It was impossible to get a hold of the sales person. I actually thought he might have died or quit the company. They left a bunch of nails in my yard. I don't think they even attempted to pick up. However, they came over with a magnet right away after I complained.

How to fix a screwed in loose door handle on a steel door
I am assuming it is a standard steel entry door handset.  If the screws are not striped, simply tighten the screws as you would on any entry or passage set.
