use them again or recommend them to anybody.

I would recommend them to a friend because from start to finish, they did everything they said, it was done to my complete satisfaction, and I would urge anybody to give them a try, at least an estimate because they were outstanding.

To me, the experience was not cheap, but it was good.

The project manager went over the job with us step by step and remained onsite until the job was finished. He gave us constant updates and went over everything upon completion to make sure we were absolutely satisfied.

I can't get the inspector to represent me in court, and I need his testimony to do this, and I am stuck. It is my word against who knows who, and he promised he would, and I can't get him to move. It is costing me money to wait on litigation for the inspection of the bad shape my roof and windows were left in by the previous company.

See above. It all came down to the sales tactics. I am not about high pressure. I was very close to asking the guy to leave and not choosing Victor's due to the way it was sold. F- about that part. Knowledgeable, seemed like a reasonable installation approach, etc. Too much trashing of the other companies. Felt icky to be honest. Wished it could have been done more above board - you won't get any more business from me in the future.

The project manager refused to call me about problems that occurred. Multiple messages were left and still no call backs.

Job still not done. Was told gutter install would be the day after the roof, but scheduled 3 days later and it’s supposed to rain 🙁

Victors came in and completed the work, and when it looked like it was going to rain, they made sure everything was secured and finished the job.

The Victors Team does a great job communicating with customers on all parts of the job. They made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands from the time I first contacted them until my project was completed.

Will definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs exterior work done to their home.

Victors worked very well. The only issue was that they tacked on pricing at the end of the project when I was told everything would be covered.

Many things that were told to me were not true.

We are really happy with the expertise and hardworking people that took care of our project from start to finish. The company that installed our new gutter system did an excellent job as well.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the completed project. I did not like the change of the supervisor after the first day of work and really the lack of supervision during the next shorter day of work. Thankfully the last day crew completed the job and did the cleaning in very professional way.

All depends on who the sells person is. I think Sonny is after the sale and not what it does for the consumer and for the company. What he tells the customer then they get something else.

The pricing was too high for the job and for the price I paid, I expected better work. I also feel cheap labor was used, (when I was told you had certified workers), so the price should have been cheaper and that's probably why the work wasn't exemplary.
Some parts of the job were altered but the price wasn't lowered. I am very disappointed with the process and service.

Everybody was aware if or when I need some help. They didn't have to, but they did. I was kept in the loop with every step.
