I had five different companies in to give me quotes. I feel like I got the best value, not the cheapest price, but for the quality of the product I think I got a very fair price.

The only person who has actually been helpful was our sales man John. The roofing people were also fine. The siding people did okay, but they messed up the trim around our new windows and smudge their caulk all over the ac unit. Communication with this company is also awful. The workers who come out don’t understand English and can’t understand the instructions they have been given which causes mistakes. They incorrectly cut a hole in our wall, broke glass, left nails in our yard, did a shoddy caulk job everywhere, broke a screen on our new window and still installed it, broke our garage sensor, our ac unit hasn’t worked properly since they left yesterday also. Now I have a technician coming out to fix that. We are missing plugs in our windows and they are dirty with smudges.

The installation was great. Got here early and finished in good time, cleaned as they finished each window.

Mixed up my order which is not completed. I had to call multiple times to get someone to talk to me about how the problems would be resolved.

from the sales team the the installation team everyone was incredibly pushy, The product is excellent but the experience I had with the company was poor before and after pictures need to be taken to clear up an disputes on damage and the communication between the installation team and the customer needs to improve. the product is quality is good and that's the only reason im gives g you guys a 6

The windows are durable and the actual construction is amazing. The depth of these windows is outstanding and is providing an energy efficient solution which will pay for themselves. We are very pleased.

The way they took out the old door and put the new door in and made sure it fit the opening and caulked around the door for a tight seal and cleaned up after themselves.
