Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. Marvin and Nate were absolutely amazing, my house is 100 years old and it was no easy task, it took nearly 8 hours to do the work, it should only have taken a few hours, however, because the windows were so bad it took much longer than anticipated. They worked steadily without breaks, when Marvin finished it looked like a new house.
