Installed wrong design. Installers said they would report this back to the company and never did.
From the time we met with the salesman (Marty Larkin) to the finish of the install, everyone was friendly and professional. The install itself went flawlessly. We had 10 windows replaced on a cold (32 degree) day. The install took abouit 3 hours, a lot less then we expected. There was no mess left behind for us to clean up. Nearly every window sash has a scratch or chip in it. Have been fighting for two months to have them replaced. Being told that only one out of 18 will be replaced and others are not covered under warranty. I don’t understand how I am expected to receive a new product that is damaged and somehow that is supposed to be acceptable.

I never got my Amazon gift card even after I called about it. One of the installers was rude. Not the gentleman who came to measure- he was very nice.
The installer noted our windows was crooked. It took little over 6 weeks to get a new one, but we are very happy with our new windows & especially the doors!
Do not like to be pushed into an order
Place is great everyone is friendly , also myself and my husband are old school they worked around us not using credit or credit cards , they came out there way to pick up the cash .
This large project has been a nightmare from beginning until now, still not complete five months later. It took almost a month to measure 3 dormer windows which apparently held up the entire project, pushing it back six weeks more than the salesperson promised would be “the worst case scenario timeline”. We were available, they either didn’t show or came out and said they didn’t have a ladder. This delay forced me to reschedule 3 different interior projects meaning they would now not be done until several weeks after the holidays. I still have debris all over my yard and my husband has a collection of dozens of nails left behind. There has been zero communication and every promise of work or cleanup has gone by unfulfilled. Every phone call unanswered and not replied to

I submitted a review after the installation about the bad things that happened during/after installation and I was never reached out to. Which totally shows that y'all don't read these. I could've reached out, but ****, it's the holidays and I have bigger things going in my life

Everyone was very professional
The issues with this company started at the sales appointment, when the salesperson arrived over an hour late. During that visit, we were specifically told the window installation would be completed from the outside of the home. In reality, approximately 90% of the work was done inside, requiring us to move furniture throughout the house, including our Christmas tree.
We also had an original installation date scheduled where no installers arrived. When we called customer service, we were told the crew assigned to us was actually off that day. No service credit offered, but an Amazon Gift card was offered due to this error, but it was never provided.
The installation was eventually completed, and the workmanship itself was acceptable. However, the repeated scheduling failures, inaccurate information, and lack of follow-through significantly impacted our experience.
Quality team and product
The simple fact that my very expensive windows started breaking down only after 4 years is very concerning. Plus it’s now a $150 service charge for a life warranty on all the windows is a little insane. The technician was awesome very knowledgeable and in and out in under an hour for two windows. Still I’m very disappointed with the quality of the parts. I have 6 more windows that are likely going to need repairs. I wouldn’t recommend these windows.
Phil is an excellent salesman, however the crew that came to install my windows were definitely not trained properly nor were they prepared(didn’t have tape measures which they borrowed and took with them)!!

Great job and great customer service
I have had nothing but issues with the installation process being terrible. Had to have them come back and recaulk all windows because of a terrible job the did the first time. Had to call again and talk to them about my new front won’t shut without using my hand and foot to shut it. And my house is colder now than before the installation. I spent $21,000 on 9 windows and front door and screen door and am extremely disappointed!
Was a little disappointed in the wait time. Was measured on July 7 and received windows on Dec 5 Had to delay 1 week due to weather. Put in on Dec 12
The sliding half of the window was marked on the inside of the two panels and had to be replaced. There was a strip on the outside section of the door that installer could not get in. Said to call office and the person that was sent out to look at the mark would have the section and would put it in. Came to check door and was told that they never have that with them and it would have to be done when door was replaced. Door was replace but there is more draft now than before I had this door put in. They also did not leave me the key for the door that they put in. Additionally when I called about these thing, girl on phone was very rude, like as if I did something wrong. There was supposed to be someone come out and bring the key and check draft but that was three weeks ago and still have not hear anything from anyone!

Never would talk to us about the slider window that was manufactured. Even the installers and the engineers that came onsite agreed the window installed wasn't what we wanted installed.
Our windows showed up for install with one broken and 5 the incorrect size. The reorder never went through which caused a lengthy delay in the completion of our project. A manager by the name of Carey was supposed to contact us to discuss money being taken off of our project because of all of the problems and issues, STILL waiting for that phone call. VERY disappointed with customer service and follow up from your team.

We like the windows and are happy with our choice. Only disappointing part is it has not taken away the chill. Of the house. Not surprised.

Absolutely not this was the longest installation process I have ever dealt with you guys could never get anything right there's no communication and when you are trying to talk to someone higher up when you finally get to someone they obviously just move on to another job without you know someone else taking over and when you call for updates the staff is super rude won't let you talk to anyone higher up than them this was an awful experience and I will let everybody I can know

The installers were ridiculous - everything was a problem and an argument - we live in a home not an empty house the installers refused to move a thing and obviously had issues with my blinds being up - I did (10 books on the ground and 4 pairs of shoes) after a lot of nonsense, dismay and sighs - the one young man went outside to call his boss and explain how they weren’t going to install - I moved the tings myself - took 2 minutes - and I am on a walker and my mother is 77 years old. They also refused to slide a 3 foot table in the front picture window just slide it! - they purposely ripped blinds down in the upstairs bedroom (where the books were in their way) and threw the blinds on the bed and put a coffee table on top of them on the bed (and they are still all there until my friend goes to purchase new blinds and install them- as they were leaving they said “they took care of everything upstairs” left all the stickers on the windows - and still accepted the tips - because they swore they put everything back upstairs- the whole situation was completely different from when we purchased windows from you before- these guys were completely unreasonable and had no problem showing how put out they were
