I would not hesitate a second to recommend Turco Persian.

Excellent service. Convenient pick-up and delivery service for carpet cleaning/repair. Knowledgable staff who gave me options for repair of the carpet. Finished work more than met my expectations.

Excellent care & service in cleaning my wool rug. They added stain protection benefit which was very appreciated & practical going forward. Thx!

Knowledgeable professional and have used their services previously

My voicemail message was returned promptly. Staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Have already told family and friends that I was very pleased with all my dealings with staff.

It is taking way too long to sell the rugs that we consigned.

Apart from doing a great job cleaning my Persian rug, they are very knowledgeable and could give me very valuable information about my rug. A great company.

I am repeating my comment from item 6. I believe it covers all of the issues:

Isaac (Repair King) spoke with me about the four carpets that needed cleaning and repairs, and I had complete confidence in his knowledge, in his judgement of what repairs were appropriate for each, found the pricing breakdown reasonable for each cleaning and repair. This phone meeting was as enjoyable as it was productive. (I have two more precious carpets that I would entrust to Isaac!) His colleagues Chum and Nasser who picked up the carpets were very professional and pleasant, and handled them carefully when removing them from my apartment. The carpets were returned carefully wrapped at the time we were told to expect them. All round, a great experience!

I got great service and great workmanship. My family has been using you for 70+ years.

Turco handled my rug very well - from pick up, evaluation, communication and delivery. It was efficient and everything happened on a timely basis, completing the cleanup when promised.

Pick up and delivery, nice job cleaning

Excellent job cleaning my white rug. Very friendly people.7

Customer service, response time, dealing with everyone was excellent. Not to mention the rug we considered throwing out came back, after cleaning, looking like new....so happy.

Good service consistently delivered.

Every interaction was focussed on understanding what I was looking for, my personal circumstances and how best to deliver the right outcomes - very well done!

They know rugs, I was quite confident leaving mine there to be cleaned

This is the third time I have used Turco to care for my rugs. My experience has always been positive and it’s evident that they care for their customers.
