I'm a tough cookie when it comes to being impressed with ANYTHING. I was blown away with the difference in appearance and energy efficiency. Before adding the windows, my A/C unit ran constantly without shutting off and never reached the cooling temp I set. After these windows were installed, problem solved! I hate to sound like a paid spokesman or something (because I'm not!), but I was THAT impressed with the service I received.

Once my siding was removed we discovered that my chimney was about to fall down from a water leak we never knew we had. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate our delay to have the chimney repaired.
