It was way above my expectations as far as the quality of the product and a quick installation. I'm looking forward to working with them again on future projects.
Its impossible to get through by telephone to the office. Also, we had put down a deposit for installation of a heater in Dec. of 2020. I had attempted to get an update on our project and a starting date. I finally contacted my salesman who helped me to get in touch with the company. This took place in March of 2021. I have recommended Undercover to many people, but the delay in my project and inability to get in touch with anyone by telephone left me less than happy. I will say that once my salesman helped me, everyone responded.

The look of the finished installation is fantastic! It really makes a difference in the appearance of the space. Now we can really use it! The guys were great, too! We would definitely use Undercover Systems, LLC again!
Best thing we could have invested in especially living in the Northwest. We do have clear plastic curtains we put up in the winter which helps protect our undercover system from the wind.
Undercover Systems has a lack of communication. The Foreman assigned to the project was helpful when we asked questions, however there were questions and issues they made choices on with out consulting the home owner or the general contractor. The owner of the company has no customer service skills and is down right rude.
There is no doubt that Undercover Systems transformed an ugly deck into a desired place to relax. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would easily recommend this company. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face instead of a frown.

The Undercover System on my main patio has definitely elevated the look and feel of my deck patio. It looks classy, and does the job of keeping rain out. The Undercover team overall did a good job in completing the project as plan, on time.

I have used Undercover Systems for a few different projects. 1) rebuilt my deck, stairs and railings 2) installed new stamped concrete 3) waterproof cover out back. Each of these projects were done as promised, within time and budget, and the quality was exemplary. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to make outdoor improvements.
