Lead Source - I just did my own research. One of the areas that they popped up in was in Houzz. So I just contacted them for a quote and we went from there.

This was a total bathroom overhall and was many months in the making- the builders were excellent and fully trusted them alone in the house whenever needed. Martin was the main person working every day. There was extensive tile work done by Chris and was beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend for any bathroom remodel

We got lucky with the carpenter, but overall as a company, I felt they were scattered, distracted, and not focused.

I have complete confidence knowing the quality of workmanship is tops and things are done properly. All employees are caring and kind and very respectful of the client.

We had used Transition in the past for a complete kitchen redo. We were extremely happy with them and that is why we choose to use them again. Sadly on our bathroom refresh our experience was not the same. Poor communication is our biggest complaint. We had to repeatedly ask for information and pricing. We are currently waiting for our final recap of the job and our warrenty

The final work was excellent and the people that worked did very well. My only complaint was it took much longer than we had originally anticipated. We were told it would take four to six week but I think the work started the in the end of August and finished in the middle of December.

I would if I wanted to lose a friend.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with the whole process, but particularly I appreciated the selection of materials, like cabinets flooring etc. that I could look it. They have a good show room, it is nice to be able to go over and look at things. All the way through, all of the contractors that work with you are very helpful and have great suggestions. I appreciated their feedback on ideas. I ended up changing some things due to their suggestions.

The whole process for both our kitchen and bathroom remodel was highly professional from start to finish. We are extremely satisfied with the way both rooms look and the high quality of the materials.

Additional Comments - I had a great experience and I am thankful for their work.

Our project was to move the kitchen to a bigger space in the home. It was a big project, with all new cabinets, countertops and island. It required all new electrical, plumbing, gas and heating/cooling. Jenna's design gave us the kitchen of our dreams! Lynn and Martin were excellent craftsman, very detail oriented and easy to work with. We have now engaged them to remodel our old kitchen and merge it with our great room, as well as remodel the main bathroom.

They should have a better project manager. The owner has good intentions, but the way the work is executed by the project manager is not so good.
