The product is great and I had good customer service as well. There was a delay in getting the permit for the project but it was finally resolved to my satisfaction.

Good product, relatively smooth process from beginning to end
The windows themselves are good as they are normal replacement windows by Polaris. I asked my salesman, UWD, and Polaris the glass thickness, but nobody was able to tell me. The installation was below my expectations. UWD has come back multiple times and each time taken care of what can be done. At this point I believe I have the final product I have to live with. My biggest complaint in the interior weatherstripping/molding is off-white/gray/linen color instead of white. It just doesn't match the new windows very well. I've been told this is the same color as all other installations and it is what it is. I'm seen the molding match with other window companies. I have had 17 windows completed thus far and have another 20+ to go. Second issue is the damage to the house caused by the installation. However, the fine print says that drywall cracks, etc will happen so I don't have anything to stand on there.

Good windows but the take shortcuts and do not measure or install properly.

The windows and french door provided by Universal Windows Direct were of excellent quality. My issues were with the installation crew that came to my home. They dragged brand-new furniture across my deck, instead of picking it up and moving it out of the way of their installation. They did not clean up the debris created when installing the exterior door, without me asking. They laid equipment on furniture that was not in the room that was part of the installation. They asked me to sign off on the installation without doing a walkthrough, which I refused. They tripped the breakers in my home and attempted to leave without correcting the issues.
My window installation was to have full screens, instead, I was provided half screens. It took 3 months to get the correct screens. Including bringing a technician back out to measure my windows again, even though UWD had the measurements since they installed the windows. There was way too much back and forth getting all of the screens installed including the instance when installers were sent to my home without a long ladder when it was clear that the screens that were to be installed were 2nd floor windows.
UWD provided me $200 in gift cards to compensate for the poor service, but were unwilling to reduce the final price. I agreed to accept the gift cards to close out the matter. I will only contact UWD for any warranty work related to my installation.

It took from June until last week to have final window installed. The price was not buy two get two. It was much more expensive.

Depends on who they send to do the job. The first crew they sent did not do a good job, however, the second crew did come out and do a wonderful job The second crew, whose names were Jared and Keith knew what they were doing they were professionals at their job and did a wonderful job
