Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. Every one of our employees strives continuously to be the best in the business at what they do and provide our customers with only the highest levels of sales, service, and support. From our initial meeting with the sales representative who was knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. we were shown the features and benefits of the window design along with available optional interior and interior color choices. Our windows and doors were delivered on the original date as promised. I
The installation was professionally performed and installed by expert craftsman. With a few hour the entire project was completed. My wife and I could couldn’t be anymore satisfied.

The quoted and installers were awesome! Windows were pricy though. Some small cosmetic things are some of the lock/unlock are loose. A couple of the windows are tough to open/don’t slide really easy.

Door installed, not sealed properly, service man returned and used stick on door seal to correct the four corners. had no solution to the 1"+ opening between doors, perfect mouse entrance. Said a Universal man would be out to look. So far my opinion is a faulty manufacture.

Communication regarding progress was good. I feel like your appointment team does not communicate with each other. I had many calls regarding making an appointment with a sales rep. even though I already had one.
