I would not hesitate a second to recommend Turco Persian.

Excellent service. Convenient pick-up and delivery service for carpet cleaning/repair. Knowledgable staff who gave me options for repair of the carpet. Finished work more than met my expectations.

Excellent care & service in cleaning my wool rug. They added stain protection benefit which was very appreciated & practical going forward. Thx!

Knowledgeable professional and have used their services previously

My voicemail message was returned promptly. Staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Have already told family and friends that I was very pleased with all my dealings with staff.

It is taking way too long to sell the rugs that we consigned.

Apart from doing a great job cleaning my Persian rug, they are very knowledgeable and could give me very valuable information about my rug. A great company.

I am repeating my comment from item 6. I believe it covers all of the issues:

Isaac (Repair King) spoke with me about the four carpets that needed cleaning and repairs, and I had complete confidence in his knowledge, in his judgement of what repairs were appropriate for each, found the pricing breakdown reasonable for each cleaning and repair. This phone meeting was as enjoyable as it was productive. (I have two more precious carpets that I would entrust to Isaac!) His colleagues Chum and Nasser who picked up the carpets were very professional and pleasant, and handled them carefully when removing them from my apartment. The carpets were returned carefully wrapped at the time we were told to expect them. All round, a great experience!

I got great service and great workmanship. My family has been using you for 70+ years.

Turco handled my rug very well - from pick up, evaluation, communication and delivery. It was efficient and everything happened on a timely basis, completing the cleanup when promised.

Pick up and delivery, nice job cleaning

Excellent job cleaning my white rug. Very friendly people.7

Customer service, response time, dealing with everyone was excellent. Not to mention the rug we considered throwing out came back, after cleaning, looking like new....so happy.

Good service consistently delivered.

Every interaction was focussed on understanding what I was looking for, my personal circumstances and how best to deliver the right outcomes - very well done!

They know rugs, I was quite confident leaving mine there to be cleaned

100% professional and detail oriented. I would trust Turco Persian with any family heirloom carpet.

This is the third time I have used Turco to care for my rugs. My experience has always been positive and it’s evident that they care for their customers.

Did a thorough job and treated furniture and our home with care.

For years, Turco Persian has been my absolute go-to for rug care, and they deliver nothing short of excellence every single time. From deep cleaning to intricate repairs, their attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. They treat your carpets like pieces of art! Trust them with your home, you definitely won't regret it.

Living in Collingwood, we needed to find a reputable company to clean our Turkish Silf Rug after some dog stains. Turco Persian had service to Collingwood, that and a great reputation was all we neede

Very organized and reliable in scheduling the appointment. Very professional. Thorough job. Happy with the end result. Burim provided excellent service. He was polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He took pride in his work.

Working with this company was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Turco Persian.

Very dependable and excellent quality work.

I have used Turco-Persian to clean oriental rugs before and have been very happy with the results. This time, I added a synthetic rug used in my living room, because it’s fairly dog-proof and (I thought) doesn’t show the dirt. Wow! I’m staggered! A rug that I knew was pretty dirty came back looking as new as when I bought it nearly 40 years ago, and the large wool peach-coloured Persian rug was similarly transformed. No traces of wet dog smell at all. No stains remaining. Plus the pickup and delivery were on time, the men replaced all the furniture as I asked and were so courteous and professional. Yes, it’s expensive (but much less expensive than a competitor I tried once), but so, so worth it!!

Attention to details, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, well worth every penny - my carpets positively ‘sparkle’!!

Fast. Thorough

My Tabriz carpet was badly damaged in an apartment fire.
Water, soot, ashes covered part of the carpet and we had
no hope. However, when Turco Persian Rug returned my carpet after cleaning
we could not believe our eyes, it looked like new, Alsp their overall service was
exceptional, they kept my carpet until my renovation was completed well past their normal deadline. The tdelivery men were very friendly and helpful.
I can recommend Turco Persian Rug wholeheartedly,

careful analysis of our rugs and appropriate repairs were recommended and done all within the promised timelines and at very acceptable cost.

ached out to your company in the first place because of your ads on Zoomer Radio and classical 96.3 FM. 😊

Jessica has such nice energy on her voiceovers. It just made me want to choose your/her company over any other! I didn’t even bother to comparison shop.

I also perform voiceovers for MZ Media Radio, so, unlike any regular listeners, I’m always ******* a discerning ear for how fellow voiceover talents sound. And Jessica’s ads are lovely! They make me smile every time. She sounds warm and authentic, earnest and proud of her company. 😊

So, as you already know, your advertising pays! 😊👍 thank you!

* And if ever you should decide to run a special set of ads whereby one or some of your satisfied customers offer testimonials, I would be happy to offer my voiceover for one of your segments. I have offered this very service, previously, to Magic Window because I was over the moon about their services, too, installing their product throughout my entire home.

It’s so easy and extra delightful to do radio voiceovers for products or services that I’ve actually purchased. 😊👍

Kindest regards and thank you again. I will definitely return to your company for other cleanings, and even to purchase new rugs in a couple of years!

Did an excellent job of cleaning carpets. Good communication re stains. Delivered as requested. Very pleasant to deal with.

They are extremely responsive and understand all types of carpeting. I have used them
For years and highly recommend their services.

You overdid all your promises

Great service all around!

I have been using Turco for all my carpet needs for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed!!!

We have dealt with Turco Persian for almost 2 years, starting with cleaning all our carpets (about 17 or so), and repairing many, when we moved. Since then we have purchased three more. Dealing mostly with Isaac, but ably supported by other staff, we have experienced exceptional service throughout. Their pick-up and delivery crew also deserve special mention.

I have used their cleaning and repair services over the years many times and I have always been impressed with their friendly and helpful customer service

Interaction with Isaac. Excellent service.

Yes definitely!

Isaac was incredibly helpful. He is a good teacher. I have bought two rugs and probably a third with his guidance and the sharing of his knowledge. There is so much to learn.

Great from start to finish

Quality work

Extremely professional receptionist; follow through re service and delivery very reliable; carpet returned in efficient and polite manner by the delivery personnel; carpet looks beautiful!

Isac gave us fabulous service as always

Friendly, professional and reliable.

Excellent cleaning quality and we appreciated being notified that the carpets needed some recommended repair work. We accepted the additional quote and the work was performed to our satisfaction.

Good communication

The service and cleaning are exceptional but what’s more, the staff are outstanding. If there is a repair or maintenance required, you deal with the expert personally. The delivery men are the best - on time, respectful of my home, and efficient. Tge office staff who arrange pickup and delivery are always there to help or make adjustments. You deal with real people who give you their best in every aspect of their work. There is no “your call is important to us. Please leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you when we feel like it.” Turkish-Persian gives REAL customer service and whatever you give them they return to you better than new. No other business compares in quality, service or value!

Although a bit late the cleaning and work done to remove fringe was excellent. We are very pleased.
