Our large area rug was in need of cleaning. I reached out to Turco Persian to arrange for pickup. Jennifer was amazing! She helped to coordinate a time that would work for me. A team of two came to pick up the carpet. After about two weeks, I reached out to see if our carpet was ready and if it was still possible to treat the carpet so that it would be stain resistant. Ben responded quickly and let me know that, yes, our carpet was ready, and yes, they would treat the carpet before it was returned. My carpet is back in our home and it looks amazing! The team who arrived this morning were great! They assisted with the moving of furniture and made sure the carpet was appropriately placed in our space. Thank you Turco Persian - amazing service!

The service and the selection of rugs is absolutely fabulous. I would recommend Turco Persian Rug Company to everyone who is looking for quality, excellent workmanship and professionalism.

They did a GREAT repairing an older carpet … fixing a couple of bald spots (dog damage), putting on a new fringe, tidying up the edge where it had shown some wear … and of course cleaning the carpet. I am very happy with the results!

I was afraid the colours on my brightly-coloured rug would run, but the rug desperately needed cleaning. It came out with more vibrant colours than it went in with! The staff were more than helpful, and were clearly proud of their process. They explained everything ahead of time. They went out of the way to do a rush job for me. The cost was very reasonable and I appreciated the option of bringing the rug in myself to receive a discount. I have already recommended Turco-Persian to my friends.
