Loved the installers, great, efficient workers!
Disappointed after we had a great experience with the installation of the front door. Would not recommend, unless quality was not a factor. Basically, MN you get what you paid for.
Eric Sears was wonderful and very professional. However, the windows and installers not so much.

i would recommend UWD to friends and family. The salesperson was nice and knowledgeable, the person to double check the measurements was the same and had additional ideas that made sense to change to and the installers laid sheets everywhere to protect inside, picked up all debris outside and removed and installed 25 windows in less than 4 hours and was back the next day to foam, caulk and finish outside of windows. Also less than 4 hours. They look great. I did notice one problem about a week later on 6 windows. Grids were mismatched. Don’t know how I/we missed it. I called UWD, provided pictures and they had no problem taking care of error.
The installer showed up on time and did an excellent job.

When the installer showed to do replace my four windows he did not have the same color of windows that I had agreed upon of course this was not realized until he had removed the old windows and finally took the wrapping off of the new windows. I called the company and spoke to an agitated John Paul who was not very customer friendly, we came to an agreement that the new windows would be installed but as soon as the product came in my old trim would be replaced with trim that was the same color..Installation of the windows was in May the trim install was September and that was after calling the company repeatedly. When the installer of the trim arrived it was discovered that he did not have enough material to complete the job..He informed that he would go back to the shop then call me with a date to come back that was September 11th, I have never heard from them again.......Unprofessional and very diappointing to say the least. happy with the windows( which were installed last year, but disappointed that I'm still waiting for my last window which was measured incorrect.
No one will call back for problams I have!!
Have now waited amply amount of time (44 days) to take this as I did not wish to give negative feed back for unresolved issues. Not only do I have unresolved issues I have not been in contact minus one voice mail on December 19th. Yes my install was forty four days ago and I did not reach out till much later, but a window was installed with a damaged lock. I have now waited forty four days even without a this extremely minor fix to a list of wrongs on my project. Anyone of employees on the payroll could remove two screws to swap the lock. I would had even been happy if the part was just mailed to me!
The windows are nice and the installation is good but they are quite expensive.
I am tickled to death with my new windows!

Love the windows but the customer service and installers leave a lot to be desired. All that was preached during the selling process is how great their customer service is but when you call them they don’t call back and disregard your issues
From start to finish it was a good experience. The sales person (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and personable. The installers (Jason and Greg) were awesome. On time, very clean and worked non stop to get the 14 windows installed. Their work is outstanding and our new windows work and look great. Thank you Tom from Kent Ohio.
I was not very happy with the communication from the company, after many follow up phone calls the company still managed to ship the wrong color sliding door for installation. I had to speak with the job lead person, and was never contacted by a manager with an apology. After agreeing to keep the sliding door at a discounted pricethat I had to initiate through the job lead person and not directly with their manager, the company still tried to collect the full balance from me. The bow window that we had installed is well constructed and looks to be professionally installed, but the inside finishing and touch up left much to be desired. I have contacted the company more than once because I still have not received my final paperwork and warranty packet.

Really enjoying the benefits of our windows. The fit and finish from installation, insulation, caulking and clean up was great. Communication could have been a bit better before installation, but great experience overall.
descent windows, installation went smooth and the guys were very professional . the only issue i have is that the salesman was at my house for 1.5 hours for his presentation which i understand but he kept telling me that my windows were gonna be customed made within an 1/8 of an inch to the frame, then i waited a week for a guy to come and get exact measurements. but when windows were installed i took pictures and the gaps around windows were 1/2inch to 3/4inch wide then were filled with spray foam and sealed so that is dissappointing. that is not installers fault, i guess. plus never heard back from a salemans or supervisor reguarding my investment except for this survey. i had all my lower windows replaced beacuse of how cold it was and was talked into super spacer space technology and was promised these windows would pay for themselves with energy savings. some rooms are just as cold when old windows were there so i am dissatisfied with my purchase
