We've only had the system for a couple of weeks, but it looks great and seems to be working properly when it rains. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Undercover Systems. We will recommend the company (especially Quinn & Nick) to family and friends.

Would definitely recommend. They did a great job and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the website and the ability to log in and check on the status of our project.

I chose UnderCover Systems to install their under-deck soffit, and I am very happy with their finished work & product. Nick & Martin were very precise in fitting all the components together and sealing the 500+ square foot system, just as the company estimator Cary described it all during the initial consultation. Their business manager, Quinn, also was very helpful in working out the several scheduling challenges. Nick and Martin got an early start each day of the 3 day job, and carefully cleaned up at end of each long day. Nick walked me thru everything before starting on first day, and answered all my questions as they worked.
Our new soffit looks great and it gave us a dry patio underneath (despite the awful weather) just as they said it would . Thanks to all !

Everything went smoothly. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Overall experience was not satisfactory. Initial work like support posts and framing was sloppy. Framing wood was not the quality we expected. Poor communication. Workers showed up with no notification multiple times. The person assigned to our job as the supervisor never showed up on site even when there were issues. Extra materials were left in our lawn for weeks. We had no consistent schedule and the job took much longer than necessary. We were frequently told they could “fit us in” on a certain date for the next time they came out to work— sometimes with a week in between days. We did not feel our job was valued.
The actual installation of the undercover panels was great. That crew was a different group and they were professional and courteous. They kept everything clean on the site while they were there.

This system is expensive, but it does look nice.

Martin and Joshua did a very good job. They were pleasant to work with and made a huge effort to please me about where the drainage pipes were placed so that it was visually pleasing. They were always polite and fun. My lower deck is much lighter and cleaner looking. I am very happy with the job.

He arrived on time and was very professional but not "pushy" when he came to give us an estimate. Quinn was our project manager and was in constant communication regarding our order and installation. He was very transparent and I was never questioning what was going on. Our installation team was Dennis and Jacob for the undercover system and Jeff and Chris for our electrical needs. They called to confirm when they were coming and arrived on time. They thoroughly explained the installation process upon arrival and did not disappoint. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were extremely friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. To top it all off, I now have a beautiful patio that is water proof and usable year round. I couldn't be happier! They were very bad at following thru their timeline. I paid them and the project didn't start until 3 months later and then it was delayed again. They didn't seem like they cared about my project as a homeowner, they cared more about commercial projects. For the money I spent I expected more. It was a huge headache and i'll never recommend them.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the communication was great they kept me informed through the whole process and the quality of the work was great as well.

Our lower deck hasn’t been very usable for 10yrs until the Undercover system was installed.

From scheduling the sales appointment through the installation process everyone was very professional and communicative. There was one scheduling hiccup that was quickly acknowledged and owned as their mistake and they worked with us on making sure our needs were accommodated despite the hiccup. The job site was immaculate and the installation team worked a longer day in torrential rain and the cold to make sure our system was completed by the end of the day which was unexpected and appreciated.
We love the way our under deck looks now and have already been using our new outdoor space as a family when we normally would not have been able to in the winter months.

Its impossible to get through by telephone to the office. Also, we had put down a deposit for installation of a heater in Dec. of 2020. I had attempted to get an update on our project and a starting date. I finally contacted my salesman who helped me to get in touch with the company. This took place in March of 2021. I have recommended Undercover to many people, but the delay in my project and inability to get in touch with anyone by telephone left me less than happy. I will say that once my salesman helped me, everyone responded.

The look of the finished installation is fantastic! It really makes a difference in the appearance of the space. Now we can really use it! The guys were great, too! We would definitely use Undercover Systems, LLC again!

Best thing we could have invested in especially living in the Northwest. We do have clear plastic curtains we put up in the winter which helps protect our undercover system from the wind.

Undercover Systems has a lack of communication. The Foreman assigned to the project was helpful when we asked questions, however there were questions and issues they made choices on with out consulting the home owner or the general contractor. The owner of the company has no customer service skills and is down right rude.

There is no doubt that Undercover Systems transformed an ugly deck into a desired place to relax. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would easily recommend this company. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face instead of a frown.
