I already did. My neighbor came over when the job was being done. I gave her the UWD brochure and Said how pleased we were.
The sales person that we had was great! The installers were friendly but left a mess behind. The outside of my windows are filthy with dirt and fingerprints, one of our dressers was dented, and our new carpet is now stained with the foam that they use. I have contacted this company repeatedly to fix the problems. I have only received an email asking for pictures and zero response since. Very disappointed!

They fulfilled a rather difficult need. First of all I have oriole windows which I found some window companies could not supply because of the size of my windows. Secondly my condo unit insisted on grey/silver screens which most companies could not supply. The windows were ready according to schedule despite the virus epidemic.

One of the windows came in broken, but was installed anyways with tape over it. I am eager to see how long it takes to get the replacement.
The price was high but so was the quality. I could have gotten a better deal had I needed more windows. Most of my friends would buy windows at a store and hire a local installer. We used our stimulus check to pay for these or we would not have had them done at all.
I am disappointed that Universal Windows Direct advertises free windows with purchase. That so far from the truth, I will not be recommending
