Communication - Eric has always quick to respond to messages or emails left. And he goes beyond by giving us a heads up when he will be out of the office. The process has been so transparent and really helped us to feel comfortable. Also, David did a great job going over all the details with us following the color appointment to make certain all our choices we documented.

It would depend on their timeline and what type of home they wanted to build or how customized (I felt Tilson didn’t have many options to choose from for fixtures) they wanted to go.

We were able to observe the process of our house on a daily basis and were very impressed at each step. From the placement of the location stakes to the last piece of quarter round for the floor we felt every detail was attended to.
