Bad experience with how the install went, the install took 8 days to complete, I had to call Matt to ask why the installers went here, He first said 11:30 they never showed I called again and finally they showed up! and I still see install issues with the siding. I still have bags of trash that the install left on my driveway! They told me that they would be back Sat. or Sun. they never showed up. Matt the rep left me very disappointed with how he handle all this. So NO, NEVER will I allow with all my powers, allow window direct to do anything with my family or friends!

The guys that installed my windows were very helpful to me. I can’t reach to rehang my curtains, they did that for me.

The timeline to get the windows in production. Took 4 weeks+ to settle toe project, I was "sold" something that could not be created. Team came out to measure then a few days later notified that it could not be done. During installation I have 2 slides that open the incorrect way. The notes should have been more accurate for all team members to perform their tasks.
